Do you have headcanons on Warriors' cats to share? I just want to read about cats.

thats so fair and yes, yes i do!! (sorry if there are any spelling mistakes i got a headache)

for regular war:

- he has two hairless cats named Rosie and Delilah who he found in a destroyed village and he only meant to clean them up and care for them until they could be given a new home but he got very attached very very quickly

- he knits them sweaters, Delilah is usually in green and Rosie is in pink

- Delilah is not a huge fan of other people, in fact she actively dislikes pretty much everyone but War. she tolerates Athena and Linkle and Twilight is “okay” but shes not a big fan of anyone else. She’s still War’s babie tho and he loves her with his whole heart and she does no wrong in his eyes

- Delilah will snuggle right up by his face. She loves rubbing her head against his jaw, and she sleeps/rests close by him at night. As in like she tucks herself between his chest/shoulder and chin or she curls around his head and shoves her paws in his curls

- Rosie is very cuddly and affectionate but slightly more independent and likes to roam. She’s a bit of a troublemaker but she has such a sweet face that War doesn’t care. She’s always the first to run and sit on his scarf when he leaves it unattended for two seconds. She usually spends the night running around being silly or sitting on War’s desk walking all over his things

for the miscellaneous modern au:

- War as two sillies: A black cat named Milo, and a white cat named Tara. He got them on the same day at the shelter when they were babies because his therapist recommended he get a pet because he was so lonely and anxious and War’s mom agreed on a cat. War was supposed to only get Milo, he walked through the whole shelter and found a tiny black kitten and just fell in love with him, but when he saw Tara left alone in the cage just staring at him he got a bit emotional and cried because he thought about how lonely HE was and he couldn’t take one cat away from the other (he was 12 at the time)

- Milo is VERY affectionate, and he demands uppies a lot. He will chirp at War and stretch his little paws at his knees until War grabs him and holds him like a baby so Milo can rub his head against his neck, tho Milo does also like being held upside down. He’s a weird one

- War calls Milo his little void because he blends into the shadows of War’s rooms and also all his dark colored blankets

- Milo has a little stuffed fish he carries around and when War is sad Milo will come drop it at his feet and meow at him

- Milo also really likes Sky and Twi and counters and he used to hop up on the kitchen counter while Sky cooked (and sky would call him chef milo), but then he got his own little stool so hed stop getting in the way

- Tara is War’s baby in the sense that she sticks by him. Shes okay with pets from Sky and Twi but shes not a fan of being picked up and has a low tolerance for how many pets she can handle from people who arent War. When War eventually moves in with Sidney (who is his bf) Sidney would refer to Milo as his cat too, but Tara is WAR’S car shes his baby

- when War was little he used to sleep with Milo curled up with him and he’d feel safe because Tara was always wandering around at night and previously he’d been going to bed in an empty apartment at 12 years old and that was scary to him so he felt comforted knowing Tara was out there. Now in the apartment she will either sleep in the cat tree, directly on War’s head, or on the couch in the living room

- Tara hates with a PASSION every boyfriend/fling War has ever had who’s come to meet the cats. She’ll hiss at them or claw or bite them, and it’s always because they just try to pet her and don’t give two shits about respecting her boundaries (or War’s!!). War thought she just hated men/people in general but Tara is literally fine around his friend group. The only exception to hating every boyfriend War has ever had has been Sidney because he gently stuck his hand out to her before he pet her and she turned her head away so he took his hand back and Tara was like “OH. OH THIS ONE DOESNT SUCK.”

- Tara WILL yell at War when she hungers. Milo would sit there and paw at his foot if he wanted food, but Tara actively yells at him and doesn’t stop until she sees his hand touch her bowl. She also likes sitting on his bathroom counter while he does his makeup

and eventually mm au War gets a third cat Maple who’s a bit of a stupid goof ball creature that will jump into the balcony wind with a loud smack every time she see a bird out there

but yeah those are the creatures!!
