Glory hole + voyeurism for any combination of Oscar/mark/Jenson/Lando pleaseeee
how about all of them? <3
(nsf/w, jendo + oscarmark + landoscar. implied dom/sub, humilliation, glory holes, orgasm denial, etc.)
Jenson drapes a hand at the back of Lando’s head. Cold sweat drips down his back and his eyes open wide, illuminated by the gentle glow of a tableside lamp. It’s vintage, Victorian type, fabric and crystals hanging from thin threads, mimicking the falling rain. It matches the shade of Lando’s cheeks, red with pinkish hues, undertones of warmth and careful reluctance.
“Look at him, Osc.”
Mark says it so sweetly, but Oscar knows it to be an order. Shifts in place and stares ahead, Lando’s eyes brimming with tears, his mouth open, jaw chiseled by the shadows, Jenson’s hand petting his hair, whispering ‘see? it wasn’t that hard to be obediente’. Someone’s cock fills Lando’s mouth and he is sucking it so diligently, even when there’s defiance in his eyes he’s being so good, bouncing slowly on a dildo Jenson carefully put in place.
He likes to be full, he said to Mark, winking as Lando frowned, petulant and annoyed. But he does seem to be enjoying this, the cradle of Jenson’s hand on his jaw, the cock he licks with so much enthusiasm, the bouncing that makes him whine. The person on the other side of the hole knocks on the wall, twice.
“He’s almost there,” Jenson says, jolly, patting Lando’s cheek as if he can feel the stranger’s cock through the layers of Lando’s skin.
Mark puts a hand on his shoulder, squeezing softly before he reaches to unhook the chain attached to his collar.
“Go and help him,” Oscar looks up, he can feel his cheeks redden and Mark gently urges him forward. “Go on, pup.”
Oscar swallows and nods. Lando leans back as Oscar crawls to him. The room suddenly feels nauseatingly small, walls collapsing inwards to press him closer to the cock popping out of the wall. Pink, thick but not too long, leaking steadily but not quite to the point of orgasm. Oscar wraps a hand around it, hears the soft moan from the other side of the wall and turns to look at Mark.
From his seat Mark nods, palming himself through the fabric of his tailored pants. If he’s like this then Oscar is doing something good.
He reaches for the cock with his mouth, licks at the tip, the saline tangy taste of precum and sweat, skin and all that comes with it. Oscar treats it as a lollipop, Mark likes it when he does that, looking up and salivating all over him. Mark likes to say he’s a messy pup, pulls his hair and tells him to be more careful, yet he indulges him and lets the saliva drip down his chin as he fucks him.
Today he has no time to pay attention to this person’s cock like he would with Mark, so he wraps his mouth around it and goes in as deep as he can before he hits the wall. It shivers inside of him, spurring hot cum into his mouth, dripping over his tongue as it pulls back slowly. Oscar turns and finds Lando bouncing on his dildo with his eyes lit like stars, entirely focused on Oscar’s mouth.
“Kiss him,” Jenson says and Lando nods as he keeps bouncing gleefully.
Oscar can taste the person’s cock on Lando’s mouth and Lando must taste the cum in his tongue. And must enjoy it, greedily pushing inside Oscar’s mouth, putting a hand on his ass and squeezing gently.
“Easy, easy, boys,” Jenson splits them apart, pulls Lando to his feet and kisses him. “You still aren’t allowed to come, aren’t you?”
Lando whines. “Please?”
Jenson looks at Mark. They trade cheeky glances, Mark stroking himself slowly as Oscar feels his cock is about to burst.
“Let them, they were good today.”

Top POS Systems for Coffee Shops in Saudi Arabia: Enhancing Operations and Customer Experience
Coffee shops in Saudi Arabia are more than just places to grab a cup of coffee; they’ve become social hubs where people gather, work, and relax. As the coffee culture continues to flourish, coffee shop owners are turning to advanced Point of Sale (POS) systems to enhance their operations, provide excellent customer service, and stay competitive in a growing market. A robust POS system can streamline everything from order taking to inventory management and customer relationship management. In this article, we’ll explore the top POS systems for coffee shops in Saudi Arabia and how they can help coffee shop owners improve their business operations and customer experience.
Why Coffee Shops Need a POS System
In the fast-paced environment of a coffee shop, efficiency and accuracy are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. A traditional cash register may not be enough to handle the complexities of modern coffee shop management, such as managing inventory, processing various payment methods, and keeping track of customer preferences.
