Hey so in terms of mildly derogatory ways to call someone an old lady it would simply be vieja. Vieja generally is used as an adjective like "Ella es muy vieja" means "she's really old", but when you use it as a noun for example "esa vieja malvada" or "that mean old lady" it's definitely more derogatory you probably wouldn't call someone that to their face unless it was very playful like a spouse would say "mi vieja" or "my old lady" but a young person calling an older person this would probably be slightly disrespectful. Hope this helps!

Eddie does as he's told, taking slow, measured breaths. Buck runs his hand up and down Eddie's bicep in time with his breaths, smiling in encouragement. “You did so good for me, baby,” Buck says softly. “Just keep breathing.” Eddie relaxes against the mattress, sated and sleepy, but still floating in the headspace he'd been in for god knows how long. He doesn't get like this after many of their scenes. Buck always insists on the aftercare, despite Eddie's frequent protests. This time, however, even Eddie has to admit it's a welcome gesture. It had been a punishment (though Eddie really didn't see any downside to it), and things had gotten pretty intense. Eddie would do it again in a heartbeat. “Can you count to thirty for me?” Buck asks, keeping his voice low and soft. “I'll be back by then, if not sooner,” he says as he slowly stands. Eddie nods mutely, lucid enough to know Buck will be back before he's even reached fifteen. Sure enough, by the time Eddie starts to whisper fifteen, Buck is back by his side, warm washcloth in hand. “You did so good, baby,” Buck says as he sits beside him. He gently runs the cloth over Eddie's heated skin, his free hand carding through his hair. Once he's finished, he coaxes Eddie into his favorite sweats (which happen to be Buck's), and settles him onto the couch. Eddie closes his eyes, sighing in content. He doesn't even notice he's dozing off until the couch springs creak beside him. He opens his eyes to see Buck place a glass of water on the coffee table, along with a sandwich Eddie absolutely knows is peanut butter and apricot jelly. “Back with me?” Buck asks, smiling softly. Eddie nods. “Yeah. Thanks.” “You okay?” “More than,” Eddie says. He shifts until he can rest his head on Buck's shoulder. “That was incredible.” Buck chuckles, something Eddie feels more than hears. “Yeah, it was.” He combs his fingers through Eddie's hair, gently massaging where he'd tugged it earlier. “I'm debating letting you do it to me.” That has Eddie perking up like a puppy offered a treat. He sits up and beams at Buck, who laughs and cups his cheek, pulling him into a kiss. “Rest first, baby,” Buck says. “Maybe later we can turn the tables.” Eddie kisses him again and settles back beside him, both happy to recuperate and excited for later.
