I feel as if you get Razzle & Dazzle requests fairly often, but I enjoy all of them every time, so, so much. Because I hardly see them anywhere else.
So thank you for keeping the RnD fans fed. I love all of your writing for everyone else as well! I’m constantly checking for more every few days.
Speaking of, may I request something with the twins as well? Might be oddly specific, but, I was wondering if I could have some little Headcanons on what they’d think of a Toon with scars
(Not SH, dw. I wouldn’t ask that of anyone)
Please and thank you :3
Razzle and Dazzle x reader w/ scars
oooooo honestly the idea of a toon having scars- esp pre game- has always kind of entranced me. like. idk- even if its something mundane. kinda shows that the toons were put to work even prior to gardenview closing-- thinking ill go this route to make things interesting... esp since i think post game seeing a scarred toon is... more common... notes: gn toon reader, pre game, scars are a product of accidents for the most part- nothing actively malicious or anything, short and sweet, written on computer, theyre written separately just to make it easier to write and read cws: scars, body image issues
RAZZLE
tries his best to be polite but theres so much concern for you- toons arent exactly easy to hurt, theyre made durable to handle being on their feet and handle visitors... suuuuure theyre not indestructible, but theyre a little tougher than normal people... so for you to not only be hurt but also hurt enough to leave a permanent mark makes him feel a certain way- hes not... blurting it out in front of others but he does pull you aside to ask if youre doing okay
he doesnt think theyre anything to be ashamed of though, and he does try to backtrack his concern to show that hes not disgusted. theyre just.. a part of you and hes not going to make you feel a certain way about them.. and if you already do hes going to make sure you change your mind about it
this can sometimes come out in the form of almost excessively reassuring you theyre nothing bad-- drawing a lot more attention to it than if he said nothing at all. he means well, but..
DAZZLE
he doesnt directly point out your scars, because odds are you know theyre there already and bringing attention to it might be rude at best and traumatizing at worst. they dont want to make you feel uncomfortable in any way--- and he does his best not to stare
though... he leans so much into avoiding them it draws attention anyway- the refusal to look and touch, theres a difference between acting theyre no big deal and acting like theyre something to be hidden and shunned. he really really doesnt mean to make it seem like the latter..
hes the opposite of razzle, of course he is. thats part of their whole... thing... and the best you can do is have an honest talk with them to get them both to stop being weird about it

it's me muggg!!
since we have life now, whatcha think happens in Lights, Camera, Sing Your Sins? im interested to see how Life was done in your au ^^

Hi Mug!! :D Combining this with an ask from @kyanako5972 so I can ramble a bit about Yuno and the upcoming Life section to the fic! (I wanted to post this together with the drabble since it’s all written, but I think it needs a bit more editing time and I wanted to get a few of these answered now – so sneak peek at what’ll be in there :3)
I’m imagining her case as receiving a false positive result on a pregnancy test. Pre-exsisting sickness and the sudden stress-nausea of the realization convince her that it’s true. She reacts exactly the same, worrying that her life is ruined and contemplating suicide on the platform and the stairwell. Except after she accidentally falls this time, the hospital visit confirms that there never was any pregnancy to begin with. There was never any danger of death, but Yuno didn’t know that when she acted the way she did.
I think the biggest difference in LCSyS isn’t the case itself, but what causes Yuno’s change of heart at this point. Rather than Mahiru’s death making her feel a new grief over her actions, her conversations with both her and Kazui would cause the shift. She still gets to hear about how much Mahiru wants a family – the guilt of explaining to her that she’d thought so often about killing herself/the baby pushes her to reflect on herself deeper (even if Mahiru never makes her feel bad about it, it’s hard to admit something like that to the face of a woman who’s been wanting this so badly).
This will be repeated in the drabble, but Kazui would really understand that the problem wasn’t with her desires, it was all the secrecy around it. The sex and clients were fine, but if she’d just talked to more people about it, she would have had a better support system to give her a genuine choice on what to do with the baby – not just suffer alone in panic and more riskiness until that resulted in the choice being made. Talking so freely with him in this au would push her to be more honest, and regret going through her whole situation alone.
For the video itself – I know real productions would probably have her cut her hair, then film that and a wig version so they could keep location trips to a minimum, but I really wanted them to film all the long hair scenes, then cut her hair, then go back to film the half with her new look ;-; The first sections have her hooked up to the harness again, and she thinks bitterly what a difference these scenes are from the Umbilical ones in the air: the first were fun and filled with relief, while these all depict her suicidal thoughts.
The prisoners make a few jokes about Uterus Room when it’s all set up, but don’t push it too much, seeing she was a bit more serious during this filming process compared to the past two videos. They’re happy to keep her company, knowing the trip back to the warehouse would be such an emotional one for her to do alone. (Amane tried to sneak away with the camera crew, only for Jackalope to kick her out, saying “we don’t need any more unexpected children in this scene!”) She gets lots of compliments on the dress and haircut, and still manages to keep up a good attitude with the others around her.
Something I was sad I couldn’t include in the drabble because I felt so strongly about it was the sobbing section. It has a different sound quality, and she doesn’t really sound like she’s crying in any of the other sections as a lead-in. I had the idea that she was sent the song demos, and sat in her room to record herself trying out a few things and listening back before she actually got to the recording booth. Reading the lyrics and thinking about everything that had happened, the emotions overcome her and she starts crying, not realizing her phone is still recording. It isn’t until later that she finds the clip, and asks Jackalope if it can be included as something truly unscripted and revealing of her deeper self.
But during her recording booth sessions, she’s in a good mood and enjoys the song style! She can’t help but giggle sometimes, seeing the prisoners outside jamming out: “Liiii-iiiife, liiii-iiiife!” Mikoto and Fuuta find a royalty-free beat to put her lyrics to, saying she’s Milgram’s rapper. Even though they both sobbed through the very first take, it becomes super fun to sing the final stanza directly to Mahiru.
#milgram#yuno kashiki#lights camera sing your sins#thanks for the asks ;-; im so emotional about herrrrr#this trial is killing me with this au - the first two videos have been so tragic#i dont want to disrespect that by making everything silly here but also ;--;#i want them to be happy ;--;#so ive been fighting to find a good balance dfasdfd#im reworking it in some of my other theories but the ages will stay the same in this au#especially if some end up drastically different i dont want to try and fit that in#i will go back and rewrite some of the haruka stuff now thats its more likely he really was 17#(i did love the 23 real age thing though… im sad to see it go 😔)#but anyway YUNO MY BELOVED#NO NEED TO CRY ANY MORE#YOUR FRIENDS ARE THERE SINGING ALONG WITH YOU#YOU CAN HUG MAPPI RIGHT AFTER THIS PERFORMACE#ILYYYYY#thank you both for the asks! i didnt get a chance to talk about my life thoughts when it first came out#so it made me happy to be able to get some of them out here :3#and yeah the drabble is down on paper but its still clunky -- i want to give it the proper editing before sharing 🫡

