i feel like i just figured out a giant SU spoiler helppp

This video got me thinking; it explores the idea of Pink Diamond possibly having owned two Pearls instead of just the one we know and love. This video covers why that theory could be plausible with sources, so you may want to watch it before diving into my theory.

Starting off, the artbook references "a new, sensible _______ is custom _______ and delivered to Pink". I can't help but think our Pearl was that; a new, sensible, custom made gem for PD. She is already very unlike the other pearls, which is odd now that we know she definitely was Pink Diamond's Pearl. So this begs the question; was she the original Pearl?

Pearl should technically be all pink according to what we know, but that's not the case. Pearl's old Homeworld Outfit/Form is pink, blue, and yellow. So if the diamonds had her custom-made, it would make sense because their colors allign with her outfit.

The way gems "age" is also a little strange, but pearl also isn't consistent in that aspect compared to the other Pearls, either. This could also be chalked up to off-modeling that SU loves to do, but Pearl's height and implied age has seemed to change throughout history and flashbacks. If she was made brand new, appearing younger in her own age cycle would make sense.

Pearl's gem placement is also on her head, as opposed to it being on her stomach like Pink Diamond's. All of the other Pearls so far have gem placements that correspond to their diamond, and the video also mentions that a gem's placement also hint at the gem's personality. Head placement implying logic and reason.

We also now know that Pearl has a very almost customized manner of storing items into her gem, to the point where there are multiple Pearls inside her. I am still unsure if this detail is literal or meant to be metaphorical, however.

Why this all matters, is because we already know of a fourth pearl. And we've already met them- as a fusion, that is. Her name is Rhodonite, a fusion between a Ruby and a Pearl. It's implied that they were looked after by Morganite, which is a gem of pink hue, meaning they could've all easily belonged to Pink Diamond's court.

So to me, it makes sense if Rhodonite has Pink Diamonds old Pearl. PD's old Pearl was considered not "sensible" by Homeworld because they fused with a Ruby, so they ran away together, and our Pearl was created for PD.

Feel free to poke holes in this theory, I have no idea if I'm in the right direction but I sure hope I am.
