Stop hanging around the same evil friends who hated you pre transition just so they can hate you again in new and more elaborate ways you don’t even realize!

What if a yandere has an “angel/devil on the shoulder” mentality? How do you suppose that would work? If it would even?
I’m going to take this in a metaphorical way, since if it was literal, the Yandere in question would definitely lock their angel in a cage and sexualize the hell out of whatever poor allegory is unfortunate enough to appear on their shoulder. It’s tragic, really.
I digress, though. I feel like any Yandere that can actively choose between treating their Darling like a diety and treating them like a pet would be torture for anyone involved. They’re a kind soul, and they do want to take care of you like they intended to, but they’ve got a temper, and it doesn’t help that you insist on being so stubborn, always forcing their hand when it comes to punishments and lessons and everything in between. Towards the beginning, their treatment of you is nothing less than divine, their resolve as solid as you can want from someone who met you two days before you woke up in their basement. But, as time goes on, they seem a little more willing to get their hands dirty. You’re taking too long to come around, so they have to do something different  - that’s how they rationalize it. If you behaved, they wouldn't have to get violent, so this is your fault. They just lose their temper every so often, at first, but as time goes on and you one grow more resentful, I wouldn’t be surprised in a leather belt and a pair of handcuffs becomes their go-to whenever you say something they don’t care for.
It’s the descent of someone who's already hit rock-bottom, and trust me, it won’t be a pleasant transition for you. They’re not overly cruel, only lashing out when they think you deserve it. Or, until they start enjoying it, at least. I’m sure they’ll still find a reason to blame you, though. They’re not merciless, after all.

BLOOD TIES - Prelude Meta
Tumblr media
Years ago, a great war between realms brought the universe to the brink of destruction. In their most desperate hour, Earthrealm's champions rallied in strength and spirit—saving their world from the forces of evil. In the years that followed, there existed a peace between realms for the first time since the Mortal Kombat tournaments began. But peace did not last for long...
The story begins in the Himalayan wilderness with Kenshi Takahashi battling infamous Red Dragon member Hsu Hao and other Red Dragon members with Takeda Takahashi, his son. While Kenshi is quick to attempting to subdue his enemies in order for Takeda to escape, Kenshi incites by trespassing the Shirai Ryu Territory, which smoothly transitions forth Hanzo Hasashi’s abrupt intervention, which quickly disposes of Hsu Hao by a skewered kunai to his chest, with a flaming fist impaling the Red Dragon’s head.
Even in this brief fighting scene, it could be referenced that Kenshi and Hanzo has been close friends, who would reciprocally save each other’s lives, and acting not only on vengeance, but justice (but this parallel and ongoing concept when it involves Hanzo will come later on, repeatedly, in fact).
"Good is not nice, polite, well-mannered, self-righteous, or naive, though good characters may be some of these things."
Hanzo Hasashi may be a redeemed character who has gone through hell and back to experience growth and redemption, but he is a natural loner - a lone wolf throughout the franchise, ever since he lost his family, his clan, along with his life. His senses of duty may force him to perform heroic acts, but he does not consider chitchat or politeness to be parts of their obligations, lest someone really deserves it through mounted trust and reciprocation as it is extremely hard to downright trust anyone. Also, he may want to be an affable person, but Hanzo believes that being nice does not always get things done, and that doing good requires them to be harsh and cruel, particularly if he has to teach something. This may be an intermittent effect, applied only when necessary; to train Takeda, who wasn’t obviously handpicked by Hanzo himself, but taking care of him on Kenshi’s behalf.
Hanzo may be no longer an Anti-Hero, nor Vigilante Man, but he still harbors that significant dualism in a sense that he could be a genuinely friendly, sociable, caring person, always looking out for his friends and family and trying to do the right thing. It's just that this niceness doesn't extend to giving free passes to the truly vile and horrific among his enemies (Quan Chi in canon, Havik in the comics). They are the reason why the villain should Beware the Nice Ones, especially since Hanzo is not gonna wait to be angered or snap before the inevitable beatdown/killing begins. Hanzo will find them, will stop them and (if they're lucky) will kill them before they can hit that Berserk Button (where Hanzo fails, which will come later on with Hanzo vs. Havik fight).
The Shirai Ryu Temple is full of Shirai Ryu warriors who lost their families in the Netherrealm War, sole survivors like Hanzo Hasashi himself. It’s a jarring reminder of his death, and resurrection as Scorpion, as he would serve as the Enforcer of the Netherrealm on Quan Chi’s leash... With all things past him, as Kenshi Takahashi helped Hanzo to get him out of the darkness, Hanzo reciprocates the good deed upon them. Kenshi has his own vengeance as Kenshi was performing a deep covert cover mission to eradicate the Red Dragon’s cult leader, Daegon. When his cover was blown, his son living in Thailand was also blown and Suchin (Kenshi’s wife) was killed in gruesome matter before Kenshi could get there, but Suchin was smart enough to hide Takeda in the next town, to escape slaughter. Hanzo takes him in, as he sought revenge and find death. Takeda fears and resents Hanzo, because he is a wraith from hell. Kenshi, intimately knowing of Hanzo’s demons, tells his son that Hanzo conquered his own years ago. When Hanzo catches Takeda running away from the Shirai Ryu Compounds, he catches up to the boy and tells him.
“You are a survivor, Takeda, like me. But Shirai Ryu do not run. We fight.”
This philosophy, the strong, iron-willed Sasori Hanzo wears will be a continued ouroboros that will repeatedly return as the comics’ events continue. It will also become the catalyst in Takeda’s harbored strength as he grows from a weak boy to a formidable warrior.
Hanzo trains Takeda, as the young Takahashi battles Forrest Fox, who comes on top as he gets beaten over and over again. Years later, Takeda simply feints using his speed, instead of countering Fox when he attacks. Hanzo immediately calls Takeda out for playing around, even when he could have utilized his advantage to strike at first opportunity given. Hanzo does not hold back with his criticism, be imposing and charismatic when he needs to be, while also offering protection towards Takeda, as he assigns Fox to protect him.
"Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; look on them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death."
Imposing, intimidating and austere, Hanzo Hasashi, at least before the events of MKX storyline still harbors the duality of his personality (Hanzo and Scorpion), Scorpion being that of vengeance, hatred and wrath, while Hanzo is his humanity and compassion. One of the worst things Hanzo’s enemies can ever do with him is to do something that gets him well and truly furious, because rage makes him close to being unbeatable despite him being a mortal being now. He will go into a frenzy and become stronger, faster, braver, more agile and more indestructible than he has ever been, and he will annihilate anyone who stands in his way. In Takeda’s training, Hanzo is most definitely harsher with him than any of the other handpicked ninjas, for Forrest Fox comments on “If you thought Hanzo was a harsh master before, wait until you meet the real Scorpion.” And Hanzo regards the Shirai Ryu as his blood and family - For Hanzo Hasashi is a Grandmaster, a commander cares deeply about their men and exhibits it constantly. A mentor to the officers (generals and ninjas) under them, Hanzo takes a deep personal interest in their welfare and try to keep them out of harm's way. Even those non-kombatants, who stay behind the front defense line (those that work in infirmary, women who take care of the ninjas, as being a traditional Japanese setting, there still are more women non-kombatants than their male counterparts) will be treated with utter respect and made to feel as valued as the ninjas on the front line.
