This is pretty interesting and honest. I didn’t know this (probably because I was sleeping at that time) but they were originally planning to do a closed event but even that got cancelled.

The skaters obviously felt some frustration at not being able to finish, and then guilt over feeling that way. (the way she starts the article makes me think GP expected to pull up in the FD which they may well have done based on the PCS they received)

so yep. it's been cancelled. i am, to be brutally honest, a bit upset, but i completely understand that safety is the number one priority. sad to think that a couple of people with horrible intents have effectively managed to shut down an entire country- including a much-awaited skating competition. it's truly terrible how malicious people can be. ••• la quatrième compétition de la série Grand-Prix, la Trophée Éric Bompard a été annulé sur les autorités françaises parce que les attaques terroristes à Paris. je comprend que la sécurité de tout les patineurs est trop importante. j'espère que les patineurs sont sûrs, est que les patineurs pourront laisser la France dès que possible.
