Every time I think about my streaming setup, I can't help but laugh at how fucking scuffed it is.

Like, seriously: look at this mess.

We have, in order from left to right:

- a tv that is broken that I cannot afford to replace, which used to act as the second monitor for...

- a laptop that is easily 10 years old. To be honest, it's s probably significantly older, I just don't remember when I got it.

- a shitty camping lantern I have propped against a disused speaker, providing illumination for my face by reflecting off the landlord-white wall

- not pictured (because it's taking the photo) is my phone, which I keep propped up against the lantern during streams, so I can make a feeble attempt at reading the twitch chat

- a shitty $20 webcam sitting on my primary monitor that i bought from an office supply store

- we have OBS running on a not-a-monitor. It is a Wacom screen tablet that I keep propped up with a clear plastic cookbook holder i picked up for $5 somewhere

- and finally, sitting on my chair (making this less of a left-to-right thing, and more of a clockwise-from-left thing lol) is a pair of led cat ear headphones. Because it is, hilariously, the best headset I've ever owned

Okay so I said about right to take my streaming more serious/active so I been looking at streaming setups online and I’ve seen cute small setups that I think I might able to make in my room if I move bits around and save up or something

Wind charge + more concept explained ↓

Scootball = football handball stickless floorball everythingball unethical armadilloball ice skating game.

I know Ren says "kick" the ball in the video but I like to imagine you can use any part of your body like in volleyball, and that they're on skates somehow.

Wind charge = stacks are stored as long strips like receipt paper. Comes out from the palm of the hand glove contraption thing, iron man vibes. Don't ask me how, it's sci fi.

Can be used to conjure wind at close range, balled up and thrown, or used as a lasso. Lasso is just a fun idea, not based on actual game mechanics unfortunately.

I feel spoiled by games like Hades that give us really good designs for the Greek gods and then I look at lore Olympus and it gives nothing. It’s so far removed from Greek culture.

fr we deserve to be spoiled at this point after all that, Hades 2 picked the perfect time to start rolling out early access because it means we can fully indulge in it without worrying about the LO boogeyman hiding in the closet LOL

So… I’m getting a new monitor and cpu that is supposedly going to be a “beast” as Mr. Chubs described it. I was thinking of maybe… possibly… making sims content on YouTube in 2025. Any ideas of what you would like to see more of on YouTube??
