TS4 to TS3 Walk Cycles (Requested) + BONUS Animations

Details:

includes 12 walking animations and 15 animations for posing ;

the walking animations have been requested by anon on Tumblr;

in order to work with Animation Player, I had to lengthen the walking animations by 8 and slow them down by 1.4; so they're heavily edited compared to the original animations.

despite my efforts the walking animations will sometimes run a double step, meaning that when you choose "Play Looped" on Animation Player you'll see sims stepping twice everytime the animation is restarted;

all the walking animations are in place;

Animation Player required to play these animations.

in general, if the animations look like they're running too fast (though they're the same as the TS4 originals); use the cheat "slowmotionviz (1-8)" to set a speed you're comfortable with.

Wallpaper Converted From: Animal Crossing: New Horizons for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3

Today we celebrate the 4th anniversary of Animal Crossing: New Horizons! Oh, and my 4th anniversary of being on tumblr! This set includes over 300 wallpapers for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. I will most likely do a Sims 4 version in the future, as that game would require me to create 2 more textures per wallpaper, because it has 3 wall heights, so I'll need more time to make them. In the meantime, SimderTalia has converted some wallpapers to The Sims 4 already, so you could grab those! I will list some of them below. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

Disclaimer: The swatch above is just a small showcase of what's included, there is a total of 386 walls. Anime TV Channels Mod

...so. I love the anime mod for TS4, and was bummed out to find out nothing exists like that for TS3 (at least I couldn't find one) so with the mention this is my first mod (so excuse the possible dubious quality) I made my own and thought to share. :3

It comes with 19 new TV channels for your TS3 weeb sims. They are in dub.

I added just for packs I personally have, so while the Loves to swim trait is perfect for Free I don't have Island Paradise so I didn't add it (you're free to do so if you know how however! :) ). I also don't have Into the Future so sorry if you wanted to watch anime on the holo TV!

Here's how you use animation sequences like the ones in this post.

You have a number of 3 animations that go together. For example:

a_4t3_CelebPic_fem01_start

a_4t3_CelebPic_fem01_mid

a_4t3_CelebPic_fem01_stop

-start = means sim getting into position / beginning of animation

_mid = means the middle of the sequence

_stop = sim getting out of the animation / end of the animation

Basically, the posing itself is only the middle animation. The "_start" and "_stop" animations are for sims switching between normal pose and the middle one.

You can use only one animation or the entire sequence of three.

As for Animation Player, you write the codes when asked (in the right order -> start, mid, stop). When you finish inserting them, you click "x" on the Animation Player UI.

To run them, click either "Play" (plays the entire sequence of animations just once) or "Play Looped" (plays the entire sequence indefinitely, until you stop it yourself).

It's (finally) complete!! 😊 And for those who were telling me this already looked good in a previous post of this animation in it's WIP state, the first half of the animation itself was nearly complete, but towards the end of it was still just single poses forming a simple concept of how it would turn out to be, so that's why I said the quality worsened 😅