Hanzo thinks of being abruptly interrupted by Raiden - unexpected and unwelcomed - as the Thunder God warned Hanzo of the Netherrealm Invasion damaging cosmic barriers that protect the Earth from realms beyond. A powerful demon from another realm broke through before Raiden could repair them. Hanzo comments that it is Raiden’s fault, and as he recalls his memory, comments to Takeda that if this demon shows up, warns that warriors don’t dance around it, but kill it before it kills him. Forrest Fox, corrupted with the Blood Code, massacres almost all of the Second Shirai Ryu and takes Takeda to Grandmaster Hasashi, who is in a mental entropy; a state produced by a psychedelic from Hanzo’s own poison collection, reliving old times to stroke the fire until vengeance consumes him. He struggled years to control his vengeful spirit, and now he’s lost yet another family, corrupted Fox waits for what Hanzo will become.
Tumblr media
In his poison-induced delirium, Hanzo remembers the tragic, agonizing event, seemingly from a lifetime ago, Hanzo fights against Lin Kuei warriors, and comes across Harumi (Kana) and Satoshi (Jubei), who are solid frozen with Sub-Zero before him. That day, Hanzo has lost everything - his family, his clan - as he thinks himself becoming Scorpion, the hellfire never being able to burn him whole. Takeda refuses to kill Hanzo, and Fox calls on an occasion where Hanzo has been especially hard on him, considering Hanzo handpicked every fighter he trained, except Takeda, and calls him a runner, not a warrior. Hanzo gives into Scorpion’s persona, burning Fox in hellfire, then Takeda splits him in half, killing corrupted Fox as they burn the Shirai Ryu Compounds, and plans to visit Raiden, to have him beg for mercy.
Since Hellfire is often explicitly magical in nature, it may also have other affects or the way it does what it does is different from conventional fire. While normal fire might melt something with heat, Hellfire may just disintegrate it entirely, or even go against the annihilative nature of the fire itself, as it was shown with corrupted Forrest Fox under the Blood Code. Maybe whatever normal fire affected will be hot after but eventually the heat will die down but with Hellfire, the object may stay hot or even feel cold. More than that, when used on a living creature, Hellfire might not hurt it the same way as normal fire. Instead of burning the body, Hellfire may burn the soul and physical injuries are the result of a wounded spirit that may never heal. And this also goes along with how Hanzo faced his violence; immoral, thriving on hatred rather than love, not only it destroyed communal sense of his wholeness, it left his world in monologue, rather than dialogue.
Hellfire itself was a stark metaphor of his violence ending by defeating itself, Hanzo Hasashi’s own triad of body, mind and soul. For it had created bitterness in a sole survivor within him and brutality in destroying them as his cruel madness pulverized so many innocents.
At this point, Hanzo’s hatred towards Raiden is rampant; for he blames the Thunder God for giving him the Kamigodu Dagger, then having the Second Shirai Ryu massacred, to come close to losing almost everything, save for Takeda and his own life.

Congratulations, BECKY! You’ve been accepted for the role of GONERIL with an approved FC change to URSULA CORBERO. Admin Jen: Truly, Becky, you have left us speechless with this wonderful application! Your take on Grace was a bit unusual, and certainly not what I was expecting as I had established her in my mind as very cold and clinical. But the way you integrated emotions into her portrayal was brilliant -- it gave her a touch of volatility and extremism that accentuated the terror that Grace embodies so perfectly. I loved your future plots especially the evil scheme that you elaborated on and your writing sample left me trembling in both fear and admiration; everything just came together so intricately! I can’t wait to watch as she burns Verona to the ground! Please read over the checklist and send in your blog within 24 hours.
WELCOME TO THE MOB.
Out of Character
Alias | Becky
Age | 22
Preferred Pronouns | she/her
Activity Level | I’ve sold my soul to you now, I can’t ever leave
Timezone | Ok so I wrote BST on Odessa’s app but the rest of the UK gang put GMT (time is a social construct and I’m actually a cosmic entity floating around the globe giving u all forehead kisses)
Current/Past RP Accounts | x  x
In Character
Ok so I know you didn’t exactly accept her as an FC for Grace but I’m hoping you warm to edgy-looking neo-noir Úrsula Corberó once you’ve read the app. I admit that my idea of Grace may not be quite what you’re looking for but I wanted to give applying for her a shot because I love me Hot Mess of a character! (but I am also happy to come up with alternatives if not)
Is evil something you are?      Or is it something you do?
Character | Grace ‘Goneril’ Daly
What drew you to this character? | So like any good prophecy/vision/intervention of fate, I woke up one morning with a mighty need to play a character who is Odessa’s opposite, the black fur coat leather skirt cigarette ash psycho babe to my honey sweet lace and silk angel of retribution, so I’ve sort of been slyly waiting for Grace’s bio to be released.
It’s her contrast to Odessa that initially drew me in with the chance to explore another character whose existence and presence in Verona revolves around her father’s ties to a mob, but resulting in a drastically alternate result. It will be very different playing a character who doesn’t particularly have a motive for killing (beyond self-preservation and power-lust) and is loyal to only herself.
Whilst I would usually play a character like Grace as being a cold-hearted, emotionless ice queen, I feel as though Grace is better suited to burning. She is a slave to her emotions, the rise and fall of them dictating her mood, all while highly strung and fuelled by a chaotic form of energy. You can very much tell when she is happy and when she is not. She’ll cry in front of you just as gladly as she’ll laugh and kiss you. She’s unkind, ruthless, impulsive, emotional, and she’s ready to antagonise people to her tar-black heart’s content.
Character inspo: Azula from Avatar, Jennifer Check from Jennifer’s Body, Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter, War from Good Omens. Trope inspo Alpha Bitch, Ambiguous Disorder, Blatant Lies, Daddy’s Little Villain, Go-Getter Girl, Hair-Trigger Temper, Improbable Weapon User, Jerkass, Sadist, Spoiled Brat, Virtue is Weakness.
What is a future plot idea you have in mind for the character? |
i.                    A masterplan;
Step One: Grow to become an important part of the mob you were all but born into. Turn yourself into the perfect player, capable with weapons and unblinking in the face of danger. Step Two: Leave them. Join their rivals. Prove yourself to them by dispatching of a few former associates, low hanging fruit. Become just as relevant within their ranks. Step Three: Collate what you have learnt about the two mobs. Their strengths, their weaknesses. Make a few friends with similar goals to yourself. Corrupt them. Step Four: Start your own mob. You now know your enemies intimately. You know what it takes to break them. Bit by bit, steal Verona out from under their noses. Laugh at their mistakes and dance in the ashes of their burning empires as you build your own. Step Five: Be remembered forever.
ii.                   The double agent;
Traitor. Grace wears the title with pride, her smile sharp when she comes face to face with both Capulets and Montagues alike. Slinking from one mob to the other was a seemingly effortless transition, welcomed by none other than Damiano himself. She fed him information about Cosimo and his crew, spilling secrets around the end of her lipstick-stained cigarette. It was an easy way in, but now that she’s settled amongst her new comrades she finds herself looking back across the bridge with interest. Power is power but information is advantageous – Grace isn’t above feeding Montague-whispers back to her old associates, not if it means she wins friends on both sides of Verona. That way, it’s impossible for her not to win this war.
iii.                  Sisters, sisters
Regina and Catherine. Both are equally as disgraceful to the Daly name – one can’t even bring herself to be enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie, shiny and golden, before them, and the other flutters her lashes and talks of peace, of all things. Grace has never paid them much attention, but now that she’s sided with the Montagues she’s realised that the Capulets could do with having their numbers thinned. Whether she’ll try to convince them to switch sides with her for the Montague brownie-points or simply wipe her sister off of the face of the earth forever remains to be seen, but if Regina and Catherine think they can keep their heads down and get away with making the Dalys seem anything less than destined for greatness, they’ve got one hell of a storm coming.
