#126 #StopAndObserve I went on my commute #run to #BJJ this evening and on the way there I need to cross done train tracks as I near the training center. It just so happens that today as I was approaching the tracks, the warning lights turned on and the gate came down. I could have easily made it across since it normally takes more than a minute for the train to pass by. (This is not the first time I've been stopped dead in my tracks. ;-) But I stopped and observed. I took a pic and thought this would be a good opportunity for a life lesson. How many times are you going so fast that you forget to stop and look up? Maybe appreciate the sights. Or maybe look up to avoid a catastrophe. Sometimes you are forced to stop in the least convenient times because you didn't take the time to do it before. Be conscious of that and stop when you need to or sooner.
