• kanghyuk asking help from lesbian nurse jangmi how to woo jaewon, "he said no. he's playing hard to get"

• kanghyuk RUNNING to dr han office to interrupt their meeting

• kanghyuk listening to jangmi advise to sprinkle compassion in his words

• kanghyuk cheering internally when jaewoon chooses trauma

• kanghyuk telling jaewon "I won't let you work them all by yourself" = "you are not alone i am with you"( jaewon also smiling ear to ear at that)

• Kanghyuk revealing why he chosed jaewon (also implying how he always observed jaewon)

• jaewon promising he won't disappoint him

Mydramalist is the most unserious website, trauma code: heroes on call is a decent show, fun with some interesting albeit superficial social commentary on the healthcare system and way too short to properly delve into the character arcs and their relationship development but a 9? That's insane (the 8.1 on imdb makes more sense) and nowhere near accurate.

Watched Trauma Code: Heroes on Call (South Korea) and all the released episodes of The Pitt (USA) practically back to back. They’re both about emergency medical services. The Korean version is really idealised and glamourised for TV. The American show is more realistic, especially when it comes to the ugly and emotionally heavy parts of the job.

But one thing I can’t wrap my head around is how insanely difficult and draining this job is. Where do you even find the energy and willpower to do it every day? No wonder medical workers suffer from burnout so much.

I definitely could never do their work.

Yes. I watched it again. Yes, I started rewatching the day after I finished watching it for the first time. Can you blame me? It's just THAT good. And very clearly it is very high up on my list of comfort series. I have nothing to say save for the fact that if you have 8 hours to spare, this is the best way to spend it. What a masterpiece. I will never stop raving about this series.

Overall, 10/10.

YES!!!!! absolutely phenomenal raises a lot of very important questions and points about the healthcare system, physicians being overworked, nurses being mistreated, politics and cash vs. human health...........as a medical student i related very heavily to the characters! also features ju jihoon in the performance of the lifetime he's having so much fun with the role and you can see it he's never been sexier or better. also a really great trio of main characters no one annoyed me and no relationship felt forced so that's huge. i literally watched it in like 2 days? so fun highly rec.