Are you comfortable with killing off your character? | I sure am, same goes for Odessa now, it’s time to make like Grace and embrace reckless abandon
In Depth
In-Character Para Sample:
She is the thing watching you from the edge of the road, where long grass shivers with the motion of something far more alive than it has any right to be; a pair of eyes that glint in the final rays of the sunlight’s reaches, bleached white enamel teeth ready to sink themselves into those who mistake the night’s cloak as a thing to hide under rather than be consumed by.
She is fresh fruit in the heat, a slow rotting taking place at the centre disguised by mouth-watering scents and a flesh that glistens under the sheen of morning dew. Decay is a dance, slow and tantalising, the heart turning to a sticky dark mess that slides through the fingers of anyone who dares to try and save it.
She is a doctor who has never been able to stop her hands from shaking at the prospect of a new body, eager to pick up the scalpel and press it down into soft flesh, revealing a mass of life clinging to the bones. Her favourite colour is red, the sort that looks black in the evening, droplets turning to pools that spread through pressed shirts and silk pyjamas like tears on pillows. There’s blood on her hands, not always metaphorical. She licks it off, rarely quite satisfied.
Grace fucks like the meeting of hips will reveal the monster that lies beneath her, as though touching there and there and there will unlock ribcages and unleash what’s trapped inside of hearts. But to understand why, you must crawl inside her skull and make sense of what lurks there beneath the smoke of burning houses and vultures picking at once-satisfied things–
“Please take a seat,” Damiano says, and Grace lingers before lowering herself onto the chair, her gaze gliding over the mahogany desk between them before raising to study the man himself.
He smells like her father. That’s the first thing she notices, the faint cologne. His smile doesn’t reach his eyes and the signet ring on his finger keeps catching on things, releasing a dull metallic sound each time. His presence is more regal than Cosimo’s and yet she finds herself thinking the exact same thing – you aren’t worthy.
These men had all inherited their empires, passed down like heirlooms, and as a result they had become lazy. Content. Uninspiring.
“I’m very happy to be here,” she chimes pleasantly. “However… unexpected it may be.” She doesn’t tell him how much she wants this. Doesn’t explain that being welcomed into the inner sanctum of the Montagues is as pleasing as a night of post-murder hot sex. “I’ve always been a huge fan of your work.”
Damiano doesn’t laugh, but he doesn’t need to. Grace is well aware that she wouldn’t have gotten this far if he didn’t intend to offer her something. “I have a proposition.”
I bet you do, she thinks, her well-orchestrated plan playing out like the sweetest of songs. Black-nail-polished fingers press to her chest, feigning surprise. “For me? Damiano, you’re spoiling me.” The words curl up from her lips like tendrils of cigarette smoke. She punctuates them with a light laugh.
The deal is a simple one: information for protection. Spill some secrets to join the ranks. Grace does so without blinking, switching silver for gold, and slowly the pieces begin to fall into place. As with any self-proclaimed god, she grazes her knees on carpet to say thanks to Damiano, sacrifices those she’s left behind, and fills her head with only the loveliest visions of tearing his and Cosimo’s empires to the ground.

Time for more of ‘Becky attempts to write headcanons’:
Her parent’s little angel turned little devil. Spoilt from a young age, she soon learnt that she could get away with near enough anything provided she smiled sweetly to her parents and told them just how much she loved them. When her sisters were born, the attention that had been on her drifted and Grace found that she had to work harder and harder to hear her name on her parent’s lips.
Grace grew up restless. Her ambitions would flit like moths around a lightbulb, becoming half-planned dreams and broken things. It wasn’t until she was rushed to hospital following a road traffic accident* (which resulted in the removal of a kidney) that she decided to train to become a paramedic. *Her parents later suggested that it was no accident and had in fact been planned by the Montagues,
As a paramedic, she always manages to be first on the scene when an incident linked to the mobs is called in. Strategically, if someone fails to complete a murder she can finish the job herself, or silence any witnesses. Similarly, it also gives her the opportunity to plant fake evidence or remove weapons from the scene. For those evading the eyes of the authorities, she can also help those who have been hurt and can’t risk a trip to the hospital.
She is resourceful and will use whatever is to hand as a weapon. Has been known to dish out the odd black eye, broken nose, crushed windpipe, and acrylic nail scratches. Her father himself trained her to use a pistol and rifle under the guise that he was teaching her to hunt (which, technically, wasn’t a lie – they just never specified the quarry).
She lives by 3 important rules. One: trust only those you would die for. Two: protect what is yours. Three: if something is boring or unimportant, do not waste time on it.
Grace needs to be needed and wants to be wanted. She can’t stand shrinking into shadows and being forgotten. No, she must remain the life of the party and attract the attention (be it good or bad) of everyone.
She was once arrested and fined for drunk and disorderly behaviour on whilst on holiday in England. She slept it off in a cell and was released the next morning with a hefty fine.
She is a big fan of piercings and has a stick n poke shark on her ribs.

“But if these years have taught me anything it is this: you can never run away. Not ever. The only way out is in.” – Junot Diaz, The Brief Wonderous Life of Oscar Wao

Good shit i remembered or newly thought of for orig/reverse spn au:
- kyle on his own when ivan goes to purgatory and also kyle when he first meets doug and ends up so thankful for this asshole's help
- i still like orig au gil in the what is and what should never be shit, i still like that.
- either au but kyle with teh famine shit. kyle ready to off himself in a moment if he thinks it'll get himself praise but then also afterwards feeling angry and embarrassed and guilty about all that, about how close he did almost come to that and in front of his brother/friend as well, but not wanting to talk about it with said brother/friend.
- reverse au, ivan making it clear for kyle to stay by his side so kyle doesn't wander in ahead of time, but like. famine knows what each of them hunger for yeah? if that wasn't straight out confirmed, at least wiht him knowing why dean doesn't hunger for anything if not by something else, it at least being implied. and even if for some reason not, doesn't take a genius to see kyle's eagerness to follow orders when ivan tells him to do something, how he otherwise hesitates to do /anything/ because what if that's not what ___ would want him to do. so famine just like after a moment telling kyle to come over to him and kyle without a second thought, yeah okay, about it and jogs on over to his side, yes, hello, what did you need me to do? and ivan ??? kyle! don't go over there! and kyle starts to head back but a demon moving in to grab him. famine even waving that off, 'that's unnecessary. kyle's going to stand there no matter what if he wants to make us all proud, isn't he?' and kyle kind of hesitatingly glancing at ivan because ivan said not to but like. he can make one friend like him slightly more or he can make a lot of potential friends like him maybe a lot more? so sorry, i hope you're not too mad, ivo, tell me if you're too mad, please don't be too mad.
