It's Wednesday, and what you need to know about that in Charlotte Music is the heat's about to turn up starting today. Snug Harbor's Residency Series comes back with our headliner, Pinky Poodle Doodle, leading the way with the CLT Music Scene's Cheesus Crust & Bitterhearts, a collection of scene veterans under one new umbrella. The Friendship Commanders are here from Nashville for the mix-up, and they're not alone today, with The New Respects & Apollo LTD taking reign over The Neighborhood Theatre. Next Door, Stray Fossa comes in from VA over at The Evening Muse. The Milestone Club's, however, got something major going on at 8pm with Esham's "Afraid of the Dark Tour", with music vets Jimmy James & I'll Phil in tow.
