POCO is gearing up to launch a new smartphone globally in coming days as suggested by recent teasers shared by the brand. The company recently posted a video montage of all tweets by fans asking for the POCO F1 successor, which fanned the rumours of the POCO F2 or POCO F2 Pro launching in India. However, a new leak suggests that the next launch from the brand in the country will not be an F-series device. POCO has done this already with the launch of POCO X2 (first impressions), which was initially rumoured to be the POCO F2, but later arrived as the re-badged Redmi K30. Now, it seems that the company might pull the same trick again as a new device named M2 Pro has been spotted on the official website. Here’s what you need to know. POCO M2 Pro details The listing was first spotted by MySmartPrice on the Xiaomi India website. The POCO M2 Pro reference has been spotted on Xiaomi’s RF exposure page with model number M2001J2I and an SAR value of 1.6 W/kg. As of now, there’s no word on other specifications of the POCO M2 Pro. At the time of writing this post, Xiaomi has removed the POCO M2 Pro listing. The publication also spotted the Redmi Note 9 as well the Xiaomi Mi 10 on the same page, and they are still listed. While the Redmi Note 9 has not been announced in India yet, the Mi 10 is scheduled to launch on May 8th. With this new listing, we now know that the former is coming to India as well, although the release date is still unknown. . . . . #techies_page_xiaomi #techies_page_poco #techies_page #techies #tech #technology #poco #pocof2 #pocof1 #pocoindia #xiaomi #xiaomiindia #india #website #pocom2pro #mi10 #mi10pro #mia3 #pocox2 #australia #austria #iceland #england #switzerland #usa #uk #redmik30 #redmik30pro #argentina #canada https://www.instagram.com/p/B_5NxSygNnU/?igshid=sa4six1nx66n

It’s coming back – the Poco F2 Pro is officially on its way. The official Twitter account is inviting everyone on the hype train. Meanwhile, the phone popped up on Gearbest with a promo page, participants in which will get a chance to win the phone for free and will enjoy early shipping. This is more of a teaser, so it doesn’t give away the full details about the phone, but it does confirm that it will be based on the Redmi K30 Pro. It claims it will poses the “most powerful chipset” and shows off the Snapdragon logo (so an S865 chip) and promises a true “full screen” (without showing the pop-up camera that makes it possible). The page listing mentions four cameras and shows off the round camera island, it also boasts about a large battery and fast charging without going into specifics. It does reveal a few things, though. The Poco F2 Pro will be available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage as standard with an 8/256GB option. There will be a choice of four colors: Purple, White, Grey and Blue. Gearbest is hiding the price for now, but that leaked a few days ago – in Europe it will be €600 or €650, depending on local taxes. Also keep in mind that the 5G support will be dropped in some markets, which is likely another factor in the difference in base price. That’s close to double the €330 price tag of the original. Even the Redmi K30 Pro itself is €500 or so (though its not readily available in the West). There's also the Poco X2, which is based on the vanilla K30 and is much more affordable. . . . . #techies_page_poco #techies_page #techies #tech #technology #poco #pocof2pro #pocof1 #pocof2 #pocox2 #xiaomi #mi #redmik30pro #redmik30 #redmi #snapdragon865 #australia #usa #uk #canada #germany #china #india #pocoindia #shotonpoco #fastcharging #5g #iceland #switzerland #france https://www.instagram.com/p/B_xkYYTgQDl/?igshid=1p0f4emyfbhro