- ivan watching vetala kyle stab himself in the heart yet still hold onto teh blade in case he’s asked to take the final step even while in pain. honestly like. kyle would have hesitated, asked to confirm, but if assured this was what was wanted, like, yeah, he woulda done that and that. ivan would /know/ that and see him so close to that and god that’d have to be terrifying
- but also like gil seeing kyle with a knife to his throat knowing if kyle cuts, gil wouldn’t be able to get across the room in time to stop him before the cut would be lethal and after all teh shit today, also /knowing/ that if famine asks kyle to and makes it clear how important it is like. at that point he loses his brother, that’s just it for kyle he cannot save him at that point and him just on edge, trying desperately to resolve this without pushing famine into pushing kyle too far.
- the moment all that’s taken care of and all the demons are gone and everything, either ivan or gil rushing over to hug kyle because like that was the most terrifying thing. yeah sure, monsters trying to kill kyle, whatever, he’s survived a lot of surprising attacks on him through sheer will and luck, but trying to survive himself, it not being guaranteed he can be so lucky.
- djinn gil fucking hating the very idea of purgatory once he gets out. i like to picture him having a very rough period of transitioning back to the living world, but he does eventually make it. it's. there's still a /lot/ of trauma in his brain from his time there, but the day to day is getting a lot easier. that also being part of what does eventually help bond him to kyle and ludwig and ivan, that that's something he forgot how nice it was to have. friends, allies. as a djinn in his first life, he wasn't exactly a social creature, if i remember correctly the type he is tends to be territorial? maybe not, i don’t feel like opening the wiki to find out.  then in purgatory it was solo hell for a long time. learning to work with liz was good and helpful but some time after making it back to teh living world, them splitting or her dying. and then he was alone again, dealing with whatever left over damage there was from his previous life if any. a lot of his life is alone until kyle shows up on his metaphorical or maybe literal door step asking for help. and he thinks he's comfortable being alone and also hey you're asking about that place that fucking. hey not to interrupt but gil absolutely having nightmares from that place constantly. even after joining the team, there's probably more than a couple times where he wakes up in an instinctive move to strike out at someone and has to realize he's about to attack ludwig or kyle or ivan and they have to kind of soothe him and assure him like hey you're okay now you're alright you're not there anymore you're safe now. actually, ivan prolly having that as well. maybe less so because he spent less time there but like any time would be traumatic as shit. actually that being something they bond over! ivan waking up from a nightmare about the place to a gil who can't sleep tonight for the same reason, and them kind of talking about it. this nice quiet moment at like 2 in the morning while kyle's asleep of them not exactly getting along but having this thing they can both agree on and bond over and find some common ground between them.  but anyway. kyle shows up talking about this place that gives gil fucking nightmares and was the worst part of his fucking life and he wasn't even alive during it. and he is ready to fucking kick this kid out but kyle seems desperate and won't take no for an answer. he's spouting some weird story about an angel telling him how to find gil and that gil can help him get his friend back. and gil wants out but eventually finds himself in. and when they're travelling together, it's weird and awkward at first as they get used to each other. gil does a lot of things different from how ivan did them that kyle has to adjust to, and gil just has to adjust to kyle doing things different from not having to largely accommodate anyone in his life. but it gets easier after time progresses and they start to get along. and then he doesn't like the group growing either but it slowly getting easier and easier until he's kind of content with this company he's gotten for himself.
- doug actually having like a more manipulative reason for helping doug out. not just answering kyle’s prayers because wow you’re sounding pathetic kid. there’s some fucking like later on plot shit involving either the angels as a whole or some angel thing doug’s mainly involved in that requires at least ivan being back and/or all of them being together for this event. doug answering kyle’s prayers to help him on this as a ‘hey you sound like you /really/ need help’ thing now but later on it being revealed ‘okay maybe i actually didn’t give a fuck about helping /you/ so what?’
- hey hey. um. i know we use the 'monster is a monster' hunter trope for a lot of 'simple bad guy' shit but can we say that's how liz left the picture. a part of me says like. liz just normal person who somehow got swept up in paranormal shit that sent her to purgatory, but also liz being a hunter and that's why she got swept up in it. liz and gil getting along begrudgingly because again, gil was killed by a hunter, he knows what they're about, but their time together in purgatory easing that up a bit. okay okay there is one (1) good hunter in the world. them staying close once they make it back, but when miam hunter (and prolly not the same as the one the group runs into later) finds out, them working to put a stop to the two. the miam hunter going after both of them and liz maybe dying or having something else happen to her that split them up. maybe if she doesn't die, she almost did and gil just decides that if being connected to him might put her in further danger from that asshole, then he'll break that connection. alternatively, liz being the one to break that connection for whatever reason, either her own safety or, more likely, maybe a threat against someone else she feels she needs to protect, likely other humans. (this can also be not liz if someone would fit better for that idk but i think i still like liz best for this) so that kind of souring his whole idea on hunters from then on. hunters kill monsters and that's fucked, they don't kill non-vegetarians for eating cows, it's fucked up. but like also? hunters will try to kill their own fucking kind for befriending monsters, and (depending on if this is the way the story rolls) hunters will turn on their monster friends because saving humans is more important. that being why gil is so distrusting of ivan even if kyle says and ivan shows that he's cool with monster friends. like yeah sure, you hunters fucking say that shit, but that means nothing. hell, why gil is so furious at kyle because it feels like another betrayal, not only do hunters corrupt their own kind, they corrupt other monsters when left with them long enough. only puts up with it because. well he /is/ comfortable with the company and ivan /doesn't/ try to kill him once he knows gil's not going to try killing him either. and him being on guard and ready to leave and be on his own again at the drop of a hat, but that hat never drops. him learning to trust ivan more when it is clear like, because ivan is ivan, yeah, he will absolutely put his friends over pretty much everything else, even if his friends are monsters.