A well-designed POS system goes beyond basic transaction processing—it helps coffee shops in Saudi Arabia manage inventory, optimize staffing, generate sales reports, and engage with customers effectively. As Saudi Arabia’s coffee culture continues to evolve, investing in a POS system can significantly improve a coffee shop’s ability to stay competitive and enhance its overall operations.
Key Features of POS Systems for Coffee Shops
Order and Table Management One of the core features of a POS system for coffee shops is its ability to manage orders and tables effectively. POS systems allow baristas and staff to take orders at the counter or tableside and immediately send them to the kitchen for preparation. Many systems also support table management, allowing staff to assign orders to specific tables and track which orders are pending or completed. This minimizes errors and reduces wait times, ensuring a smoother customer experience.
Customizable Menus and Item Modifications Coffee shops often offer a variety of beverages and food items, some of which may be customized based on customer preferences. A POS system for coffee shops should allow for easy menu customization and item modifications. For example, if a customer wants to substitute almond milk for regular milk or add an extra shot of espresso, the POS system should be able to handle these customizations without causing delays or confusion.
Payment Flexibility Today’s coffee shop customers expect flexibility when it comes to payment options. A modern POS system should support various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (like Apple Pay, STC Pay, etc.), and QR code payments. This flexibility is especially important in Saudi Arabia, where cashless payments are becoming more common. With the ability to accept a variety of payment methods, coffee shops can provide a hassle-free checkout experience for their customers.
Inventory and Stock Management Coffee shops often deal with a high volume of ingredients—coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and more. A POS system that integrates with inventory management tools can help coffee shop owners track stock levels, set up alerts for low-stock items, and manage product orders in real time. By keeping track of inventory automatically, POS systems help ensure that coffee shops don’t run out of essential ingredients during peak hours.
Sales and Performance Analytics A top POS system should provide in-depth sales reporting and analytics, allowing coffee shop owners to monitor their performance and identify trends. For example, by analyzing daily, weekly, or monthly sales data, owners can identify which items are the most popular, determine peak sales hours, and track overall revenue growth. With these insights, coffee shops can optimize staffing, adjust their menu, and plan targeted promotions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Building strong relationships with customers is essential in the competitive coffee shop industry. A POS system with built-in CRM features can help coffee shop owners track customer preferences, offer loyalty programs, and send personalized offers. By collecting and analyzing customer data, coffee shop owners can deliver more targeted marketing campaigns, improving customer retention and encouraging repeat business.
Employee Management For coffee shops, employee scheduling and management are crucial to ensuring that the right number of staff is available during peak hours. Many POS systems come with employee management features that allow coffee shop owners to track employee hours, manage shifts, and monitor staff performance. This functionality helps optimize staffing and ensures that operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
Integration with Online Ordering and Delivery As the demand for delivery services grows in Saudi Arabia, it’s essential for coffee shops to integrate their POS system with online ordering platforms. Many POS systems offer integration with third-party delivery services or allow coffee shops to build their own online ordering system. This integration ensures that online orders are seamlessly processed alongside in-store orders, minimizing errors and improving efficiency.

London Dining: Digital Performance and authenticity
In London’s competitive restaurant industry, social media has become an essential tool for survival. Platforms like TikTok and Instagram dictate trends, inform customers's expectations, and often centre the visual aspects of dining out rather than the culinary ones. As part of this digital anthropology practical project, I examined how restaurants leverage digital performance—particularly through decor and influencer partnerships—to attract clientele, sometimes at the expense of food quality. Working as a waitress, I managed the TikTok account for the restaurant where I’m employed, in an attempt to participate in the London digital gastronomic scene. I unfortunately was not able to dedicate much time to this method as I was not paid for it, and only did so when I had time when working on the floor.
In London’s Instagrammable dining culture, restaurants increasingly design their spaces with social media in mind. Neon signs, floral walls, and quirky interior details are omnipresent in recommendations from food influencers, who often prioritise photogenic backdrops over the taste or quality of dishes. While dining out as an experience has long been a status symbol and a tool to communicate class position, it is increasingly understood through the lens of a camera rather than eyes and tastebuds.
For this project, I observed how restaurants incorporate visually striking performances— cocktails served in smoke-filled cloches, tableside food preparations, comically large versions of foods—to encourage user-generated content. While these features boost TikTok engagement, they also risk overshadowing the food itself. Many influencers who visit these restaurants focus more on the aesthetic, "insta friendly" aspect of the space rather than discussing flavours, reinforcing the idea that in London’s digital dining economy, aesthetics often trump gastronomy.
