Does anyone have recommendations for dealing with Salty people who come into your chat?

It makes me anxious and kills my drive to play or stream, thankfully I had wonderful people in chat to help but it stinks to be treated like crap for playing the game.

I am sorry if the game mismatched our skills, but I 11 hook cycled, no tunnels, and offered the last one escape or mori. I did everything but let you go, and you never ASKED to be let go. My streams prove I honor that constantly.

Im not just talking to make myself better. I encourage you to see the stream so you don’t think I’m unfairly telling the story.

And then they come in insulting that I use an avatar, upset I played the game and won, and it just hurts.

And advice is appreciated.

kinda just obsessed with the idea that Tianlang-Jun joins cults but not because of ideology but simply because he thinks it will be entertaining. Like he joins and cult leaders are convinced he's a rich guy who has bought into the beliefs at the very least and they're happy to have him along. Until Tianlang-Jun starts making suggestions about how better to run the cult to make it more interesting. He's like 'i know this just cult of lemuria mixed with qanon but have you considered subterranean star people in a hollow earth?'

and then he becomes every leader's worse nightmare because Tianlang-Jun is like making ships with the cult members and trying to start drama. Like this wasn't a doomsday cult but now it is and at the part where everyone does the mass death he walks off into the night because narratively it's done as far he's concerned. Tianlang-Jun doesn't think it's morally wrong because he's like 'they were gonna do things like this anyway, it's fine'

and sometimes he's just 'don't mind me i'm here to watch' and just refuses to participate in the cult causing schism because if this guying isn't doing anything why are we? so it schisms and breaks into 8 pieces and so much yelling and violence.

he'll casually rat them out to local ordinances simply because he doesn't care and is not paying attention. He doesn't pay dues. He's just so much a dick while being too jovial and hot to say no to fully.

man would join Scientology for a month, decide its boring, leave and somehow cause it to implode without trying or being in the room in the most bugs bunny way possible because let's real that's the kind of man he is. Until fucked with he's just enjoying the show and while enjoying the show he's driving all the people around him insane

something a lot of people don't talk about when posting your art online is hate and trolls. they exist everywhere and thrive off the attention of people calling them out. it sucks but i think it's super important to remember that those people are stupid!! it's okay to be scared of criticism and hate, but you should always talk to people you love and take a step away if you need to. art is wonderful and deserves to be shared with everyone!!

so to newer artists that want to post but are scared, do it!!!!! it can be super scary, trolls and the fear of being judged, but that's why it's important to have good people around you to put you up. and for me personally, posting art and other content has helped me so much in making friends and practicing socializing (even when online. and most importantly, be your own #1 fan!!! love your art because it's YOUR art!!!! RAGGH!!!!

The story begins with your connection to Lee Know through your mutual friend Han. You had seen him at parties and gatherings, standing in the corner or at the bar, looking mysterious and low-key scary. Lee Know had a certain enigmatic charm that drew you to him. He was undeniably cute, your type, but his reserved demeanor made it difficult for you to approach him. Yet, fate had its own plans, and it seemed that Lee Know was intrigued by you as well.

One evening, at yet another party, he mustered the courage to come over to you. He leaned in and asked if you wanted to go somewhere quieter. Your heart fluttered as you agreed, not entirely sure what to expect. The choice of location surprised you. He suggested a cat cafe. You couldn't help but wonder why he, someone who didn't seem particularly into cats, would pick such a place for your meeting.

Nervousness hung in the air as you entered the cat cafe. It was filled with the soothing purrs of feline companions and the gentle chatter of fellow patrons. You sat down at a cozy table, and Lee Know broke the silence, his voice revealing hints of shyness. "So, uhhh, do you have a boyfriend?" he asked, catching you off guard.

You admitted that you were single, a sheepish smile gracing your face. Lee Know's eyes brightened, and he said, "If you're okay with it, can this cafe be our first date place?" Your heart melted at his unexpected proposal. Did he just ask you out to a cat cafe? It was adorable, and you couldn't help but accept.

