beomgyu is also the type to go, “do you need anything from the store?” and then come back with seven surprise snacks that “reminded him of you” and the two things you actually asked for.

everybody and their mothers on twitter were commending yeonjun and kai's rapping but i actually enjoyed the taebingyu back to back one-liners during the first verse more🧍‍♀️ the line delivery, the head-bopping "dun-dun-dadada" tempo, and the almost seamless transition between the three vocals was more addictive and had more ear-scratching appeal TO ME.

lyrically it's tinnitus's PG-rated sister like simply put it's about not wanting to worry too much and take everyday with a step by step (roll credits) mindset or approach. the message and delivery of the song together made it a very happy-go-lucky and upbeat song with a meaningful introspective message - txt has done it once again with serving amazing quality of music.

HOWEVER—

it is sad to see that beomgyu once again had the least lines, and the line distribution in beomgyu's particular case has been an issue for years now. people's discontent towards the matter is absolutely valid and once again ensuring fair line distribution is a problem easily solved by EXTENDING THE LENGTH OF THE SONG and giving the members with the least lines MORE instead of switching lines/parts between the group to try and find that balance (that would be messy and extra work anyway).

and aside from his falsetto at the beginning, i don't feel like soobin shined much in this song either. his and beomgyu's parts, whether because they were shorter or for other reasons, didn't leave as much of an impact on me as taejunkai's, who had more time and opportunity to show off and experiment with their vocals/raps.

beomgyu and soobin should get more of that opportunity as well, that's all.

Didn't shift but I did have a short dream of dancing with Yeonjun but it was to Jimin's 'Be Mine.' Which is amusing.

I also had a vivid dream with who I thought was Wolf Chan but it turned out to be his shadow, because the real Wolf Chan showed up and fought him, then Felix showed up and put his flaming sword up to the others neck before he could get to me.

Chan's shadow just grinned and looked at Felix's sword, commenting on the blue flames. "Soul flames...interesting. Who are you connected to?"

Felix didn't answer he just told I.N. who had showed up, to take me away. I.N. duplicated himself and grabbed my hand as we ran out into the street. Then it ended. Chan really needs to integrate his shadow self so I stop having dreams about it!

December 24

Tried to shift while listening/watching TxT's Mood Diaries. It took awhile but I'm pretty sure I mini shifted! I thought of cuddling on the couch with Soobin while he read a book and listened to music. The place was our dorms and it was decorated for Christmas.

Then I went into the bedroom I share with Kai, cause I was tired. He put on music and we laid in bed together, he then was talking to me in a low voice and giving me soft kisses. I could actually feel him. Until I fell asleep.

I then got a memory that before that I had been in the kitchen, talking and eating with Yeonjun, we usually do that alot if we can't sleep and everyone else is. It's nice quality time which we needed.

January 10

So I had what I thought was a dream but now I think it was an ungrounded shift.

We were in this fantasy looking forest. It was purple, green and shimmery. It had a trail I was walking on with Soobin. Then suddenly someone's or something was chasing us, trying to fight.

Wolf Chan appeared growling and tried to swipe at whatever it was with his claws as he told us to run. We did and he transformed into a wolf, howling which was I'm assuming a call to Felix. Who showed up and transformed into a mythical bird, setting the enemies on fire.

As we were running, Soobin behind me, the area started to ice over, which is Taehyun's power, we passed a tree which was the same color as the forest and had a face on it, somehow I had a sword which I stuck into the mouth of the tree and the sword iced over so I could use it.