Xiaomi's Pocophone F2 might not have 5G, at least in some markets. The long-awaited Pocophone F1 successor might finally arrive in the coming months or weeks and judging by the frequency of the rumors lately, it will be sooner than later. But if you are having high hopes for the Pocophone F2 and 5G connectivity is on top of your priority list, you might have to look somewhere else. At least according to this snapshot from the TKDN certification in Indonesia. The model number M2004J11G matches the Pocophone F2's one and the listing clearly says it supports 4G-LTE bands and no word of 5G. Obviously, the chipset would still be the 5G-capable Snapdragon 865, but it looks as if the phone won't be supporting all bands. Then again, it could be a regional thing and the Pocophone F2 could be offered with 5G in most markets, whereas others will get the 4G version in order to keep the price low. It's also possible that the Pro model will get 5G while the non-Pro will settle for 4G for all markets. Judging by the recently leaked European prices, however, we can expect that Europe would get the 5G-enabled version. . . . . #techies_page_poco #techies_page #techies #tech #technology #poco #pocof2pro #pocof2 #pocof1 #pocox2 #pocophonef1 #pocophone #pocophonef2 #snapdragon865 #5g #4g #india #indonesia #china #europe #australia #usa #uk #unitedkingdom #unitedstates #canada ##european #germany #spain #japan https://www.instagram.com/p/B_rCGl4Alxd/?igshid=1aunzbnqmshls

People have been waiting a very long time for a successor to the Pocophone F1, 'flagship killer' of days past, and we're now closer than ever to the unveiling of that handset. It's no mystery anymore that it's going to be a rebranded Redmi K30 Pro, a device that went live in China back in March. And now we have an idea of what to expect in terms of pricing, at least for the Eurozone. According to a source in Portugal, the Pocophone F2 Pro is going to be priced over there at €649 for a model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. That goes up to €749 if you want 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage to be built-in. Keep in mind that Portugal has a 'private copy tax' that makes prices of smartphones over there slightly higher than in other places, so the best case scenario here for other countries would be a starting price of €599. That would match the Realme X50 Pro, which is good because there's going to be direct competition between the two. The Realme has a high refresh rate screen and more base RAM, but the Pocophone doesn't give you the pill-shape cutout in the screen - or any cutout, thanks to its pop-up selfie cam. Unfortunately we still don't know when the Pocophone F2 Pro will be announced, or whether there will be a non-Pro F2, and if such, which Redmi that will be a rebadging of. The K30i perhaps? There's already the Poco X2, which is a Redmi K30 (non-Pro) by another name, and it seems like this year Xiaomi really wants to amp up the overall confusion about its naming shenanigans. And succeeding, at least so far. . . . . #techies_page_poco #techies_page #techies #tech #technology #poco #pocof1 #pocof2 #pocof2pro #snapdragon865 #europe #uk #usa #unitedkingdom #unitedstates #canada #australia #pocox2 #redmik30pro #redmik30 #redmik30i #redmi #mi #xiaomi #realmex50pro #realme #india #china #indonesia #taiwan https://www.instagram.com/p/B_p7k7BAssn/?igshid=1g1nqxpxoif3j

Last month we came across a report which claimed that the Redmi K30 Pro might come to India as a member of the Poco brand. Then Poco India GM Chandolu Manmohan squashed the rumors by stating that there are no plans to bring the Redmi K30 Pro as the Poco F2 or X2 Pro. Now, a new listing on the Google Play list of supported devices shows that the Redmi K30 Pro will come as the Poco F2 Pro. We can see the device will sport the same “Imi” code-name like the Redmi K30 Pro but it remains to be seen which markets will get the Poco F2 Pro. Additionally, we can spot the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom bearing the “Imiinpro” which is the device’s code name for the Indian market. Thus it seems that the Redmi K30 duo will make its way to India with the same branding as in other markets and will not be part of the Poco brand. It remains to be seen what Xiaomi and the now-independent Poco brand have planned. Poco’s Chandolu Manmohan did confirm that the brand’s next device will come with a higher price tag than the original Pocophone F1 but that’s about the only detail we have so far. In addition, Poco is also working to expand its portfolio with a pair of TWS earbuds for the Indian market. . . . . #techies_page_poco #techies_page_xiaomi #techies_page #techies #tech #technology #redmi #xiaomi #poco #pocoindia #india #pocof1 #pocof2 #pocof2pro #redmik30pro #redmik30 #redmik30prozoom #tws #pocox2 #report #indian #gm #googleplay #google #usa #unitedstates #uk #unitedkingdom #canada #australia https://www.instagram.com/p/B_erlkDA1dC/?igshid=1oupye7nrsan
