very seriously considering switching to the night shift at my job, it would require some personal schedule rearrangements but the pay bump is reaaaall tempting....
#for reference i typically work an 8 hour chunk between 1pm and 10pm 5 days a week#but if i swapped to nights i would be about 9pm to 6:30am 4 days a week#and also its starting rate is like $18.50 while day shift starting is still at 15 or 16#i currently make 17.50 but thats only because ive gotten a couple small raises after being here a couple years#hrmmm.... i have to sit on it..... more importantly i have to figure out a way to ask one of my leaders how much i personally would#theoretically make if i theoretically moved to third shift. without letting my leader know im thinking about it and probably#getting pressured since our third shift is DESPERATE for people#mumbling
