The idea was based this song from Hadestown (my favorite musical)

Basically, I was wondering about SWKs past and how changing could affect the entire story. The idea is that Wukong was molded into a Celestial General after the brotherhood was defeated. So he never went on the jttw, getting his discipline from the rigorous training and work from the Celestial Court. Instead of Macaque dying by Wukong’s hands, he’s killed when Erlang Shen burned Flower Fruit Mountain as punishment for not complying with them.

When Wukong finds out that Macaque is alive, he would try to save him from LBD, offering him sanctuary in heaven. This, of course, means leaving everyone behind and possibly allowing the mortal plane to be destroyed.

Characters are from the Monkey King 2009 cartoon series.

Macaque is referred as "Lui'er Mihou" in this version. And Wukong is referred as "Shi Hou" but that's less known so I kept it as just Wukong. Besides, later on in the series he's referred to as Sun Wukong so it's fine lol. The baby character is Ginseng.

Hello. I think I just want to know... If Wukong was the one that drink the mother-child water by ( accident ) will it turn into a stone egg or a regular born demon monkey ???

Egg.

Its just how his species works. Baby Stone Monkey develop mammal-style with an extra shell-like shield around the amniotic sac that hardens closer to the birth date. The cord cuts itself off during labor, and leaves a wee spiral shape on the shell. After care is still required though. :3

If Wukong had been the one to accidentally drink the "make me pregnant"-water, the rest of the pilgrims would never let him live it down! Wukong probably wouldn't want to terminate, since it'll be the first of his kind he'd see be born. Also he isn't sure he even can have cubs without some sort of magical intervention...

Also depending on the timeline, you get a very confused Macaque! XD