Exciting (Personal) News Coming Soon
Hi everyone,
I know I have been very absent from this blog lately. To be honest, life has been pretty hectic. I have had work and university and a super exciting project that I want to talk about but is still in pre-production phase.
But I figured I’d share a bit about it here, because I will be posting more about it as we get into production and I think the dead boy detectives fandom might be interested in it, who knows!
I am producing an ensemble comedy web series about Cryptids. I don’t want to give too much away but it will be publicly available on YouTube in a few months and I’m very proud of it. The story will not be outright queer (romance is not a focus) but the queer experience was a heavy inspiration; how difficult it can be to feel comfortable in yourself when living in a society that isn’t always that accepting, and how finding connection with others like you can help you come to terms with yourself.
So if you want to support a supernatural sitcom made by a queer creator for queer audiences, please keep your eye out in the coming weeks for more official news.

Environmental Science - 1.10
I do not remember what this episode is about I didn't read the blurb before it started so this should be fun
I'm gonna be so honest I've stopped and restarted this episode like 3 times because I'd get like 10 minutes in and still not have anything to say, and I feel like I've lost track of this project because it seems to me the characters are doomed to keep learning the same lessons over and over meaning there isn't any real character development to track, and more comedic episodes like this one don't give me that much to read into anyway. That being said, I'm gonna give myself some grace and take it easy, this one might just be a bunch of half-assed quips about funny stuff that happens because again. Really not much to say so far. Lets do dis
Canonically they already wanted to get rid of chang in the first season for 3 years at that point, funny that the reason they couldn't is because they couldn't find a replacement, bc when annie reports him and he gets fired they find a much more competent teacher almost immediately. But quite honestly whatever.
Why was troy always taking so many science classes. Biology. Chem I think at one point (and post-secondary chem is NOT EASY). Pharmaceuticals. At most that boy should've been taking kin or sports med or one of the other jock sciences I don't believe in. And another thing - how was the study group able to take bio in year 3 did they have mandatory science credits? Because I KNOW most of them would not take bio of their own volition. And if they didn't then does that mean they're taking a year 1 level bio course (in that case no wonder everyone took forever to graduate. Where are the academic advisors?). See I told you I don't have much to say for this episode. The school year is starting soon and my emails won't shut up about it so thats mostly where this rant is coming from
Besides the Halloween ep I think this might be one of the first times the group appoints jeff as the Guy who'll solve their Problem?? or maybe not it's been a while. Also Troy is the one to call him on his bs which I find interesting bc usually he'd be the last of the group to pick up on that
Come to think of it why is Abed in bio hes a film major. I'm calling it there are mandatory science credits that's the only explanation.
One thing I love about Donald Glover as Troy is the way he moves when he's yelling at people he looks like a partially articulated ken doll
Chang talking about putting jeff in an "uncomfortable unenviable position" by only excusing him from homework makes me think he knows jeff was slick talking him and is playing him right back
This episode has a lot of irony and I'm not sure I'm a fan
"You know what happens when you lock your knees? You die."
Again with Pierce having good advice because of his artsy ish role at Hawthorne Wipes. what could've been smh
"You devious clump of overpriced fabric and hair product" YOU TELL HIM ANNIE
"What kind of a person is asked to help other people and then helps himself" ~ pierce hawthorne ???
It just makes so much more sense that Britta calls jeff out on the bs I really wish it was always her and they kept up that motif, because it becomes especially funny when she's the only one who sees through him and still fucks him because same. Youre a manipulative lil bitch but I'd still hop on it. Shes so real
Also she can totally weaponize seeing through him once she declares her major
I swear I'm not usually a pierce fan but he's killing it this ep him talking about his divorces in an attempt to comfort the group really got me
LOVE that jeff is so uncomfortable with a real display of emotions ("come on man. don't do that") because maybe he got changs wife back to help chang out. Maybe he did it to finally permanently apppease chang and bring peace to everyone in class. But he ABSOLUTELY did it just so he wouldn't have to deal with any more emotional outbursts
Jeff canonically as a pre-law (law?) student is currently taking accounting, stats, spanish and presumably two other courses. Is everyone taking a common first year? Is greendale one of those schools?
Jeff's comment about professor whitman has me wishing that the classes and teachers stayed more of a focal point beyond the first season, and not just for the class the study group takes all together. There's a lot of potential to be mined there
Headcanon that pierce sat in everyone's chair and imitated them at least once
I thought this was the first authentic trobed episode but troy is still being all high school-ish so really this is the breakthrough episode, which is really great because what took them so long I've been WAITING for this
"I would face my fears to help you" :(
I'm loving this dramatic music and the cuts to all the plotlines I can FEEL everything coming together in my bones.
When pierce uses his powers for good genuinely I really like him and I'm not sorry. If this kind of repertoire was kept between him and shirley all the stuff he says later in the season about him always respecting her would've made SO much more sense
I literally JUST understood why shirley says "here's brownie!" at the end of her speech. I just got that. I'm so dumb lmao

