Une utilisation dans tous les matériaux et pour de multiples applications

La vis à béton ULTRACUT fischer s’utilise dans le béton fissuré et non fissuré, la pierre naturelle dense, les maçonneries pleines et le béton cellulaire. Grâce à une reprise de charges lourdes, elle convient à de nombreuses applications pour tous les corps de métier :

– Les constructions métalliques : ancrage de garde-corps, consoles et platines, rayonnages, balustrades… – La construction bois et les assemblages bois/béton : fixation de pannes sablières, de poutres, d’ancrage d’éléments de charpente… – Les installations temporaires de chantiers : étais tirant-poussant, coffrages, garde-corps, conduits d’alimentation dans les tunnels… – Les sanitaires, chauffages, électricité : supportage de réseaux, climatisation, chemin de câbles…

  Un ancrage hautes performances 

Innovante, la vis à béton ULTRACUT fischer dispose d’un filetage renforcé spécial avec une zone coupante sur sa partie avant. Cette géométrie spéciale du filetage facilite la pénétration de la vis en profondeur, réduit l’effort de vissage et augmente la durée de vie des batteries des outils électroportatifs utilisés. L’optimisation entre le diamètre de forage et le diamètre de filetage a été étudiée de telle manière que la vis usine son propre taraudage dans le béton. Cette technique conduit à la réalisation d’un verrouillage de forme qui permet un excellent transfert des efforts dans le béton et permet de réduire l’entraxe et les distances aux bords. Enfin, cette géométrie optimisée du filetage assure de fortes capacités de charges de traction, tout en diminuant le nombre de points d’ancrage.

Une zone ductile sous la tête permet une légère déformation pour un plaquage parfait lorsque les forages ne sont pas parfaitement droits.

Une rondelle crantée intégrée permet le serrage des pièces, même avec un grand trou de passage.

  Une pose facile, rapide et flexible

Unique, le filetage en dent de scie garantit une accroche rapide dans le béton et permet ainsi un montage facile, même en cas de réutilisation (couvert par un agrément national allemand). Ajustable, la vis à béton ULTRACUT peut être dévissée au maximum 2 fois, jusqu’à 20 mm, pour permettre un calage ou un ajustement de la fixation. Grâce à la triple profondeur d’ancrage, pour les vis béton 10-12-14, et la double profondeur d’ancrage pour la vis béton 8, chaque vis peut assembler jusqu’à 2 ou 3 épaisseurs différentes (selon modèle de vis à béton) de pièces à fixer, ce qui offre une grande flexibilité, un véritable gain de temps et d’argent pour l’artisan. De plus, pour les perçages verticaux au sol ou au plafond, la pose s’effectue sans nettoyage du forage. Au sol, il convient d’augmenter la profondeur de forage de 3 fois le diamètre de vis, ce qui permet à la poussière de s’écouler au fond du trou sans gêner le vissage.

  Une vis à béton idéale pour les fixations temporaires

Pratique, la vis à béton ULTRACUT est idéale pour la pose d’éléments de chantiers temporaires puisqu’elle est réutilisable après vérification avec la jauge de contrôle (en option). Cette dernière permet de vérifier le diamètre extérieur du filetage pour garantir une tenue optimale de la vis en cas de réutilisation de celle-ci.

  Une solution sûre

D’une grande sécurité, la vis à béton ULTRACUT répond aux exigences de la classe de résistance au feu R120, bénéficie d’un ATE Option 1 pour béton fissuré, et d’une catégorie de performances sismiques C1 et C2.

  Une large gamme

Pour multiplier les champs d’applications, la vis à béton ULTRACUT existe en acier zingué en diamètres 8, 10, 12 et 14 avec différentes formes de tête : hexagonale, hexagonale avec empreinte Torx et fraisée. Elle est également disponible en version courte pour une installation pratique et rapide lorsque les charges sont réduites.

En option, différents accessoires sont proposés : la jauge de contrôle FUP, la douille hexagonale, l’adaptateur embout Torx pour boulonneuse, embout Maxx TX40, embout TX50, disque de remplissage FFD et rondelle.
