Acceptance,control and surrender

This was something that I struggled with; I still do, but it's much easier than before. Accepting, I've talked about it in other videos, accepting whatever it is—someone, other people, situations, or events. When you're in a situation that is just, let's say, not right, a sucky ordeal, and it just sucks, right? Something someone did or said, or it just doesn't make sense of how awful, bad they are, or it is in the event that it's just not according to plan, and you just don't understand. When something like that happens, you get conflicted because your mind wants to understand, and it just doesn't like it. I think when you want to understand something and you don't, it doesn't feel good. It gets you feeling out of sorts. It's hard for your mind to comprehend negative emotions. That's why it's important for you to accept and let go because there's some information that you just are not ready for. When you're ready for the message, information, lesson, or teaching, your learning in it, that's how it will make you feel, so the term is take what you can and leave the rest. Everything happens on its own time. When you're not ready, you're not ready. The teacher appears when the student is ready. I didn't understand this term. I wasn't ready when I thought I was. So when you don't understand something or someone, accepting it for what it is makes it easier to let go of it. When you don't understand something or someone, your mind will try so hard to try to make sense of it, and when it can't, you will find other ways—that is, control—you trying to control things and find other people to vent to. I say vent, or we could call it gossip; it is what it is. You'll try to find validation for it. Now you're in judgment mode or blame; they think this, they think that, but we don't really call it judging, right? We're just talking or socializing, right? We do a lot of things or say a lot of things, and we don't realize the circumstances afterwards or what the cause and effect of it is. Take what you can and leave the rest; there's always a little something that you take from everyone that you meet or from different situations or events; there's always teaching lessons to learn from. other ways—that is, control—you trying to control things and find other people to vent to.
