(I wanted to clarify some things for my Craig and Octavio, along with other things)

(Craig did indeed lead a platoon against the Octarian Realm by order of the current leader of Inkopolis at that time. He wasn’t the one to want to fight against the Octarians, but he was responsible for many Octarian’s demise. He had a lot of court dates and even some jail time for his actions in the war. But he didn’t harm Octavio and Veronica because he was good friends with them. And he didn’t kill any harmless innocent Octarians either.)

(Octavio was acting defensively, of course, so nothing wrong there. HOWEVER. Long after the Great Turf War ended, his actions thereafter were of anger and rage (rightfully so tbh). He did some....really questionable things such as bioexperiments and eventually Project 8, which was the cloning of Octa and Octan. He was planning a genocide on the Squid race. The anger is understandable but a genocide of many innocent Inklings? Who probably don’t even know about the war as it was a hundred years ago? Not a good idea.)

(After Millie returned to the throne of Inkopolis, she had made it her sole goal to return Inkopolis back into its former glory. To make relations with other races and forget the past. Everyday she puts so much effort into her work. And she rarely has time to herself.)

(While Octavio has apologized immensely and vowed to no longer fight Inkopolis, as a peace treaty between Millie and him was made. It went rather smoothly too as Octavio and her had connections back in the Canyon. Craig also officially disbanded the original Splatoon and laid his bamboozler to rest. (The one he has is a replica which is his cane).)

(Of course there are some boomer unchanging squids who don’t want relationship with Octarians, so they’d often heckle Millie while she was in the streets. It happens....a lot, even to this day. She ignored their complaining and continues to do what is in best interest for Inkopolis and the Octarian Realm combined. Along with the Shark race.)