Observing the customers who would take pictures and videos at the restaurant, I noticed how they would rearrange tables, order dishes purely because they "looked good on camera", or order an excessive number of dishes for a dramatic effect on an instagram story.
Despite the benefits of social media visibility, the pressure to maintain an online presence places a significant burden on restaurants, particularly independent ones. Algorithms favour constant content production, forcing many establishments to invest time and resources into digital marketing—often without guaranteed returns. For the restaurant where I work, creating daily TikTok content was a challenge, balancing authenticity with the need to follow viral trends and use the correct sounds. I did this work for free so I would do it when I was already working on the floor- which meant I could not do it when the restaurant got busy, which ideally would be the best time to film. Therefore, I focused much more on the food itself than the vibe and decor of the restaurant, and got very little traction on the TikToks I posted.
For this project, I employed digital ethnography by managing the restaurant’s TikTok account, paying attention engagement metrics, and observing customer interactions with our space. I also interviewed colleagues in front of house and back of house teams to understand their perspectives on social media’s role in dining. This hands-on approach highlighted the tensions between commercial imperatives and authentic culinary experiences—a key concern in digital anthropology, which examines how technology mediates human behaviour.
London’s restaurant scene exemplifies the broader cultural shift towards experiential consumption, where the value of a meal is increasingly tied to its online circulation. While social media offers opportunities for visibility, it also distorts priorities, privileging aesthetics over authenticity and placing unsustainable demands on businesses. Digital anthropology provides a critical lens to understand these phenomena, revealing how platforms like TikTok reshape not just how we eat, but why we choose where we dine. For restaurants, the challenge lies in balancing digital performance with genuine culinary craftsmanship—a struggle that defines London’s ever-evolving food culture

Choosing the Best POS Software for Your Restaurant: Key Considerations
Tumblr media
Running a successful restaurant requires efficient management of various operations, from tracking orders to managing inventory and processing payments. A reliable Point of Sale (POS) software can help streamline these processes, making daily tasks more manageable and boosting overall customer satisfaction. However, with so many options available, choosing the best POS software for your restaurant can be overwhelming. Here are key considerations to help you make the right decision:
1. Ease of Use
Your POS software should be intuitive and easy for your staff to use. Restaurants often have high employee turnover, and training new staff on a complex system can be time-consuming and stressful. Look for a solution with a simple user interface that requires minimal training. A touchscreen interface that allows for easy navigation between menus and orders can be a huge benefit in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Order Management
Order management is one of the core features of any POS software. For restaurants, it’s crucial to have a system that allows seamless order taking and transfers. Ensure the POS software supports tableside order entry, where staff can take orders using a tablet or mobile device, reducing errors and speeding up the process. The system should also support order modifications for special requests or changes.
3. Inventory Management
A robust POS system should integrate with your restaurant's inventory. Real-time tracking of ingredients can help you avoid shortages and reduce wastage. It’s essential for the software to notify you when supplies are low and automate purchase orders with your suppliers when necessary. This feature will keep your kitchen running smoothly and prevent any interruptions in service due to out-of-stock items.
4. Payment Processing Options
In today’s world, customers expect to pay using a variety of methods, including credit cards, mobile payments, and contactless options like Apple Pay or Google Wallet. A flexible POS system that accepts multiple payment methods ensures convenience for your customers and faster payment processing. Some systems even allow splitting bills, which is crucial for group dining.
5. Integration with Online Ordering and Delivery
With the rise of online food delivery services, it's vital that your POS system integrates with third-party delivery platforms like UberEats, Zomato, or Talabat. A POS that syncs with your online ordering system eliminates the need for double entry and reduces order errors. This integration will also streamline your delivery operations, ensuring that orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
6. Reporting and Analytics
A comprehensive reporting and analytics feature is essential to gain insights into your restaurant’s performance. The POS software should generate detailed reports on sales, inventory levels, employee performance, and peak hours. These insights can help you identify trends, optimize operations, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Many modern POS systems offer built-in CRM capabilities that allow you to track customer preferences, create loyalty programs, and send targeted promotions. By collecting customer data such as favorite dishes or dining frequency, you can enhance their dining experience and build long-term relationships. A POS system with integrated CRM can help you stay connected with your regulars and attract repeat business.
8. Scalability
Your POS software should be able to grow with your business. If you’re planning to open additional locations or expand your services, the POS system should be scalable and able to handle multiple outlets. Cloud-based POS systems offer great flexibility in this regard, allowing you to manage several locations from one central platform.
