A few tips to help you in you Clean Eating Journey. 1. Hydrate regularly: be sure to have as much water throughout the day as possible. Make it a point to have at least 6oz of water 30 minutes prior to a meal as this will help with over eating 2. Eat as many colors as possible: your plate should include all colors of the rainbow where a large portion is green. Which leads to the 3rd tip: Eat at least 4 cups of leafy greens enjoy all the kale and spinach your heart desires. Cook as many of your own meals as possible. You know what you put in your foods; clean, low sodium no preservatives or crap. Eat your water: vegetables and fruits with high water content will fill you up without dipping into your daily calorie reserve. Flavor your water by using low sodium non-processed herbs and spices. Food, including healthy food does need to be boring and bland. Continue to eat 6 small meals per day and when all else fails STRICT BUT DONT RESTRICT.