Routines + Emotions
Hi guys! This is not the post I was talking about in my last post. I'm a master procrastinator lol. I did want to talk about my life and what is going on with me, so that's what this is going to be about.
So the title woah so ominous! To be a lot more honest after graduating and losing my job I have hit a bit of a slump. This slump and new lifestyle has caused me to lose a lot of my usual routines. In all honesty it has made me so depressed, kinda forcing me to sit with myself. I got so used to working, school, and just always going on the go all the time, I never really knew who I was. I still don't.
Trust me it is rough. I know lots of people say you have to hit the bottom before you move up, or something along those lines. Nobody really talks about how much of a toll it takes on you. I know there are movies and stuff how like of so and so hit rock bottom so only way to go is up and its this super cool and inspiring story, but real life doesn't work like that. I have felt lower than this before trust me, I have attempted ending my life a good amount of times, but this is a whole new type of low. At least with the last time I wasn't really doing much, because I was a pre-teen. This time around I was out being productive and had motivation I had a sense of self.
Now I really don't, to me that hurts more than back when I was a pre-teen. I have no idea who I am. Social media is no help, because all people post are the good moment. Only what they want you to see. Fortunately I am still young not a lot of pressure is placed on you to know automatically what you want to do or to know who you are. Thank goodness.
As a way to try and find out who I am, I have made a list of new routines I want to implement into my life. A few are building off of some of my interests, for instance music! I have Monday and Friday written down that I want to listen to at least 1 new album. Obviously I have other things for those days, but the music is what is more exciting! Another one is going to the gym again (I have been slacking bad) I plan on going 3 times a week! Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday to be exact. Even included a minimum amount of time I want to be there.
I have also implemented a few new things into the week, just to try something (or things) new. An example is making dinner for my family! I have that for Wednesday only, just because I'm not super used to cooking, and I want to ease into it. Something semi-new I have is writing everyday for at least an hour everyday, 2 hours on Wednesdays to challenge myself. This list is new so obviously I will move things around to make it more comfortable.
I would also like to fix my sleep schedule enough to were I can wake up in the morning to do yoga and hopefully write in that time. Just in general do more with my days, instead of sit at home and play games all day. Life is about balance. I will be writing everyday, of course I will be updating you all on how this is going. I probably won't post everyday that's a lot of new stuff to talk about lol.
This post has gotten pretty long, mostly because I have actually sat here and focused on writing. Wow such cool willpower heh. I like writing like this, helps gets my thoughts out in a pretty healthy (?) way.
Anywhos I will post this one then start on the post I should've been working on... 😾😾😾
Your silly girl,
S

i'm going to scream if i see one more person pointing at things like "cats like milk" and "mice eat cheese" as evidence that fiction affects reality. because it's not.
it's a misunderstanding of reality affecting fiction.
the rat thing? back in the day, cheese was one of the few things just left out. other perishable things were put in jars to perserve it, but cheese was just out and about. so it was something rats identified as being edible and easy to steal. so rats steal the cheese.
and the cat thing stems from similar times. same with ducks. it was based upon seeing what the animals were drawn to and would eat (and i guess to be fair kittens can drink milk, my cats are obsessed with cheese) and shockingly we learned more about our animal's notional needs when we left the 'bathing is a four times a year' era.
to be completely honest i view these things in the same way i view tiktok videos and twitter posts - interesting, probably a product of a limited viewpoint and understanding, but should be thoroughly fucking fact checked before engaged with. its misinformation, not fiction, and it's based upon someone's pre-existing understanding of reality. and then those things bleed into fiction. they're already commonly accepted as fact and that's why they're not interrogated further.
except i would argue we're in an era where we understand that you shouldn't feed animals empty calories.
but that's why you take advantage of the supercomputer in your pocket and fact check literally everything and don't just blindly accept it as fact because someone may be saying what they believe to be fact when they're just repeating someone else's knowing lie.
like you know
95 percent of conservative talking points these days

