Willowcreek Opera House

Hello Simmers!

In my #willowcreek conversion, it was finally time to build an opera house. I have been messaged several times to create an opera house.

This building was inspired by several opera houses. The Main Façade was inspired by Opéra Comique in Paris, and the rest are a mixture within the limitations of the game.

This build is completely decorative. You will only be able to use it as a background. As the game didn't allow practical theatres, I didn't mind compromising playability over aesthetics.

Summer Palace

There are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a dining room, a two-story library, a swimming pool, an office and much more. There is also a large park with a gazebo.

I thank all the creators of wonderful building materials, furniture and decorations. Your creativity makes the game much more interesting.

Long time no post from myself. I made several attempts of buildings, but actually never bern satisfied enough to finish anything.

Till this weekend - I started another try on Marble House in Newport (currently obsessed with the second season of „Gilded Age“) and from what I can say now, I really like it.

So I can present you at least a bit of it by now. Exterior, hall and dining room are finished. The golden ball room just needs more furnishing and details

It takes time. I want it accurate.

Hola Damas y caballeros

Voy a volver a jugar a Los Sims 4, y por ende voy a volver a hacer Mods de cuadros, es lo poco que se de hacer Mods, que para mi ya es bastante, utilizando como base los cuados de TheJim07, que son muy buenos y dan el toque distinguido que necesitan mis palacios.

Pero tengo un pequeño problema, me he descargado la nueva version del @sims4studioofficial, busco lo que necesito y no me sale. ¿Alguien podría indicarme como solucionarlo?

Hello ladies and gentlemen

I'm going to play The Sims 4 again, and therefore I'm going to make frame Mods again, that's the little I know about making Mods, which for me is enough, using as a base TheJim07's frames, which are very good and they give the distinguished touch that my palaces need.

But I have a small problem, I have downloaded the new version of @sims4studioofficial, I look for what I need and it doesn't come up. Could someone tell me how to solve it?

Turkish Baroque

Hello Simmers

As my Willowcreek Conversion continues, I did a baroque mosque to wish Happy Ramadan to those who celebrate. 

I was inspired heavily by Bezm-i Âlem mosque in Istanbul, a fine example of Turkish Baroque. I also updated my old buildings, Sultan's Tomb and Dolmabahçe Clock Tower, to match the feeling and enrich the neighbourhood. 

Also added a text between minarets with lights as it is a Ramadan Tradition in Turkey.

1690s mantua dress

we're back to the sims 4! it's a request-turned-collaboration, which I am pretty happy about, because it was fun.

I am the author of the mesh (9030 polys) and... only 3 swatches. sorry for breaking the immersion, but take a better look:

@denerdnr is the author of the idea, the beautiful screenshots and 14 sets of recolors, some of which are featured below (except the two on the last screenshot, these are mine).

known issues (as always):

some distortion of the central part while moving (you can see that on the CAS screenshot) - can't seem to fix that

this stray polygon I can't get rid of >:( only really visible with the selection outline or if you look very closely on SOME movements, but argh

this mesh has transparent parts and naturally won't look that good if you have transparency turned off. the download links are below, enjoy! ❤️
