(Saw the CAI post) I keep seeing ppl complain about the bot not getting pronouns right but I rarely get problems with tht, even for lgbt stuff. Maybe it was just bad luck??

… it wasn’t about character.ai. i do not use ai services at all if i can help it. it was a fanfiction posted on archiveofourown that i assume was ai based on what i know of how text gen ai works/“thinks”, and how ai text reads/feels to me, but it had no indication in the tags or description that it was ai. if it did i would not have clicked on it at all and would have immediately muted the person that posted it

also stop using c.ai

#.asks #stuff like dreamily changes up pronouns when trying to write romance because it scrapes content from the internet/is fed actual books #and het romance is more common and more likely to be fed to an ai than queer romance #so if both characters use he/him it will probably try at least once to change it to she/her #<- change one of them to she/her i mean #same if a character uses they/them. it tries to change it to he or she because that’s what it ‘knows’