-- OH OH HEY! the miam hunter basically like. like the ultimatum given to liz basically as like a win win for them, either gil gives his location up at liz's request upon finding out about the ultimatum and they can kill gil (maybe they don't let liz know that's the full plan, maybe fake some other reason but plan to kill him once he shows up), or it's proven that gil is a Bad Bad monster by not sacrificing himself so they think that will turn liz over to their thinking (it won't). i figure gil's probably pretty selfless in that regard and, maybe kinda like benny, like. it's rough living here, getting used to living at all again, people are giving him shit, fuck it. if it'll help liz and these other people/this other person she cares about out, sure, he'll give himself up even knowing it probably won't end well for him. but when everything goes down and liz realizes what the actual plan for this was and miam hunter goes to actually kill gil, liz trying to fight the guy off but being killed in the process. ugh no nevermind actually, i don't. i want a reason for gil to be on his own that's good for like character justification of why he's so >( no hunters about everything for so long but i also just hate killing liz or making her turn on him for it, that's so not good. maybe they actually do fight the miam hunter off, either killing them or the other hunter barely getting away with their life. but both of them kind of recognizing, whether that hunter's still alive or not, that won't be the last time someone throws a shit fit over this and goes after them about it. maybe kind of liz seeing it as a protect gilbert kind of thing that they not be in contact any more, but gil doesn't realize that and thinks it's just like a self protection thing or whatever, idk. basically whatever the exact reasoning, him having felt they could handle it together, but reluctantly agreeing to kind of protect her too, and them not being in contact again. i might like that. that's the least rough on liz ending i can think of. and i really don't wanna be rough on liz just for gil pain
- french mistake for reverse. gil faced with scene with liz. or maybe his actor is married to her and that's awkward for memories and also if ludwig comes over too like. well not thrilled about rom interest if not boyfriend seeing him having to pretend to be married to this woman he used to be very close to. also unrelated to the above but maybe ivan having to watch a scene filmed related to how his parents died from his actions. oh but also ivan seeing a scene filmed and kyle having to act through it of when ivan was missing in purgatory and kyle was all alone and not handling it well. alternatively, ivan having to act through it and kyle seeing when ivan was missing in purgatory and going through that nightmare alone. ALTERNATIVELY, it's a parallel thing between ivan being in purgatory and flashbacks to when gil was in purgatory as backstory for his character so both of them having to act through these fucking very traumatic parts of their lives, cool cool
- when they do meet their own miam hunter, like. gilbert with absolutely no mercy. hey i know i say fuck hunters but seriously? seriously? fuck this hunter, i say we kill them. maybe even if teh group isn't specifically for that, him planning to do it anyway on his own. fuck you guys, someone like this doesn't get to keep living, bye. the others kind of just think it's his standard 'fuck hunters' mentality but extra because miam mentality is extra. one of them, likely ludwig, kind of learning a bit more on that at the end. a part of me wants to say ivan instead of ludwig because that explaining to ivan a bit the reasoning, but i also like that having to be something ivan finds out later like through the french mistake bit or just never learns about gil

Charlotte’s music played as the crowd was a mixture of boos and cheers for the Nature Girl. As she held out her robe and walked to the ring. She took off her robe and did her aerial flip outside of the ring, did her split onto the apron and back flipped to her feet as she woo’d at the crowd who repeated back as she backed into the corner waiting for her opponent.
Nikki’s music hit and she came out to a chorus of boos. She did her booty shake before walking down her husband beside her. Nikki got onto the apron and flipped into the ring, backing into a corner as she waited on the ref to ring the bell.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Charlotte slams Nikki with all she has right from the get-go! Her opponent is completely suppressed as her opponent starts to sink into a sitting position, which is a bad place to be as she starts to throw heavy knees to the head! Each one hits dead on, knocking the brunette’s head back and forth and back and forth with the rhythm of a sick metronome, bringing fear of potential whiplash along with the possible head trauma! After one savage knee blasts the Fearless One right in the chin, the Nature Girl follows up by gripping the top rope with both hands, using them for leverage as the Nature Girl leans forward and sticks her knee right into the Fearless One’s throat, trying to crush her windpipe!
One…Two…Three…Four…
Charlotte releases before the count of five to avoid the early disqualification, stepping back for a bit while holding her hands up to show that she’s eased up, before rushing in with a running knee, evoking Mick Foley as she drills Nikki right in the face with it! Her opponent’s body goes limp from the shot as the referee gets on her case, reprimanding her for her less than savory offense. The blonde turns with arms raised in innocence once again, this time with a twisted smile traced across her lips. The wicked grin grows even wider as the Nature Girl hears a thud behind her, causing her to turn around to see the Fearless One, who has flopped onto the outside.
Helplessly crawling on the floor, Nikki tries to regain the sense that was knocked out of her, though the sight of her helplessness is only making things worse as Charlotte smells blood in the water. Sliding to the outside, she heads over to her opponent and helps her to her feet, only to run her opponent straight into the barricade! The brunette curls on the floor from the impact as the blonde comes in to bring the boots to the brunette, stomping the living hell out of her. Easing up on the stomps, the Nature Girl lifts the Fearless One up to her feet once again, this time heaving her onto the barricade.
With Nikki sitting on the barricade, Charlotte leans under her and gets between Nikki’s legs to lift her on her shoulders in a powerbomb position! From here, she turns, facing the corner post behind the steps as she tosses her opponent forward, her opponent’s back crashes right into the steel post! The brunette slumps right onto the steel steps below her, sitting like a lifeless doll on a display shelf, right before the metaphorical demon child that is the blonde, seeking to tear her a part limb from limb. Staring right into the Fearless One’s nearly dead eyes, the Nature Girl takes a moment to lift her hand to her face and slowly, deliberately lick across her palm before viciously slapping the Fearless One across the face, knocking the Fearless One off the steps and onto the floor once again!
As Nikki falls, the fans cheer wildly, as Charlotte soaks it all in with a wicked grin. No matter what anyone thinks, whether that’s the fans in the arena or the women in the back, no one is stopping her. Especially not the brunette.
Glancing up towards the ring, Charlotte hears the referee counting away and slides in to break the count. Not content with going for a count out victory though, she slides back out, looking down to see Nikki trying to push herself to her feet beneath her. In a hat trick of unintentional shout outs, the blonde rudely smacks the brunette on the back of the head! The sick smile is back on the Nature Girl’s face once again as she smacks the Fearless One a second time, reveling in her opponent’s helplessness before her.
Grabbing Nikki by the hair, Charlotte brings her up, snarling at her as she pulls her face-to-face. “You are never going to beat me.” says Charlotte, as she grabs Nikki and walks her to the corner post once again. With evil intentions, she throws her opponent at the steel, but suddenly ends up running herself as her opponent reverses the momentum, causing her to slam face first into the post! The fans pop immediately at the brunette’s first offensive maneuver of the match, but she’s not done yet, as she grabs the blonde from behind, lifts the blonde up for a back suplex, but instead of dropping the blonde, runs the blonde forward, slamming the blonde crotch first into the post! The Nature Girl hugs the post, bracing herself from the impact, but the Fearless One pulls her by the shoulders, bringing the Nature Girl back before tossing her one more time into the post!
This time, the impact causes Charlotte to fall backwards, but not all the way to the mat as her leg gets stuck on the bottom rope, trapping her in a tree of woe on the outside! This time, Nikki gets her revenge, stomping away at Charlotte’s exposed midsection, the boos of the crowd growing along with the intensity of Nikki’s offense, reaching the peak of its crescendo as Nikki steps back and then rushes forward, delivering a World Cup worthy soccer kick to the side of Charlotte’s head, causing her head to bounce like a ball off the post as she flops to the floor! As her opponent falls, she holds her head, having not taken the time to shake the cobwebs off until just now before she leans over and brings her opponent off the ground. With a swing, the brunette takes the blonde and slams her torso against the post once again, grabbing one of the blonde’s arms as she slides into the ring. Once inside, the Fearless One stays low as she reaches to the other side and grabs the Nature Girl’s other arm.
