new hot mennn george sanders and tom conway. my dad got me hooked on 30s/40s short mystery movies based on detective magazine serials and these two were irl brothers that both played the falcon, including one movie (the falcons brother, 1942) that was the handoff when sanders moved on & conway took over. sanders is probably best known for his "catty villains" (words of my dad) and conway did a lot of b movies including 3 with val lewton :) im also saying raymond burr bc i love a heavy and he fascinates me. very fun to watch him menace hvp alumni robert mitchum with a plan to steal his face (his kind of woman, 1951, features fellow alumni vincent price cooking dinner)
