Perhaps going to "Destiny USA" with two troubled teens on their first day of living together wasn't the best idea…? Yes, it was definitely a terrible idea! Kevin realized this three hours later, when the twins picked a bunch of different things to do — at times paired to make Kevin's life difficult — and Andrew was gone.

It went like this: they were all walking together on the third floor of the mall, Aaron was carrying bags of his stuff, happy with the outing and his new dad's sponsorship program, and Andrew, after handing Kevin his stuff, disappeared from Day's sight for a second, and when he looked back… Andrew was gone.

Dropping the bags, Kevin scrambled to his seat. Aaron, hearing the commotion, looked back.

— What's wrong?

— Andrew's not here. — Kevin wheezed.

Aaron looked around tensely.

— It's… It's okay. Don`t worry. — He tried to reassure him. — Andrew's not leaving without us.

Kevin groped the pockets of his jacket, which he hadn't thought to take off, and realized one dumb thing: with Andrew, you always had to be on your guard. He'd stolen the car keys.

— God… — Kevin whimpered, slumping down on the bench. Aaron hastily picked up the bags and placed them next to his father.

— Keys? — He asked understandingly.

— Yeah.

— He won't leave us. — Aaron repeated, sitting down next to him and patting Kevin awkwardly on the shoulder.

— Does he do this a lot?

— Steal something? All the time. But he's never stolen a car yet.

—How often does he run away?

Aaron stared puzzledly at the ceiling, furrowed his brow, remembering.

— I think this is the fourth time.

Kevin gave a doomed groan.

— It's going to be all right. — assured the boy.

While Aaron waited, guarding his purchases, on a bench outside the «Target» appliance store, Kevin picked out the right model of phone for the twins. In Day's opinion, it had to have Internet access, a good amount of memory, a minimum of fancy apps, and an antivirus program with a child-protection feature. Kevin slipped it into his pocket and relented.

— Don't run off again. I don't want anything to happen to you.

Andrew nodded, and Kevin, touched by his embarrassment and the first signs of sincerity, held out his arms, offering a reconciling hug, but the boy flinched away from him into the driver's seat next to him.

— I don't like that.

— Sorry. — Kevin took a step back. — If you change your mind, I'm right here.

Andrew smiled at the corner of his mouth and turned away hastily, trying to hide it.

Tecno Spark Slim unveiled as the world's thinnest smartphone with a 5,200mAh battery

Tecno is set to showcase its latest concept smartphone, the Spark Slim, at MWC 2025. At just 5.75mm thick, the device is being positioned as the thinnest smartphone to feature a 5,200mAh battery. It will be available for a hands-on experience at the company booth in Barcelona next week.

The Spark Slim features a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1224p (1.5K) and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen’s peak brightness reaches 4500 nits, which should help with visibility in bright outdoor conditions. Tecno has used recycled aluminum and stainless steel in the phone’s construction, with an integrated die-casting process for structural integrity's sake while keeping the device lightweight.

Despite its ultra-thin design, the phone houses a 5,200mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Tecno claims this allows for all-day usage without sacrificing portability. An octa-core processor is also expected to power the device, though specific details about the chipset are undisclosed as of now.