can i ask some stuff aboutyour ocs you mightve already said/shown at some point on the askblog . thank you in advance either wayyy
how does NS even "know" to blame NWB for his suffering? how well does he remember the conflux fuckening?
it seems like FTA has seen NS at their happiest post-trauma, which is. sad. why does he hate them?
does Wayback intentionally self-isolate from the rest of his group, cuz it seems like at very least WT would try and humor him, and CD wouldn't care about his productivity.
WAIT IS CD IN THAT ONE ARTIST COMIC WITH NS PRE-VIRUS CD? REAL? actually do their groupmates feel like.. upset about the change in *her*? ok sorry i know this is so many asks are not the best way to do this but i am runnin g away
hi ! totally fine. probably have revealed some of this stuff already but i have the memory of a dust particle so idgaf we Will talk about this once more
1. i think sep remembers that it was wayback’s ‘fault’ because well, that’s Licherally how it all started. like the reason they went through all of this at all was cuz they had to take wayback’s workload as well. i think waves would often talk about how sep needs to be Better than that useless green bitch. but mainly i think that everytime sep would be forced to overwork themself they would also see wayback just doing nothing and having fun and whatever and they’d be Reminded. re: how well does sep remember the conflux fuckening … i will be honest it’s tricky to explain and i feel like anytime i do it 1. completely changes 2. doesn’t make 100% total sense. but also i think that’s ok ^_^ i don’t need it to make total sense i just need u guys to get the gist of it. because like … well memory problems and/or loss in Human brains already kind of works weirdly. and with sep he is both biological and mechanical and literally One Big Superbrain; so basically i’ve always imagined that while his memories and files can just be erased with no consequences like how it would usually happen to a normal computer, i think the biological part of him would always Know to some degree and be aware. i think the best way i’ve ever explained it is that it’s like walking into a mall in the middle of a weekend and seeing it empty. it just feels off, like something is missing, like there should be People there, because it’s 2pm on sunday and everyone fucking loves malls. but there’s no one. you can Tell something is wrong and something is missing but you can never fully Understand, just follow your deja vu and gut feelings. i hope that mostly makes sense!!
2. first of all, fates is just a really reserved and negative person and a Professional Hater, so she can find reasons to hate almost anyone for almost anything. it comes naturally to her. the surface reasons for hating sep would be that he is generally annoying and can be condescending even while helping fates. she just doesn’t really like him as a person, she thinks he Sucks. but the deeper reasons … well. let’s just say maybe fates and wayback have more parallels than u might think (said by a guy who barely draws attention to these parallels (I’M SORRY WE JUST HAVENT GOTTEN TO THAT PART YET !!! UEAHGHH) (completely unrelated. Hi skiddles hi steven)))
3. nope, wayback only self-isolates when he’s Going Thru Shit, which i understand is like 100% of the time but you know what i mean — the thing with his local group is that he’s an Enigma to them. they do not understand him and like a good half of them think he’s just annoying (ris, fta, sep(???)). also to be fair wayback is just not super interested in all the iterator business so he barely checks the local group (even if he dislikes being lonely). and while wt does try to humor him most of the time they are also Quite Old and do not really get what the fuck he is on about 80% of the time. also they honestly just have bigger things to worry about. now with cd it’s a different deal because she and wayback would make amazing buddies, it’s just that she’s actually a really big fan of his weirdass music and therefore is way too shy to ever actually talk to him. also she thinks if she does become friends with him then the whole group will hate her because they all seem to dislike wayback to some degree. she whines to weaving about this often and they just go No one would dislike u man … but she doesn’t believe them. she’s quite peculiar if i do say so
4. yesss cd used to be sep’s artist buddy! and uhmm. to be honest i don’t think most of the group knew cd that well before (ris and soar are not huge fans of interacting and son isn’t either) and/or just don’t really gaf about what happened (fta and ris once more). so yeah don’t even worry about it. i mean i’m sure Someone is upset about it . don’t know really. Who said that. must’ve been the wind
#cramswering#4th question could be revealed animatic style but also i dont know if i have it in me for a 3 or even 2 minute thing . who knows#but i mean let’s just say that one of her groupmates was Literally There. forced to witness how the ancients refused to help her#and forced to witness her suffer and break down while unable to help. unable to save anyone. I’m sure they’re normal about this tho

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what was the longest time you've spent writing and editing a story before posting? And what made you decide it was the time to post it when you did? I'm just curious.
this is actually such an interesting question to think about and i don't mind you asking at all! going from writing a draft to publishing is an interesting process for me because @timlucys edits all my fics, so i crush through a draft and then she reads it and (if we have time) lets it marinate a little before she edits.
let me just say this: if you are a writer, the best thing i can ever recommend to you is finding a best friend who will edit your work for you and be brutally honest about what they think. not only is it great that she will tell me what needs to be changed/isn't working, but she'll recognize that there are days i probably can't hear that and take editing off the table bc it won't be productive for either of us. that being said, i do think because there are 2 cooks in the kitchen editing does take a bit longer - but my work comes out a hell of a lot stronger than if i were editing it myself. there's just a level of distance with someone else's eyes on it that i couldn't achieve on my own.
anyway: i would say the longest i've ever gone from drafting to editing to posting is probably like...a year and a half? i wrote everything you've ever dreamed is at your fingertips (a barchie fic rather than a chenford one) from like, july to december of 2020, and it didn't get posted until august 2021 – but it's a massive fic and it needed a lot of work. between taking time away from it, revising, and also weaving in and out of that fandom...that's probably the longest process i've had.
that will change when, eventually, i post the stupidly long chenford fic i wrote post season 3/pre season 4 - but that's another work in progress that we're still kind of figuring out how to navigate.
anyway, tl;dr - about a year and a half, give or take! that's a long time, obviously, but i think i'm always someone who feels ready to jump the gun to post and becca will kinda pull me back to be like "hey, maybe not yet, let's work on this a little more," which almost always makes my work 5-8x better in the long run. i hope this answers your question!

How To Select Hair Extension Suppliers?
Most salons and stylists obtain professional hair extensions from dependable brands that are ethical and provide many different options.