From here, Nikki leans back, gripping both of Charlotte’s arms from opposite sides of the post and pulling her into it! She puts one foot on the bottom padding and pushes to get more force on the pull, trying with all her might as if to tear her opponent’s arms off while at the same time having the steel post dig deeper and deeper into her opponent’s shoulder! Due to the illegal use of the environment, the referee is forced to count, but the brunette releases at three as she drops one arm, pulling on the other to bring the blonde fully into the ring! However, not only does the Fearless One pull the Nature Girl in, she pulls her right into the Fearless Lock!
Charlotte’s still just beneath the bottom rope though, causing the referee to start the count once more! This time, Nikki pushes it to four before rolling backwards, still gripping her opponent with her legs and bring her with her as her opponent gets rolled right under Nikki, who is mounted on top of her! With the blonde still trapped beneath the brunette’s legs, the brunette throws fists downwards for a ground ‘n’ pound session , until she caps it off by rearing up and slamming a huge haymaker down onto the blonde’s skull! The Nature Girl is completely floored, seeing stars, as the Fearless One gets to her feet, the ball now firmly in her court.
Looking down at Charlotte and seeing her hold her shoulder, the same shoulder that was crushed against the steel post, the same side that was squeezed in the Fearless Lock, Nikki knows exactly how she’s going to beat Charlotte tonight. Grabbing onto her opponent’s arm, she pulls her opponent up before stomping her opponent’s shoulder into the ground! With the blonde on her stomach, the brunette places her knee right onto her shoulder and bends the blonde’s arm, placing it against her own torso to trap it so it can’t extend. From here, the Fearless One loops her arm around the Nature Girl’s crooked one and clasps in a crossface, for a modified crossface chickenwing!
Charlotte squirms as her arm and head get pulled in uncomfortable directions, but Nikki doesn’t seem to be letting go any time soon! Very slowly, she starts to roll over, bringing her opponent with her until her opponent ends up lying on top of her, at which point she lets the hooked arm slip and transitions to a grounded dragon sleeper, wrapping her legs with a bodyscissors for good measure! The brunette squeezes as hard as she can, applying the pressure while the blonde still fights to withstand the mounting damage on her arm and neck! Knowing that the dragon sleeper won’t cause her to tap, the Fearless One let’s go of the bodyscissors while still holding the submission, this time pulling the Nature Girl up to her feet with her.
Now in a standing dragon sleeper, Charlotte feels her arm wrap around her neck as Nikki twists and falls backwards, capping things off with an arm trap neckbreaker! She rolls over onto her opponent to attempt a pin!
One…Two…Three!!
“Here is your winner, by pinfall, and NEW Miss Money in the Bank, NIKKI BELLA!”

Gem Ascension Tropes (White Diamond-specific: R - Y)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Primary General Post ♦ Full Article ♦  Primary Peri Post ♦  Primary WD Post
Redemption Rejection: While she’s not above begging for an Energy Donation, White never once has any inclination to see the light despite Steven going far out of his way to make his friends grant her mercy.
Reduced to Dust: All that remains of White Diamond after her self-destruction is pretty, glittery dust floating around the void in space where Homeworld used to be.
Restart the World: Late in Act III, White Diamond reveals this is why she’s striving to make the Diamond of Miracles a reality, as she would have the power to restore Homeworld to how it was in the beginning, when it was “perfect”. Interestingly, this does ultimately happen, although it’s going to be far from an instantaneous restoration. White also doesn’t live to see it.
The Scottish Trope: Peridot explicitly states in Act I that even speaking White Diamond’s name is considered extremely taboo in Homeworld society – this extends to even speaking of her indirectly. Only under extreme circumstances is the name ever uttered, and almost every time it’s done so in confidence. Most gems on Homeworld are aware of White Diamond’s existence but know little else of her due to this… which is how White Diamond prefers it. Even fewer ever see her in person.
Screw the Rules, I Have Supernatural Powers!: The presumed progenitor of all gemkind might have used her powers for genuine purposes and fostered life for the species at one point in her life, but it’s been a long time since White has used her powers for anything other her own selfish gain. She has the means to cure corruption, but outright refuses to do so. Most likely, she could even cure pallification, but White’s too invested in worldwide surveillance to humor such a concept. In GA, White’s very nonchalant about using her powers to play dirty; it was literally the only way she was able to break Peridot.
Screw the Rules, I Make Them!: Technically, it’s implied that Yellow Diamond was actually the one who was behind creating Homeworld’s caste system and the laws surrounding that, but being that White is indisputably above Yellow in overall authority, it can be inferred that there was no law Yellow passed or mandated without White’s approval. And White is even more hypocritical and ruthless than Yellow when it comes to resorting to drastic measures that would be highly illegal for anyone else on Homeworld. At the very least, running your own planet into the ground should be illegal even for the Diamonds...
Self-Disposing Villain: White Diamond’s fate – the Despair Event Horizon proves to be too much for her to bear. She was already on the edge of the metaphorical cliff after losing everything she had to her name; the humiliation of Peridot nearly scaring her to death and Connie – a human – disfiguring her appearance as punishment for trying to use Steven’s generous Energy Donation as a final parting shot to the Crystal Gems… those moments finally break White, and as the Crystal Gems are safely departing from the remains of Homeworld before its complete destruction, they see White explode into a ring of glittery remains.
Smug Snake: White reeks of this.
The Sociopath: She makes Peridot’s former Homeworld persona look like a saint by comparison.
Super Empowering: While Peridot naturally had the components needed to make her Chartreuse Diamond, White had the power to prematurely develop Peridot’s diamond that would have taken centuries on its own and awaken the abilities Peridot otherwise never would have known she had.
Superpower Meltdown: After spending almost her entire life as the supreme ruler of her kind, feared and respected in equal amounts, White Diamond is unable to cope with no longer having a planet nor any subjects to live for the sole purpose of pleasing her. Even worse, White’s enemies who put her in this position no longer care enough to even kill her off. Once she’s regarded with indifference for the first time in her life, White Diamond’s Villainous Breakdown leads to an attempted attack In the Back, which almost results in a Backstab Backfire courtesy of Peridot. However, Peridot holds off when she realizes a low-caste gem like her was able to scare the living hell out of White Diamond. Then Connie chips in with the final parting blows with her hammer for good measure, meaning White Diamond in mere minutes was brought down from Evil Overlord to being rendered terrified of a worker gem from the rock-bottom of the caste system and damaged by a human. After they leave her without any more acknowledgement, White is pushed past her limit. Presumably out of sheer humiliation, she self-destructs shortly after the Crystal Gems leave Homeworld.
Term of Endangerment: Frequently referred to as White-Di by Amethyst.
“They Still Belong to Us” Lecture: Even after Chartreuse pulls a decisive Heel-Face Turn, White Diamond seems to take it in stride and still speaks as if Chartreuse is part of the family who will fulfill her role in her ultimate plan soon enough. Once she forcibly fuses with Chartreuse and becomes Celadon Diamond, she taunts the Crystal Gems by claiming she won over Peridot for good and will never break out of the fusion of her own volition. The Crystal Gems don’t buy this even for a second.