9. Customer Support and Training
Even the best POS software can have technical glitches, so having access to reliable customer support is essential. Ensure that the vendor offers 24/7 support, especially during peak hours. Additionally, check if the software provider offers training for your staff and continuous updates to improve the system’s functionality.
10. Cost and Value for Money
While price is always a consideration, the cheapest option is not necessarily the best. Look for a POS system that offers the features your restaurant needs at a reasonable price. Consider both the upfront costs, such as hardware and installation, and ongoing costs like subscription fees or payment processing charges. Make sure the system provides a good return on investment by streamlining operations and improving customer satisfaction.
Conclusion
Choosing the best Point of Sale Software for your restaurant is a critical decision that can significantly impact your day-to-day operations and customer experience. By considering ease of use, order and inventory management, payment processing options, and integration capabilities, you can find a solution tailored to your specific needs. Investing in the right POS software will not only simplify your operations but also contribute to your restaurant's long-term success.

The ROI of Tableside Ordering Systems: Is It a Smart Investment for Your Restaurant?
Tumblr media
Tableside ordering systems have emerged as a technological innovation with the potential to revolutionize the dining experience. But beyond the buzzwords and promises, do these systems truly deliver a return on investment (ROI) for restaurants?
This article dives deep into the benefits and costs of tableside ordering, analyzing its impact on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and ultimately, your bottom line. We'll explore how these systems can streamline order taking, reduce errors, and potentially increase average check sizes. We'll also examine the upfront costs, ongoing maintenance fees, and potential training expenses associated with implementing this technology.
By the end of this article, you'll have a clearer understanding of whether tableside ordering is a worthwhile investment for your specific restaurant. We'll help you weigh the potential benefits against the costs, empowering you to make an informed decision that aligns with your business goals and budget.
Understanding Tableside Ordering Systems
The systems empower guests to place orders and even pay their bills directly from their table using tablets, mobile devices, or QR codes. This streamlines the ordering process, reduces wait times, and enhances the overall dining experience.
The Winning Benefits
Increased Efficiency and Table Turnover: With tableside ordering, servers spend less time running back and forth to the POS system, enabling them to serve more tables efficiently. This can lead to increased table turnover, allowing you to accommodate more guests and potentially generate more revenue.
Enhanced Order Accuracy: By eliminating the need for servers to memorize and relay orders, tableside ordering systems reduce the likelihood of errors. This translates to less food waste, fewer remakes, and happier customers.
Upselling Opportunities: Many tableside ordering systems offer features that encourage upselling, such as suggested pairings or visually appealing add-ons. This can significantly boost your average check size and overall revenue.
Improved Customer Satisfaction: Guests appreciate the convenience and control that tableside ordering offers. They can order at their own pace, review their selections, and even split bills easily. This positive experience can lead to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.
Data Collection and Insights: It gathers valuable data on customer preferences, ordering patterns, and spending habits. These insights can inform menu optimization, targeted marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy.
The Costs of Tableside Ordering Systems
Initial Investment: Acquiring the hardware (tablets or mobile devices) and software for tableside ordering can be a significant upfront expense. However, many providers offer flexible pricing models, such as monthly subscriptions, that can make it more manageable.
Maintenance and Updates: Ongoing costs include software updates, hardware maintenance, and potential troubleshooting.
Staff Training: Your staff will need training on how to use the new system effectively. This might require some initial time investment, but it's essential for smooth operation and a positive customer experience.
Calculating the ROI of Tableside Ordering
Its ROI can vary depending on several factors, including the size of your restaurant, the type of cuisine you offer, and your target demographic.
To calculate your potential ROI, consider the following:
Increased Sales: Estimate the potential increase in average check size due to upselling and streamlined ordering.
Improved Efficiency: Calculate how much time your servers could save by not having to take orders and run back and forth to the POS.
Reduced Labor Costs: Determine if you could potentially reduce staff hours due to increased efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction: Quantify the potential impact of improved customer satisfaction on repeat business and positive reviews.
By comparing these potential gains to the costs of implementation and maintenance, you can get a clearer picture of the ROI tableside ordering could offer your restaurant.
Is Tableside Ordering Right for Your Restaurant?
It can be a valuable asset for many restaurants, but it's not a one-size-fits-all solution. Consider the following:
Your Target Demographic: Does your clientele embrace technology? Are they likely to use tableside ordering?
Your Restaurant Concept: Would tableside ordering enhance your overall dining experience, or would it detract from it?
Your Budget: Can you afford the initial investment and ongoing costs associated with the system?