What Should You Look for in a Hair Extension Supplier
Here are the steps you need to follow to help you decide on the right hair extension supplier:
1. Look into and check the background of the agency you’re considering.
Look up companies that supply the products you are interested in on the internet, check their social media pages and websites and read posts in industry forums to find out more about them and their products.
2. Being consistent in the products you offer.
You should test the colour, consistency and lifespan of the hair extensions by asking for some samples. Be sure that the colour, texture and effects last consistently in every batch. Always buy from a hair extension suppliers that offers high-quality hair that is either Remy or virgin human, as it is less likely to become tangled and will hold up better over time.
3. Ethical Sourcing
Check the source of the hair and confirm that the hair extension suppliers get it without harm to people or the environment. Selling companies that are trustworthy are honest about their sources and may hold certified proof of ethical practices.
4. Product and Customisation
Pick a supplier that has a variety of textures, lengths, colours and types of extensions, as every client has their own preferences. Verify whether the style shopper can select colours, patterns for hair curls or brand names.
5. Both transparency and reliability are key features here.
See if the supplier can reliably give the required items on time, provide updates about your order and address any concerns you have. Find out about payment, order size, delivery and return policies well before you agree to use the supplier.
6. Customer support and service
Work with suppliers that provide help and education to their customers after the sale. A reliable supplier should advise on how to take care of the product, install it and assist with its marketing.
How to Use Your Hair Extensions in the Salon
1. Selecting the Suitable Extensions
A professional selects extensions after taking into account what the client expects in terms of hair type, length, colour and textures. Virgin human hair extensionsare commonly worn because they are all natural and last longer.
2. There are different types of hair extensions on the market.
Clip-in Extensions: You can apply them yourself; they are temporary and removed with ease. They use adhesive tapes to place them, making them last for several weeks.
Micro-Links/Bead Extensions: Each bead is tied to a strand using rings instead of heat or glue, making them gentle on your hair for movement.
Keratin/Pre-bonded Extensions: Securely installed with keratin glue and hot tools for a long-lasting result.
3. Installation Process
It is important to correctly section and prepare natural hair. In the micro-link method, a few strands of your hair are placed through beads with tiny hair extensions, after which they are fastened securely. Thin parts of your natural hair are wrapped with tape-ins. The roots are clipped and the extensions can be taken out daily.
4. Combining and Arranging
Hair extensions are shaped and styled so they match the client’s natural hair. You can use heat styling tools on human hair extensions to create curls, straight hair or waves.
5. Looking After Already Transplanted Hair
It is best for clients to select sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. Brushing your pet’s hair gently every day will prevent it from tangling. This helps to make extensions last longer and kep them looking their best. It is advisable to let a professional remove semi-permanent tattoos to prevent any harm.
6. Customisation
Lots of hair suppliers can customize the length, color, texture and volume of their products to meet the client’s and salon’s needs.
7. Both ethics and quality should be considered
Hairdressers and other professionals often select companies that get their hair in an ethical and responsible way. If a professional uses this process, relying on reputable suppliers, clients get beautiful, strong and safe hair extensions to suit their needs.
Why are Professional Hair Extensions used?
There are many reasons why hair extensions are sought out at salons. Thanks to extensions, people can easily adjust their hairstyle, as they give length, volume and fullness on the spot. It is possible to get a great match between a person’s hair and the hair extensions when using professionals.
Clients get the chance to experiment with any colour or style with these products, because they are only temporary. Longer locks can boost someone’s self-esteem and improve their self-esteem. Therefore, you can skip styling your hair as often, and it is less likely to end up damaged.
These types of professional hair extensions are easy to maintain, since they behave just like real hair after being applied. Thanks to extensions, many salons can gain new customers and make more money through installing, maintaining and providing products for extensions.
Why Stylists Use Hair Extensions?
The Professional hair extensions are a preferred choice in many salons for the following reasons:
Quick Change: Because they immediately give extra length and fullness, clients can go for dramatic changes any time they want without having to wait for their hair to grow.
You can change an extension to match the client’s hair colour, texture and desired style, which gives the appearance a natural finish.
Protective Function: Professional hair extensions can protect the hair by not requiring as many styles, and this also helps prevent damage.
If you get good extensions, they will be easy to care for, allowing you to treat them in the same way as your own hair every day.
Salons Earn Money: Hand tied extensions help salons attract more customers by offering installation, maintenance and various products.
And that’s all. I hope you now have all the essential information regarding the hair extension suppliers and extensions.

How to Run a Social Media Giveaway That Actually Grows Your Audience
Let’s be honest—most social media giveaways fall flat. Either the wrong people enter, engagement dies the next day, or you end up giving away a free iPhone to someone who unfollowed you a week later.
But when done right, a social media giveaway can explode your reach, boost brand loyalty, and grow your audience with people who actually care about what you offer.
Here’s how to do it right in 2025.
1. Set a Specific Goal
Every successful giveaway begins with a crystal-clear objective. Without it, you’ll attract random users and get scattered results.
👉 Why it matters:
Your goal influences everything—what prize you choose, how people enter, and how you measure success.
🎯 Examples of goals:
Grow followers: Your entry method should include a "follow" requirement.
Collect emails: Use a lead form or newsletter opt-in as the entry.
Boost engagement: Ask participants to comment, share, or tag friends.
Launch a new product: Center the giveaway around your latest offer.
2. Offer a Prize That Attracts Your Audience
Giveaways should attract people who could actually become customers—not random prize hunters.
👉 Why it matters:
Generic prizes (like iPhones or gift cards) get tons of entries but poor long-term results. Niche-specific prizes attract qualified leads.
🎯 Examples:
A skincare brand could give away a skincare regimen.
A fitness coach might offer a free consultation and meal plan.
A software company could give free access or upgrades to their tool.
This ensures the entrants are genuinely interested in what you do.
3. Make the Entry Rules Clear and Purposeful
Confusing rules = drop-offs. Overcomplicated tasks discourage participation.
👉 Why it matters:
Simple, strategic entry methods increase participation and align with your goal.
🎯 Examples:
For visibility: “Like + share this post on your Story.”
For leads: “Sign up with your email to enter.”
For engagement: “Tag 2 friends who’d love this product.”
🛠 Bonus Tool Tip: Use tools like KingSumo, SweepWidget, or Gleam to track multi-platform entries, pick winners fairly, and manage the campaign easily.
4. Promote the Giveaway Like a Product Launch
The success of your giveaway depends on how well you promote it—not just the prize.
👉 Why it matters:
The more eyeballs you get, the bigger your reach and return.
🎯 Tactics:
Pre-launch: Tease the giveaway with countdowns, sneak peeks, or a “Save the Date” post.
Live: Post across all your channels. Use Stories, Reels, and email newsletters.
Collaborate: Partner with creators or brands in your niche to co-host and cross-promote.
Treat the giveaway like an event, not just a post.
5. Don’t Ghost After It Ends
The giveaway isn’t over when the winner is picked—it’s just beginning for new followers.
👉 Why it matters:
If you ignore your new audience, they’ll forget you and unfollow.
🎯 What to do:
Publicly announce the winner to build trust.
Offer a small thank-you bonus or discount to all entrants.
Keep engaging—send follow-up emails, post tutorials, or highlight your product benefits.
Your follow-up is key to converting giveaway participants into loyal fans or customers.
✅ Final Tip:
A well-run giveaway should feel like a funnel. It starts with excitement, filters in the right audience, and ends with stronger connections. When done with purpose, a single giveaway can bring more ROI than months of paid ads.

