at this point, alec was sure than he would give the other anything that he wanted. solanine was someone he could see himself spending a long time with and he hoped that at the end of the day, that neither of them would regret this. "we can cuddle for a while longer. maybe we could even grab lunch on the way to the airport. fair warning though when we get back to my place before we head to my next job, it's practically empty since i live more on the road than anything else. maybe you could...make it ours though?"

Hearing Alec confirm that he wanted Sol to come with made the blonde blush even darker , but he felt incredibly happy that the other didn’t plan to just abandon him. “I want this…” He cooed softly.

The felling of finger tips gliding down his back and up to his hair sent shivers down his spine but it was so comforting—he felt safe curled up to Alec, like nothing else mattered around them. “Okay fine..Just as long as I get a bit longer to cuddle up to you.” Solanine giggled and let out a content sigh. This was going to be a life changer for the young male and it made him feel excited to see what his life would become.

“I can’t wait to start a life with you…but you’ll have to hold my hand on the plane. I’ve never been on one of those yet..”

alec didn't care what the other added into his apartment, as long as the other was happy as the end of the day. he didn't want the other to regret this because he knew he wouldn't. he liked sol a lot, more than he'd liked anyone else in a long time, and he didn't want to risk messing this up.

chuckling as the other spoke, he watched as the man tore himself from his arms. the loss of contact resulted in a sigh from alec but he knew the other was doing what was best. they needed to get out of bed or the two of them were bound to stay there longer than they should. his hand rubbed over his exposed back in a loving manner until he ultimately pushed himself out of bed and moved to get dressed.

alec looked at sol as he spoke and smiled, "anything you want." he promised and shifted toward him to lay a kiss on top of his head. "i want you happy. more importantly, i want you happy with me."

“That’s quite alright..I don’t need much, just being able to be near you is all I want..” He mused. “Though I’d love to help organize, maybe we can get you some cute plants to put around the place.” Sol smiled brightly, feeling so comfortable with someone again was truly a blessing.

Solanine laid there, breathing in the others scent and listening to his heartbeat—it sounded like a beautiful orchestra. This made the blonde giggle and as he listened to Alec speak he groaned playfully and let out a small sigh. “Okay, okay—if I don’t move now I’ll keep you trapped here in this bed.” Laughter erupted from the smaller as he gently pushed himself upward to sit-up now. Letting out a yawn he rubbed his face and allowed the blanket to fall from his shoulders, exposing his bare chest.

“Let me start getting my stuff together, then maaaaybe can we go to my favorite coffee shop before we leave?” His amber eyes shimmered. “Only if we have time though~” Sol pressed his pointer fingers together and smiled.

alec never expected to meet someone who would potentially become permanent on any of his trips but it was hard not to want to keep sol around, especially when he smiled the way he did at him. eat and every smile that came from the other made his heart swell.

"good. i mean, it's furnished but bland. i don't really stay there enough to get it all organized but i would like it if you'd help me with that." he smiled to himself and rubbed his hand against the other's back as he breathed in the moment.

kissing the top of his head, he nodded. "we can lay here a little longer but if we want to get you packed and grab lunch, we can't be in here too long, even if i do enjoy our little love cocoon."

Solanine smiled happily and hid his face into the crook of Alex’s neck, he was truly happy and couldn’t wait for this—even if it seemed so sudden, he was sure of it and his heart especially felt this was right.

“Lunch sounds perfect and don’t worry, you don’t need to have all those things for me to want to be with you. I just want you…I wouldn’t even care if you had just a mattress on the floor.” The blonde giggled and nuzzled his face against the others skin, lightly breathing in his scent.

Oh it was heavenly.

“Making it ours…I love the sound of that.” Sol smirked and turned his head slightly to kiss at Alec’s neck. “Just tell me when we have to start getting ready, love..”

the other's blush helped confirm that he was just as happy to go with him as he mentioned he was. he just wanted to make sure that this wasn't something that he was going to ultimately regret at the end of the day. alec nodded, "i do. i want you with me if that's something you want too." his hand smoothed over his back, coming up and playing with the other's hair.

he smiled as sol mentioned wanting to stay in bed and nodded, "we have to be up before too long. you need to pack and then we have to buy you a plane ticket so that you can tag along." he cooed softly, his lips pressing into his temple.

Sol could feel his chest tighten up with each second that passed, he felt like if he let go of the other it would be the last time they’d ever see each and Solanine didn’t want that at all. It made his heart ache in the most unusual way.

But it wasn’t till Alec spoke up the second time—he..he wanted Sol to come with him?? This made the blonde smile from ear to ear, any wider and his face would crack. “You really want me to come?” His face covered with a pale shade of red, his smile never fading. “I swear to this is what I want…I don’t have much here to fall back on, if you need time I can fly out to you within a week so you’d have the time to prepare…I just wanna be with you..”

There was softness in Sol’s voice and his heart began to pound against his chest, the clock was ticking and he wanted to savor every moment before Alec had to fly back home. He moved closer til he could curl up against the others side. “Can we lay here just a bit longer..I like having you in my bed. Plus you’re warm..”

the other wanted to go with him. the sheer realization that this was a lot more serious than he originally thought that it was hit him like a ton of bricks but...it didn't scare him. in fact, alec had wanted to settle down for so long and never had the opportunity to do so due to his job and his failure to make any long distance relationship work. "i can't ask you to leave everything behind for me." he breathed out, his hand coming up to push some of his hair back, "but i'd love nothing more than for you to come with me if that's something you really want."

“I wish you didn’t have to…” He mutters softly while looking down at his hands.

Solanine had been up for awhile now, truthfully the blonde had a hard time sleeping knowing that the next day Alec would have to leave him. They’ve only known each other for a short time but Sol had become so attached and really loved the other’s company..it made everything less lonely.

He slowly looked over at Alec, his amber eyes shimmered underneath the light —he didn’t speak a word but scooter closer towards the other. “Please don’t go…” Sol pleaded as he connected their hands together. “We fit so well together…I don’t…I don’t wanna lose that.” There was a small pout.

“Take me with you…”
