Homogeneity & Central Tokyo City

As he watched central Tokyo City walking tours all he could see were beautiful young women walking the streets with their beautiful friends and families. When had this happened, he thought? How had central Tokyo City made this happen? What was it that central Tokyo City had did to its environment and people to make this beauty possible? How could every street, building, young woman walking through the streets of central Tokyo City, be beautiful in this way? It was a mystery to him how this has taken effect. The central Tokyo City ability to develop homogeneity among its objects, residents, and culture was truly an awe inspiring feat of planning and application.

And so he asked.... What's happened to the disabled of central Tokyo City? Where have all these needy lives disappeared to? Have all sick Tokyo City people now been cured of their woes?

And so he said.... If the city officials of central Tokyo City could only ban the use of oil products in the downtown city environment central Tokyo City would finally have chosen to embrace the healthiest stage in its completion.
