i think trans girls are often attracted to other trans girls because the lived experience and understanding (of gender identity and how that applies to the self and other people) that usually comes from being trans. I.E. trans girls generally know that other trans girls will perceive and understand them in either exactly or much closer to the way in which they want to be perceived and understood by other people, than most people. Which is attractive, as well as sharing a sort of sisterhood together and being able to help each other out with stuff.
