Spoiler Alert: Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 6 Episode 3 (Side Hustles).

Ra’Jah O’Hara’s character development this season is beyond reproach. This is the redemption she so needs. Her runway looks are noteworthy as well as her performances. I fell in love with her when she had a heart-to-heart moment with her Season 11 sister, Sracrlet during Untucked.

I like how the episode turned out; the voting of the queens went down between Season 11 frontrunners, A’keria and Silky where the latter was then sent home.

But the gaggery of them all panned out when Laganja dropped an aerial split from the runway’s entrance (Tandi Iman Dupree style) as this week’s lip sync assassin against the top All Stars of the main challenge and her Season 6 sister, Trinity K Bonet. I now sincerely hope Ganja would consider joining All Stars in the future. She looks sickening in green, too!

               who would have thought jaeha's invitation to come and watch him perform would have ended with wooseok accompanying him to the hospital. in hindsight, that was probably the less embarrassing part, because now wooseok is in his apartment, trying to help him get ready for bed because he can't move his arm ( even though the doctor said it was fine to move, jaeha has always been sensitive to pain ). getting into the apartment had been fine, but getting out of his outfit and taking his makeup off might prove more of a challenge...

               luckily for the both of them, he isn't in a dress, nor is he too heavily padded. he always feel like he's cheating if he performs in a blouse, but there's plenty of queens that don't restrict themselves to nothing but ballgowns so why should he? it's definitely paid off tonight ( because he'd been insistent that he'd rather go home and try to sleep off the pain in his arm than go to the hospital in full drag ). his skirt had been swapped for some jeans, and his wig had been left to one of his fellow queen's safekeeping ( along with the chicken fillets stuffed down his shirt ). other queens might be proud of what they do, but jaeha isn't there yet. not coming from the family that he does. a few hours later, jaeha had walked out of the hospital with a sling and a physiotherapy information booklet ( and the doctor's word that he'd been lucky to get away with just a sprain, rather than a break ).

               ❝ y'know, tandi iman dupree broke her heel on the entrance in her most famous performance, ❞ jaeha says, as if that will somehow combat the awkward silence as wooseok gets him out of his jeans. they gave him some painkillers at the hospital, but they haven't kicked in yet, and jaeha's entire forearm feels like it's about to fall off. ❝ she just kept going, though. i don't think anyone even knew until afterwards. ❞ not like him, but he supposes times were different then -- health and safety wasn't so strict ( and miss dupree didn't cry out in pain like he had ). he's still tucked, but he'll deal with that in the morning -- he's embarrassed enough by wooseok having to get him into his pyjamas, nevermind something that intimate. maybe that's why he feels so self-conscious when wooseok's fingers start to unbutton his blouse, jaeha's free hand reaching up to halt him for just a few seconds. he knows he can't get the thing off without wooseok's help, but... well, he's never shown this much skin to him before. ❝ this is going to hurt, isn't it...? ❞
