Yesterday started at 430am and ended at 230am. In reality, it began in the fall of last year when I wrote a new song working with #TobyScott. I felt like it was special. Then, I performed it for the first time at #lightofday2018 and it helped open the doors to some shows and new friends out on the East Coast. I’ve spent all year saving and planning the unveiling of it. . I’ve dabbled in lots of musical styles with my songwriting, and a lot of people haven’t understood that journey.... but I’m hanging here 4 awhile. this song is defining and redefining. The song is both the tip of the spear and the reset button. . I talked some people into helping make a music video and A crew came together. we shot for a day in April, one in May, and the last one happened yesterday. It was a trek to get to the location but I’m so grateful for those that made it. . it all came together to match the vision in my head and then some. It takes many hands to make something that speaks to many people. Hopefully, we did that! Love you guys. . Thx to #LeviClatterbuck for driving me around for 6hrs to find the “spot”.
