Lana has no experience in being in a relationship aside from a friendship. 

He assumes that they both aren't much different. So, in the beginning, he treats you how he treats his friends.

He doesn't realize that there's a little more to it. 

He would love to do your outfits if you let him. He'll do whatever makes you look good, and if you aren't into the whole matching outfits thing, that's okay! He has an idea of different outfits, but they still go together. 

He would probably be heartbroken if you didn't want him making you any outfits (at all). 

Oh, and if you wear makeup, he would absolutely do it for you - if you let him.

He wouldn't mind if you chose his outfit for him or did his makeup.

PDA, depends on the situation. He isn't really against it, but isn't exactly for it either.