This Cannot Be!: This is White’s mildest reaction when she finally sees with her own two eyes that she was never meant to be part of the “Diamond of Miracles” legend.
Time to Unlock More True Potential: White is responsible for unlocking Steven’s “awakened” form, Pink Diamond 2.0, or at least completed the transitional state seen earlier in Act III.
Torment by Annoyance: On the receiving end of this while she has Peridot as a captive. It takes her a long time to force Peridot out of her gemstone, and once that finally happens, the Genre-Savvy Peridot, who knows her value as a Hostage MacGuffin and therefore knows She Wouldn’t Shoot Her, gives White Diamond the vilest verbal abuse she can dish out. Peridot knows full well she’s pissing White off, and naturally it drives White up a wall. Needless to say, the frustration stemming from this plays a big role in how badly White torments Peridot in future chapters.
The Ultimate Life Form: Per canon, though downplayed. White fully believes she is this, but not as herself; rather, as part of a double-diamond fusion that would create the “Diamond of Miracles”. Ultimately zig-zagged; the ULF is a double-diamond fusion, but it’s the one fusion that White Diamond herself is not part of.
The Unapologetic: Apologizing for her actions is a concept that never once crosses White Diamond’s mind throughout the entirety of GA. She doesn’t even bother giving out the sarcastic variety; White legitimately believes she’s done nothing that warrants an apology for anyone.
Undignified Death: Heavily implied that White Diamond blew herself up out of shame.
The Unfettered: Played very straight. Even when it’s proved late in Act III that White is not part of the Diamond of Miracles prophecy and that Homeworld is beyond saving, she’s still focused on destroying the Crystal Gems.
Ungrateful Bastard: Steven had every reason in the world to just ignore her request for an Energy Donation, but he still honored it despite White’s ever-growing list of criminal charges. However, his mercy and generosity is disregarded by White Diamond, as she’s more concerned with Steven and everyone else treating her with indifference before completely ignoring her. That, by her logic, justifies her using the very energy Steven gave her to stab this group In the Back. Or attempt to, at least, before Peridot deflects it.
Villainous Breakdown: Celadon Diamond had more of an overt moment of this caliber, but White definitely suffered a more intense variety in the final chapter of GA Act III when she’s faced with the truth that she has no part of being Iridescent Diamond. Then after being smacked around by Alexandrite and Moonstone, she faces the reality that Homeworld is about to completely fall apart, there are no longer subjects to serve in her name, her entire civilization has collapsed, and she is basically powerless. Once the Crystal Gems completely lose all investment in her personally, White loses it enough to screw up her final chance at redemption and perishes soon after out of sheer humiliation.
Villainous Legacy: Though White Diamond’s time is over as of the end of Gem Ascension Act III (and her death ensures she won’t make any future appearances outside of flashbacks), her influence on the refugee Homeworld gems lives on. The Crystal Gems’ biggest future challenge in Era 3 will be how they’ll go about liberating so many gems from this influence that has persisted for several millennia.
Villain Antagonist: To Peridot’s Hero Protagonist.
Villain Takes an Interest: Throughout Act I, White really doesn’t acknowledge Hero Protagonist Peridot’s existence any more than she does for any other Crystal Gem not named Steven. Come the end of Act I, Left for Dead Peridot’s stuck with only White Diamond for company. The latter soon discovers Peridot’s Mismatched Eyes, and just like that, becomes way more invested in Peridot personally from there on out. It’s hinted at the end of Act II (and confirmed early in Act III) that unbeknownst to all, Peridot was actually a pet project of White’s prior to her emergence as Homeworld’s final Unwitting Test Subject. Peridot becomes an element White Diamond can’t possibly ignore and a vital component to her own agenda, so the latter goes out of her way to sell herself as The Mentor Peridot needs (after Mind Raping The Determinator, of course). White gives Peridot the illusion that They Can Rule Together, but really, White’s just saying whatever she thinks Peridot wants to hear to maintain control.
Villains Want Mercy: After her defeat, White asks Steven for an Energy Donation to heal her many wounds. Everyone finds this request suspect given White’s notorious pride – as well they should, since White’s eventually driven to use that very energy to shatter the Crystal Gems In The Back.
We Can Rule Together: In Act III, she tries to sell this trope to Peridot and Steven frequently (more specifically, their Diamond Alter Egos) – especially Peridot – but she really isn’t fooling anyone.
We Have Reserves: Until Chapter 7 of Act III, this is justified. White Diamond’s body-snatching ability has enabled her to have this trope as a solid insurance policy for most of her reign.
What Could Possibly Go Wrong?: White tends to have this very attitude about everything that eventually goes catastrophically wrong. Probably the biggest offense is White deliberately running her own planet into the ground and banking on fulfilling some obscure ancient prophecy reboot her world back into its perfect state…
What is This Thing You Call “Love”?: Believes this and friendship are nothing more than weak illusions.
White Hair, Black Heart: Per canon, and much more exaggerated in this continuity.
Withholding the Cure: Even the Crystal Gems are aware that White Diamond knows she’s a necessary component to curing the corrupted gems (and later the pallids) yet won’t even humor the idea of lending her services to heal her subjects. The only way she “contributes” to finding a cure is through Pearl forcibly drawing out a sample of her essence when White Diamond is unable to fight back.
Woman in White
You Have Failed Me: Invokes this on Yellow Diamond to justify killing her off near the end of Act I.
Your Soul is Mine: Since the concept of pallification is not yet fully understood (and White herself certainly had no interest in giving any helpful information to the Crystal Gems), it’s a toss-up between Just the Soul or Killed Too in regards to what happens to a gem after pallification. The body is still functionally alive, just with their conscious minds entirely evicted in such a way that even White does not know (nor care) what happens to the souls after this and whether or not they can be recovered. For all they know, White could have just consumed them without realizing it, as she does directly consume Yellow and Blue Diamond’s souls along with their bodies.

