nobody cares except yours truly and it doesn't really affect WITR but ☝️ I'm further developing house dreon and I realized I can in fact adapt more of my dag*th lore for them. how?

through the aeldari and nurgle :)

navigator house starts colonizing an ocean world. their novator starts engaging in xenoworship (it's fine. it's fiiiiiiiiiiine they're spreading the Emperor's word... or so they said!). she mysteriously shows up pregnant and her descendants contract NONE of the illnesses that run rampant in said world. house dreon becomes known in that system as a house of healing and remarkable fertility... with a closely guarded garden hidden up in their volcano fortress....

until civil war erupts between factions inside the house. said war economically breaks them and kills most of house dreon in the process. their garden is destroyed during the war.

the few that remain are plagued by issues their predecessors didn't have to deal with. but against the odds, their new novator is slowly returning their house to glory. how? nay.... certainly not nurgle worship :)

#fuuuuuuuuuuuck all the pieces are connected now... the dreons having aeldari blood adds so much to why #mortred connected muhrazhai and vorian in his mind. they ARE indeed of a similar build! the same fucked up proportions!#the xenos bf to xenos bf pipeline is real...#the gardens were a source of roses of isha. the garden BELONGED to her in pre-fall days!!! and it was guarded by exodites #who were forcefully taken away by the dreons. novator mama decided that the ultimate way to dwell there and access the garden was #through interbreeding. thus genetic engineering followed to make that possible while #dodging the need for soul stones + keeping their navigator traits intact #one writing tag to rule them all