Hello 👀 Consider this ask a bit of market data research, because I'm also writing a Ninjago fic because I always wanted to read something hyper specific before realizing "yeah...I'm just going to have to write something instead of messing around with scenarios to songs." Thing is, I love my OC 😅 but those fics are even less popular than X Reader ones, and when you spend ages plotting, planning, researching, and doing the pre-write for various chapters, going unnoticed feels like a buzz kill. So I was wondering if it would be better to just remove the OC aspect entirely and just restructure it as an X Reader? They're basically OC fics anyways with the author deciding the backstory and powers, it's really just a matter of POV and fill-in-brackets tossed in.
Hello! Wow I feel flustered for being asked about this because I exactly went through this. I've been a fanfic reader for so long that sometimes there's an itch that you couldn't just find or it's been discontinued that you want to write it. I'm answering this as best I can, I still see myself as an amateur writer and written like seven fanfics in ao3 so I am not an expert. Anyway, I'll help you the best of I can and thank you for asking me about this.
Sorry for the grammar ahead, my English skills is still not squeaky perfect!
Personally, I started writing fanfics because the audience I want to gather is me. Sounds weird but one thing I learned about the fanfic community- especially to readers and OC fics is that if the writer themselves are having fun and enjoying the process then guaranteed their product is also fun and engaging for the readers.
I know, its a bummer that the "popular" ones are reader-inserts. But let me ask this for you, who are you writing for?
To be honest with you, the one thing I always remind myself is to write for yourself first then for the audience that will take interest in next. I haven't learned much about the algorithm or whatnot but one thing I learned as someone who is posting art online is it gets competitive for your personal interests. The core of writing fanfics like these is it's a personal hobby (even reading them) and it's purely driven on how the writer is engaged with both content and the publicity it gets in the platform.
If you love your OC that's lovely! If you feel that their description and the scenarios you'll write is vague enough as a reader-insert then go ahead! The challenge is that in the latter you really need to be vague and open for the character to be a blank state with few details to make them a character. I think this is the core of reader-inserts, that it should suit any reader- no matter their gender, ethnicity, beliefs, physical appearances, and I've seen disgruntled comments pointing out to one thing; they don't want to feel excluded because the MC was an OC all along. I think this is in the matter of labelling your fic if its an OC or a reader-insert, so the next one is whose audience are you reeling in for your fic?
It really depends on your writing techniques on how you can build that character, if your writing is really honed in specific details and really centered to the OC then I'll go with focusing on that.
And I get your fear, that you put so much effort for your OC then it doesn't get noticed, and for that if you really want then you can make it a reader-insert. Fun fact, most of my stories are really OCs. I instead focused on their characterizations and stories than their specific descriptions so that everyone can enjoy. Only in fanarts that I get to draw their appearances and whatnot but writing wise, if both my writing style and my heart can take my MCs be vague and to be interpretated for anyone to put themselves or their OCs into then that's fine with me! But you should really write for your own comfort and interest, if you really think that your OC should be in the spotlight of your story then by all means write away!
These are the key notes I noticed and learned when writing about MCs;
OC centered fics are specific and character focused in terms of how you mold their background and personality into the canon universe.
Reader-insert centered fics are vague and character focused in terms of personality and decisions that anyone can relate into. Its hard to explain as writing wise, this is the hardest thing you'll do because as I mention at its core you want to cater to anyone regardless of their identity or their OC who'll they put into.
So sorry for the long answer! Hope this helps your decision, and I feel you for debating whether or not you'll write your OC as your MC but as I said do what you want for yourself so that your writing journey is enjoyable for you.
Feel free to comment about anything I said or if there's some confusing statements I made. Most of these are the things I observed in the fanfic community as both reader and writer, and also solely in the OC and reader-insert community.
Also, would like to share these tips from different reader-insert writers here at tumblr, they helped me understand and shape my writing ✌️

