A funfact about Kanade (enstars oc):

Kanade usually takes on the attitudes and opinions of others he finds dear to him, which makes them forget about themself and what they want for themself, following what others want because they dont find the desire and 'identity' in themself. They started feeling loved for the 'identity' Kanade has to forget about theirs.

1. Tis was an action to forget about their own self-hatred and negative feelings.

2. Tis was also an action so that others do not reject him, the timid Kanade avoiding conflict as much as possible.

This lead Kanade to shambles when the person they find dear to him left him, ending up with him not being able to handle their own self and feelings.

One of the concepts for the story I have for Nyxverse is that its basically a world with metaphors representing your outer self, there'll be locks and obstacles that'll keep you out from the depths of the 'heart', some of them will be open if the person is open about these. There'll be something in the depths whwre there will be joy. However, these are only achieved if circumstances in the Real real world make hope for the joy?? If that makes sense

I plan to have Xyro be a character whose extremely popular and has a lot of friends, and yet feels insecure about how the love she gets will only be how pretty she is and her achievements , feeling that her only worth is her attractiveness and not her. She then accepts all of the love, accepting the fact this is the only love she'll ever receive from people because She becomes aware that she'll never get anywhere with her personality.
