Headcannons pt2!

(Character based hehe)

Player

Weird ass cravings, combines the weirdest foods ever and finds it tasty (?????), not good for their health tho

To clarify the "player is numb to everything" I mean that the player is so desensitized to death and violence that they just shrug it off, and they struggle with showing emotions (demo 3 happened), they could be upset, sad, joyful but they cant exactly show it well so often times they seem uncaring and emotionless

Collects trinkets everywhere they go so they can remember those places and maybe bring them into the future

Has this thick journal where they draw the enemies they encounter and puting their stats, defeat count and drawings

Has a debt of 50 tix to Terry

Draws pictures of their friends and gives it to them (Cruel King, Kyoko, Jim, Terry, Perry, and Brad)

Treasure hunter, likes to uncover secrets and new cards (doesnt do it much now cus greed is gone)

Uses the cruel king calling card more than the other cards

Cruel King

Was the assigned guardian of the ice dagger, located at the caves under the Blackrock Castle, similar to how the venomshank was stored

Was hearing voices about the fall of his kingdom, the voices convinced him to take the ice dagger and use it to "save the kingdom"

The saving of the kingdom was to use the ice dagger's power to create a barrier to incase his kingdom to "protect" it

If this happens the kingdom will fall anyways due to the freezing cold and lack of resources left

The voices were feeding him delusions and nightmares of his kingdom falling and failing as a king, making him more paranoid and cruel

He was called "Cruel King" due to him being more cruel and distant to his people

Was called "Ice King" by the sword guardians because blackrock is icey and he guards the ice dagger

Cut contact with the other sword guardians after he took the ice dagger

Genuinely a passionate and protecting king but was corrupted

Player's mentor and teacher

Acts like a grandpa when player is hurt or tired

Doesn't like it when player uses the sfoth swords

Likes tea, but couldn't drink them anymore when he had the ice dagger (it freezes)

Struggled to eat and drink when he had the the ice dagger

Favorite food are burgers

Griefer

Screams like a little girl when playing horror games. When kyoko played a horror game with him she was laughing her ass off whenever he screams (their playthrough took 2 hours because of this)

Kinda does photosynthesis, gives him a bit of enery when in sunlight

Enjoys baths more now (waterrrr)

(Wow all my energy and headcanons went to Cruel King huh? Totally not my favorite character or anything, nuh uh man, totally)

Calling cards:

I think that its like giving your contact info, but instead of just them getting your number, you get teleported to whatever place you get called. The receiver (griefer, cruel king, red n blue, etc) has an option to decline that call (hence there is a "Nobody cared to join the battle..."). Also once the call is done (the battle or journey is done), the receiver can teleport back to whatever they came from.

Has the "I can do everything" mentality to the point that asking for help is rare

Introvert, but likes to listen in conversations

Would rather go die than show weakness

Doesnt say much, mostly a listener

Says the wrong things at the wrong time

Smart as hell. Can do complex math problems but chooses art as their major

Like 17-19 in my head

Enjoys going to cons but hates the social interactions

Tries to be positive even though its too much (*cough* *cough* that scene with Calypso *cough* *cough*)

Is genuinely numb to everything now since they messed with their emotions

Smells like the sun and dirt often

Griefer:

Uses a red marker to color his fangs (this is a half joking hc)

Doesn't know how to live alone (cooking, cleaning, etc.) because his dad was too busy to teach him that (this is why his room is messy as fuck)

Has a credit card (paid by dad ofc)

Has a pet gorilla (thats the cage is for)

Smells like plant and soda

Pretty chill dude

Plays ranked games a lot

Introvert

Kyoko:

Mastered the art of packing everything into one bag

Somehow has the most random bullshit imaginable in that suitcase

Became a girl scout when she was a kid to be prepared like her sister

Has photos of her friends, destinations, etc.

Sometimes calls brad during travels

Tries to be the therapist friend (even though she needs it too)

Used to play a lot of video games when they were younger

17-19 in my head

Extrovert

Calipso:

Very caring about the people she loves and even strangers

Was 17-18 when she got lost

Shes like 23-24 now

Learned sewing in her travels

Used to be reckless, but is now careful

Didn't have many friends in the pirate gang but is good terms with everyone

Smells like the sea and sand

Ambivert

How Brad and Kyoko met:

When they were younger, they played the same games and often competed with each other. Kyoko's parents and Mayer Thanyiel were friends and often brings their respective kids along to gatherings and events they go to. So they often see each other and talk there (Thanyiel wants brad to get more friends lololol). Unfortunately the more Kyoko grew up she lost the interest to play games, but replaced it with traveling. Brad lost a gaming buddy in the last few years. Kyoko does send him packages of goodies she got from her travels (mostly soda and snacks)