Alexa Bliss w/ Rosemary vs Nikki Bella
Wasting no time, Nikki emerges from the stage and immediately starts stomping down to the ring.  At the sight of this, Rosemary  evacuates the ring, and in good time too, as Nikki’s march quickly turns into a sprint as she slides into the ring to start the fight! Going second may have left her at a disadvantage though, since the moment she gets up, Alexa rushes in right before she can react! Tackling Nikki and stuffing her into the corner, Alexa has already begun hammering her with rights by the time the ref can call for the bell! DING DING DING! Alexa slams Nikki with all she has right from the get-go! Nikki is completely suppressed as she starts to sink into a sitting position, which is a bad place to be as Alexa starts to throw heavy knees to the head! Each one hits dead on, knocking Nikki’s head back and forth and back and forth with the rhythm of a sick metronome, bringing fear of potential whiplash along with all the head trauma! After one savage knee blasts Nikki right in the chin, Alexa follows up by gripping the top rope with both hands, using them for leverage as she leans forward and sticks her knee right into Nikki’s throat, trying to crush her windpipe! “1.. 2… 3… 4…” Alexa releases before the count of five to avoid the early disqualification, stepping back for a bit while holding her hands up to show that she’s eased up… before rushing in with a running knee, as she drills Nikki right in the face with it! Nikki’s body goes limp from the shot as the referee gets on Alexa’s case, reprimanding her for her less than savory offense. Alexa turns with arms raised in innocence once again, this time with a twisted smile traced across her lips. The wicked grin grows even wider as Alexa hears a thud behind her, causing her to turn around to see Nikki, who has flopped onto the outside. Helplessly crawling on the floor, Nikki tries to regain the sense that was knocked out of her, though the sight of her helplessness is only making things worse as Alexa smells blood in the water. Sliding to the outside, Alexa heads over to Nikki and helps her to her feet, only to run her straight into the barricade! Nikki curls on the floor from the impact as Alexa comes in to bring the boots to her, stomping the living hell out of her as Rosemary steps up to watch the carnage firsthand. “Aww, poor Nikki!” says Rosemary, taunting from the side. Easing up on the stomps, Alexa lifts Nikki up to her feet once again, this time heaving her onto the barricade. With Nikki seating on the barricade, Alexa leans under her and gets between her legs to lift her on her shoulders in a powerbomb position! From here, Alexa turns, facing the corner post behind the steps as she tosses Nikki forward, crashing Nikki’s back right into the steel post! Nikki slumps right onto the steel steps below her, sitting like a lifeless doll on a display shelf, right before the metaphorical demon child that is Alexa Bliss, seeking to tear her apart limb from limb. Staring right into Nikki’s nearly dead eyes, Alexa takes a moment to lift her hand to her face and slowly, deliberately lick across her palm before viciously slapping Nikki across the face, knocking her off the steps and onto the floor once again! As Nikki falls, the fans boo wildly, as Alexa soaks it all in with a wicked grin. No matter what anyone thinks, whether that’s the fans in the arena or the women in the back, no one is stopping this Demon’s Revolution. Especially not Nikki Bella. Glancing up towards the ring, Alexa hears the referee counting away and slides in to break the count. Not content with going for a countout victory though, Alexa slides back out, looking down to see Nikki trying to push herself to her feet beneath her. In a hat trick of unintentional shout outs, Alexa rudely smacks Nikki on the back of the head! The sick smile is back on Alexa’s face once again as she smacks Nikki a second time, reveling in her opponent’s helplessness before her. Grabbing Nikki by the hair, Alexa brings her up, snarling at her as she pulls her face-to-face. “You are never going to beat me.” says Alexa, as she grabs Nikki and walks her to the corner post once again. With evil intentions, Alexa throws her at the steel… but suddenly ends up running herself as Nikki reverses the momentum, causing Alexa to slam face first into the post! The fans pop immediately at Nikki’s first offensive maneuver of the match, but she’s not done yet, as she grabs Alexa from behind, lifts her up for a back suplex, but instead of dropping her, runs her forward, slamming her crotch first into the post! Alexa hugs the post, bracing herself from the impact, but Nikki pulls her by the shoulders, bringing her back before tossing her one more time into the post! This time, the impact causes Alexa to fall backwards, but not all the way to the mat as her leg gets stuck on the bottom rope, trapping her in a tree of woe on the outside! This time, Nikki gets her revenge, stomping away at Alexa’s exposed midsection, the cheers of the crowd growing along with the intensity of Nikki’s offense, reaching the peak of its crescendo as Nikki steps back and then rushes forward, delivering a soccer kick to the side of Alexa’s head, causing her head to bounce like a ball off the post as she flops to the floor! As Alexa falls, Nikki holds her head, having not taken the time to shake the cobwebs off until just now before she leans over and brings Alexa off the ground. With a swing, Nikki takes Alexa and slams her torso against the post once again, grabbing one of her arms as she slides into the ring. Once inside, Nikki stays low as she reaches to the other side and grabs Alexa’s other arm. From here, Nikki leans back, gripping both of Alexa’s arms from opposite sides of the post and pulling her into it! Nikki puts one foot on the bottom padding and pushes to get more force on the pull, trying with all her might as if to tear Alexa’s arms off while at the same time having the steel post dig deeper and deeper into Alexa’s shoulder! Due to the illegal use of the environment, the referee is forced to count, but Nikki releases at three as she drops one arm, pulling on the other to bring Alexa fully into the ring! However, not only does Nikki pull Alexa in, she pulls her right into a triangle choke, wrapping her from a Hell’s Gate-esque position as she squeezes on Alexa’s neck with her thighs! Alexa’s still just beneath the bottom rope though, causing the referee to start the count once more! This time, Nikki pushes it to four before rolling backwards, still gripping Alexa with her legs and bring her with her as Alexa gets rolled right under Nikki, who is mounted on top of her! With Alexa still trapped beneath Nikki’s legs, Nikki throws fists downwards for a ground ‘n’ pound session  until she caps it off by rearing up and slamming a huge haymaker down onto Alexa’s skull! Alexa is completely floored, seeing stars, as Nikki gets to her feet, the ball now firmly in her court. Looking down at Alexa and seeing her hold her shoulder, the same shoulder that was crushed against the steel post, the same side that was squeezed in the triangle. Grabbing onto Alexa’s arm, Nikki pulls her up before stomping her shoulder into the ground! With Alexa on her stomach, Nikki places her knee right onto her shoulder and bends Alexa’s arm, placing it against her own torso to trap it so it can’t extend. From her, Nikki loops her arm around Alexa’s crooked one and clasps in a crossface, for a modified crossface chickenwing! Alexa squirms as her arm and head get pulled in uncomfortable directions, but Nikki doesn’t seem to be letting go any time soon! Very slowly, Nikki starts to roll over, bringing Alexa with her until Alexa ends up lying on top of Nikki, at which point Nikki let’s the hooked arm slip and transitions to a grounded dragon sleeper, wrapping her legs with a bodyscissors for good measure! Nikki squeezes as hard as she can, applying the pressure while Alexa still fights to withstand the mounting damage on her arm and neck! Knowing that the dragon sleeper won’t cause her to tap, Nikki let’s go of the bodyscissors while still holding the submission, this time pulling Alexa up to her feet with her. Now in a standing dragon sleeper, Alexa feels her arm wrap around her neck as Nikki twists and falls backwards, capping things off with an arm trap neckbreaker! Nikki rolls over onto Alexa to attempt a pin! … ONE! … TWO! … TH-KICKOUT! Alexa gets the shoulder up, but noticeably, it’s not the one that’s been damaged. Bad news for her, as Nikki grabs onto the bad arm, seeking to do more damage on it until Alexa gets yanked away from her! From the outside, Rosemary has grabbed Alexa’s leg, trying to pull her to safety, but Nikki is still hanging on to her arm to keep her inside! The two engage in a human tug-of-war as they fight to gain control of Alexa! “LET ME GO!” screams Alexa, who is struggling against her predicament! “You’re not getting away from me!” yells Nikki back at her! However, Nikki might have been mistaken, as Rosemary let’s go of Alexa’s leg at the order, allowing Alexa to use the force of the rebound to whip her leg up and kick Nikki right on the top of her head! Nikki falls flat on her butt from the shot, as Alexa gets to her feet as fast as she can to capitalize.