Navigating the World of Second-Hand Cars: A Comprehensive Guide for Buyers and Dealers
In the ever-evolving landscape of the automotive industry, the market for second-hand cars has gained remarkable prominence. Whether you're a second-hand car dealer looking to expand your business or a buyer in search of a reliable pre-owned vehicle, understanding the dynamics of this sector is crucial. This comprehensive guide will explore the intricacies of the second-hand car market, providing valuable insights for both dealers and buyers.
I. The Rise of Second-Hand Car Dealerships
Over the years, second-hand car dealerships have witnessed a significant surge in popularity. Consumers are increasingly turning to pre-owned cars as a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to buying brand new vehicles. This trend has created a thriving ecosystem of second-hand car dealers, offering a diverse range of options to cater to different preferences and budgets.
II. Advantages of Second-Hand Car Dealerships
Affordability: One of the primary reasons people opt for second-hand cars is the substantial cost savings. Dealerships play a crucial role in making these vehicles accessible to a broader audience, allowing individuals to own cars that may have been out of reach in the new car market.
Variety and Choice: Second-hand car dealerships boast an extensive inventory, providing buyers with a wide array of options in terms of makes, models, and specifications. This diversity allows consumers to find a vehicle that aligns perfectly with their preferences and requirements.
Quality Assurance: Reputable second-hand car dealerships prioritize quality, conducting thorough inspections and refurbishments before putting a vehicle up for sale. This commitment to quality assurance instills confidence in buyers, making the purchase of a pre-owned car a reliable investment.
III. Key Considerations for Second-Hand Car Buyers
Research and Inspection: Before making a purchase, buyers should conduct comprehensive research on the specific make and model they are interested in. Additionally, a thorough inspection of the vehicle's condition, service history, and mileage is essential to ensure its reliability.
Budgeting and Financing: Setting a realistic budget is crucial for buyers in the second-hand car market. Dealerships often offer financing options, making it essential for buyers to explore different financial arrangements that align with their budgetary constraints.
Reputation of Dealerships: Choosing a reputable second-hand car dealership is paramount for a successful transaction. Online reviews, testimonials, and word-of-mouth recommendations can provide valuable insights into the credibility and customer satisfaction levels of a dealership.
IV. Strategies for Second-Hand Car Dealers
Building Trust: Establishing trust with potential buyers is fundamental for second-hand car dealerships. Transparent communication, accurate vehicle descriptions, and honest dealings contribute to a positive reputation and repeat business.
Digital Presence: In the modern era, a strong online presence is crucial for reaching a broader audience. Second-hand car dealerships should invest in a user-friendly website, social media marketing, and online advertising to connect with potential buyers.
Offering Warranties and After-Sales Services: Providing warranties and after-sales services can set a dealership apart from its competitors. Buyers are more likely to choose a dealership that stands behind its products, ensuring peace of mind post-purchase.
V. Challenges and Opportunities in the Second-Hand Car Market
Market Trends: Staying informed about market trends and consumer preferences is vital for both second-hand car dealers and buyers. Electric vehicles, fuel efficiency, and technological advancements are factors that influence the demand for specific types of pre-owned cars.
Regulatory Compliance: Second-hand car dealerships must stay abreast of regulations governing the industry. Compliance with legal requirements ensures smooth operations and fosters a positive relationship with customers.
Navigating the world of second-hand cars involves a blend of careful research, strategic decision-making, and trust-building. For buyers, it's about finding the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget, while dealerships must focus on providing quality options and building lasting relationships. As the second-hand car market continues to grow, a symbiotic relationship between buyers and dealerships is essential for a thriving and sustainable future.

Fall Out Boy Retrospective Part 1: Pre-Hiatus
Okay, I wanna come straight out of the gate with a couple disclaimers:
Music is subjective, I'm not claiming that any of my opinions here are the only valid ones out there. You may well be one of the people that believe that Fall Out Boy is as good as they've ever been, in which case, I'm happy for you, and I recognize that your opinion is as valid as mine
While I try to "put music over" in a sense, talking about it in the way I see as best for any reader's potential enjoyment of that music, I'm going into this project expecting it to get pretty cynical and bitchy in the second part. If you're the type to take criticisms of music you like as a criticism of you, that's fine, but the next post probably won't be for you if you also happen to like Fall Out Boy's later stuff.
I don't say that because my feelings are all that controversial (in fact, my more negative beliefs are very popular amongst music fans), I say it because I don't want to make anyone feel ashamed about liking certain music. I made this blog to help promote a love of music and recognize the subjectivity of art, while also hoping to help people find new stuff they might like. The idea of this post goes against most of that, but it's too damn interesting to me to not explore, so I thought those disclaimers were necessary to help offset that.
Now that that's out of the way, I wanna quickly go over why I wanted to do this. I've been flirting with the idea of making this post since I listened to their last album at the time of writing, So Much (For) Stardust, and that all ramped up when their cover of We Didn't Start the Fire came out. I've been frustrated with the trajectory of their career for a while, and that definitely accounts for a lot of my motivation for this post, but I also wanted to revisit the older stuff that I connected so well with when I was younger and see if it holds up to the slightly more discerning ear of a slightly older self. So, if that interests you as much as it does me, let's get into it!
Evening Out With Your Girlfriend

Before listening to Evening Out With Your Girlfriend: I'm not sure what to expect here. While I have at least some exposure to all of the other FOB projects, the only somewhat known quantity heading into this one is the song Calm Before the Storm, which I know, having listened to Take This To Your Grave, but expect to be slightly different here. So this should be an interesting listen.
After: For something to go wrong, it first needs to be going right, and while I'm confident that I will believe that to be the case at some point, I found Evening Out With Your Girlfriend pretty unspectacular. It's totally understandable here though. The context of this album is that it's a bunch of young guys trying their hand at pop punk that haven't quite found their identity yet, with only a handful of moments hinting at their potential at this stage.
The production, as you would expect from a first pop-punk album from an unknown band in the early 00s, is shoddy. Patrick Stump is doing an uninspired imitation of a snotty pop-punk frontman. The instrumentals are all pretty good and are consistently hinting at what's to come, but nothing quite sticks for me or feels all that special in and of itself.
I would honestly suggest that you skip this unless you're really into pop-punk or curious enough about how Fall Out Boy started to give it a go. I don't hate it, but I'd consider it forgivably subpar.
Take This to Your Grave

Before listening to Take This To Your Grave: Back when I listened to Fall Out Boy more regularly, I found that each time I listened to this album I warmed to it a little more, so I'm expecting this to be the album that comes off best from this listening project thing I'm doing. To be clear, I don't mean that I think it'll be my favourite of all their albums, just that this will be most improved in my estimations.
After: If I'm being honest, I was a little disappointed here. I was expecting to enjoy it way more than I did. That being said though, this is a massive improvement on Evening Out With Your Girlfriend, with improved production, a little more oomph to the instrumentals, and Patrick Stump mostly ditching that bad attempt at a snotty pop-punk vocal performance for a way more unique, soul-ish vocal performance.
They're definitely beginning to come into their own here, but they are still a ways off actually reaching the top of the pop-punk mountain that they are beginning to climb here, and showing their ability to reach that peak too, with songs like Calm Before The Storm that balance catchiness with bite impressively.
From Under The Cork Tree