As the date progressed, the initial awkwardness began to melt away. Lee Know, it turned out, was not the intimidating figure you had perceived at the parties. He had a kind and gentle side, especially when it came to the cats in the cafe. One playful feline ventured onto his lap, and you both found yourselves engrossed in a conversation about the cat's behavior.

"You seem like a cat whisperer," you teased, marveling at how naturally he interacted with the furry creatures.

Lee Know laughed, a warm and genuine sound that made your heart skip a beat. "I guess I have a way with them," he replied with a wink.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, as you both discovered shared interests and a sense of comfort in each other's company. It was far from the intimidating figure you had first imagined, and you found yourself drawn to his charm. By the end of the date, you were convinced that Lee Know was sweet, boyfriend material.

As you prepared to leave, you couldn't help but ask, "When's the next house party?"

Lee Know smiled and replied, "Next week, Friday."

something I've noticed with games that have exploitable/breakable mechanics—there's an assumption that you must play a certain way. If you play final fantasy 8, you're obviously going to abuse the junction system. if you play final fantasy 2, you're going to hit your own party to level your stats. that's what everyone talks about when they talk about those games, so that's what you are going to do.

by all means, engage with games however you like—if the intended gameplay isn't for you, that's completely fine. I just think that if you choose to use exploits and then don't like the game because it wasn't fun to play, it's your fault.

This may just be cuz of my long history with britcom and british panel shows but twitchmaster is a top tier tubbathon show tbh.

Woulda been improved if they followed the taskmaster format further and gave tubbo an assistant that he had immense homoerotic tension with tho. especially if they continued the format by discussing the rpf of them on ao3 by name (they actually do this on the actual british tv show. btw. for those who Dont Know)

I need us as a community, as a society to collectively learn how to appreciate our female characters.

I know it's been talked about to death but it literally makes me so angry and I think about it at least once a day.

Y'all don't allow yourselves see female characters the same way you see male characters.

Y'all don't allow them to make mistakes. And when they do make mistakes or say something mean/rude. You let it overshadow your perception of them forever.

They are now useless, can't do anything right, a bitch, and the works. Even if what they did wasn't even that bad. Even if the character was grieving, a child, and/or was misinformed. (There is many other circumstances. This is not an exhaustive list)

They could be crucial to the story. Always there to help that male character and is the ONLY reason they (male character) is thriving right now and y'all misogynistic roaches will still call them useless or a bitch.

And don't get me started on when there is a popular gay ship involved. Y'all lose y'alls mind and it is ridiculous. Y'all roaches are like ten times worse.

And yes yes I know this is something that real life women go through. But we are talking about fictional characters.

(Also the cause of this rant is when I was watching someone play The Great Ace Attorney and everything Susato spoke they were calling her a bitch and it was extremely off putting)

Also I know people are allowed to not like characters female or otherwise. But a lot of it is misogyny.

At first when I saw my Tumblr dash getting a lot of posts I was worried you saw the sneef snorfer again, but now I'm only more worried and yet fascinated with this dream situation because genuinely what the fuck is wrong with that man

honestly i have some theories but don’t think im qualified to psychoanalyze him on main. so instead im gonna say that he catapulted himself into internet fame at a time when he wasn’t mature enough to deal with having a Fanbase, and while some streamers survive this trial by fire and come out the other end stronger and more mature people, (tommyinnit and tubbo both being examples), dream ended up getting less rather than more mature. i don’t think he ever learned that he can be wrong or in the wrong, or that he can log off, or that it’s okay for other people to not like or agree with him. he Has to be Right every time. and when someone makes an accusation against him- true or not- he never backs down and he is never sorry, he only escalates. if he’s done something wrong then it’s because it wasn’t actually wrong or because his family got DOXXED isn’t that AWFUL?? or because he MADE all the people accusing him and they are JEALOUS MANIPULATIVE HATERS. or he didn’t knowww guys he just doesn’t UNDERSTAND what’s so wrong about calling 15 million people the r slur but no hate guys ❤️! it’s very very messy.
