I present to you: Donnie's design from my Future AU (that still does not have a name-)

Okay so a few things I should mention:

It's hard to see these details, but he has a robotic hand and eye (and one of his legs as well)

He is so fucking tall, he is taller than Leo even (but shorter than Raph of course). And yes he does tease Leo about it

He is the second brother to die, but I haven't decided his cause of death yet

There is a lore reason for places on his skin being blue, but it would be spoilers for my Separated AU if I told the reason x.x

This is the same Donnie from my Separated AU, my AU's are connected

Augh okay so actually I updated this recently: He does not die after Raph anymore, now Donnie is the first brother who dies

And the AU has a name now! It's the Genius Built AU

Alright, I finally have a name for my Bad Future AU now. I'm just going to call it something simple like the Genius Built AU. And here is why:

Donnie becomes the lead tech support for the Resistance. Genius Built tech is what's keeping the Resistance functioning and alive. His struggle with this huge responsibility is a big focus in the AU.

In my most popular F!Donnie art post the info about his death is outdated now -- It says that he dies after Raph, but I changed my mind a while ago and decided that Donnie should be the first brother to die. And when he does, the Resistance starts to struggle until it eventually falls.

So!

After a million years I've finally done some brainstorming and have come up for a name for my separated AU. This is the post for that AU, and as for my bad future AU (which is a continuation of the separated AU) I will make a separate post when I come up with a name for it, too.

I'm going to call my separated AU the "Radio Static" AU. Here's an explanation that I quickly jotted down. Apologies if not explained thoroughly enough:

The brothers, though separated as infants, (Donnie and Mikey with Draxum, Raph with Splinter, and Leo with Big Mama) are kind of aware that they exist and have had run-ins with each other near the beginning. Throughout the AU, they learn more about each other and are interested in communicating, but they have difficulties, kinda like trying to talk to someone through a bad connection.

The twins are doing the twin sense thing from the very beginning of the au and are like "what the fuck is this sense that I keep picking up", like a radio station signal when you pass through an area and a different channel interrupts the one you're listening to and it's all fuzzy.

Also have I mentioned yet that two OC's of my friends are going to be integral to the AU? Toby the Crow who belongs to @flockofcrowsinatrenchcoat and Erin who belongs to @acaciaeyes