Before listening to From Under The Cork Tree: It always used to be a coin toss for me when picking my favourite Fall Out Boy album, between Infinity On High and this. Having relistened to a couple Fall Out Boy albums now, and having spent a pretty notable amount of time away from the band, though, I'm expecting to like this less than I used to. I'd still be surprised if I didn't like it, but I'm expecting there to be a lot of lyrics that, as a teen I loved, but that I cringe at with a more mature eye. I'm also expecting to be way less wowed by the instrumental side of things, what with my experience with experimental bands broadening recently. I still think I'll really like it, and won't exactly feel ashamed to say I once loved it, but any more than that would be a (welcome) surprise.
After: Oh my god what an album this is! The quality of these albums really skyrocketed out of nowhere. The production goes from good to great here, the instrumentals are suddenly so much meatier and more complex in an easy-to-consume kind of way, the lyrics, which I expected to cringe at, hold up for me as the peak of petty and witty writing... I'm frankly a little embarrassed to have doubted the album.
I knew going into it I had a soft spot for songs like Dance, Dance (with that incredible bassline), and Nobody Put's Baby In The Corner (with all that clever lyricism), but a lot of the songs sprung forward from this listen as quality tracks that I always used to overlook, Of All the Gin Joints In All the World being the most obvious example. There wasn't a single moment of this album in which I wasn't really enjoying myself and kept on my toes. I wasn't expecting a lull-less album from this at all, but that is exactly what I got. Absolutely incredible.
Infinity On High

Before listening to Infinity On High: As I said in the previous 'before listening' section, this was always one of two consistent candidates for my favourite Fall Out Boy album, so my expectations for this one are high going in. That being said, after being so surprised by From Under the Cork Tree, I expect this to be a little less impressive to me. I imagine FUTCT will be my favourite Fall Out Boy album by the end of this project.
After: So I remember hearing that for a lot of people this was supposedly the point in which Fall Out Boy sold out, and frankly, I think that's insane, and that's what I wanna talk about first and foremost here. To my ear, this album sounds stylistically pretty identical to FUTCT but with an added layer of glitz and glamour, which doesn't exactly undermine the overall sound in any way that I can make out.
That being said, that layer of glamour did make this album fall a little short of FUTCT for me personally. It's not the case that I can't appreciate the direction they went (although Jay-Z's cameo was weird and is a baffling decision to me), it's just a case of personal preference, particularly in my case a preference for a slightly more down-to-earth style while still balancing that with good production, which I think explains my love for FUTCT.
Folie à Deux

Before listening to Folie a Deux: I remember this as a victory lap and a last hurrah for the musical movement Fall Out Boy pioneered, so that probably means more of the glitz that I personally had a slight distaste for on Infinity On High. That being said, I remember thinking very fondly of this album, and I think there would have even been points in time where I'd have considered it my favourite Fall Out Boy album. I'm totally clueless as to whether the excess will come across as justified or too cheesy to handle now I've (very slightly) matured, and I think that'll ultimately be the key factor in whether I enjoy this as much as I used to, or consider this the point where Fall Out Boy lost their spark. We'll see!
After: Well I remembered the excess correctly. There is definitely a different vibe around this album compared to Infinity On High though, one that I personally far prefer. Whereas Infinity On High gave off the impression that you were in a castle in a fantasy utopia, filled with the hedonism of people who were ultimately honorable, this is more a representation of real life hedonism, implicitly depicting people turning themselves to ash with hellish behaviour, tortured by a lack of meaning in their life, and dealing with it by chasing pleasure and narrowed consciousness by way of mind-altering substances.
It was an excellent homage to a dying genre, going out with all the self-awareness, self-deprecation, and fun immaturity that it began with. From here there would be some faint echoes of what was once the biggest movement in rock music at it's time, with My Chemical Romance releasing another album before they split, and Paramore carrying tiny fragments of the sound with them going forward, but for the most part the movement wouldn't make it into the 10s. That makes this album almost a grand eulogy for this emo wave of pop punk, and if you ask me, its a fitting send off.
Conclusion/Interlude
During this project, I have managed to gain some level of understanding for the band's change in style post-hiatus. Without entering too deep into part 2's territory, I felt that they lost their identity when they came back. Pete Wentz's lyrics lost their edge, the instrumentals didn't shift erratically anymore to keep up the excitement... It just didn't hit the same.
Maybe that'll change for me as I listen to the post-hiatus albums with as open a mind as possible in part 2, but that's besides the point. The reason I bring this up is to express that I understand why now, at least to some extent. That understanding came as I was listening to Infinity On High, listening to the band try to keep the sound fresh in ways that, at least for me, rarely worked very well and felt tacked on. It became clear that, if the genre was going to make it out of the 00s, Fall Out Boy, for all their ability, weren't going to be the ones to do it.
The interesting part about that is that I don't think it comes from a lack of skill. I think it comes from the fact they are effectively a min-maxed band built around that particular wave of pop-punk. The lyrics, the ADHD-informed approach to instrumentals, the mild tendency towards unclean and unconventional vocals, it all lends itself perfectly to this specific subgenre, and in any other, while some elements may work, but for the most part they're tripping over each other.
So, when they wanted to come back, now to a musical landscape that is hostile to that sound following nearly a decade of overexposure, they had to smooth off some edges to fit into a new mold. I still can't say I like it, but I can say I get it now.
This post has also allowed me to rediscover why I loved the three album run before the hiatus, which has definitely made the effort worth it.
