Day five of my modified #stradaeaselchallenge2022 . So good for me to force myself to finish a little painting in one session. Of course it was a seven hour session, because I’m slow and picky. Day 20: Creeping daisies. The real challenge in painting this was composing the picture - seeing only what you need to see. As with any landscape, it’s easy to get carried away painting every little detail. I’m constantly trying to keep this in mind as I paint from life and hope I’m doing a better job at it!
