I like to think that at the beginning, there was at least a few good times for the trio when it came to flying. They probably would have had to put in a lot of practice with formations, maneuvers and proximity, especially account for Skywarp's teleportation. I referenced the pose off a trio of skydivers doing formation diving.

First off, I just wanna say that I adore your TBBverse, your art, and the love and passion you put into your worldbuilding! You've inspired me to get back into drawing, and my heart does a little !!! every time I see your content! :3 I absolutely adore your take on Starscream, and I was wondering if you had any misc. headcanons for your takes on Thundercracker and Skywarp as well? The Seekers have always been my faves heheh. Have a splendid day/night!

Skandar/Skywarp is still being reserved, but Teo/Thundercracker has been pretty chatty in recent times, so I do have a handful of headcanons for him! Outside of what is already mentioned here and here:

He's often the PR face of the Decepticons, as he appeared semi-regularly on television in the heart-throbbiest daytime drama acting roles prior to the war. POR QUE MARIAAAAAA

Triple threat, in that he can sing, dance and act. Stefan/Starscream is genuinely green with envy sometimes.

Roving pack of fangirls whenever he's out and about in town. The most popular member of the Seekers, and his brothers-in-arms never fail to tease him about it.

Keeps sharing RPF fanfics written about the trine with them, much to Stefan's intrigue and Skandar's horror. Always leaves a comment and kudos!

The beret he wears is a memento from the last theatre production he ever took part in before the Clampdown, when arenas and art venues were shut down. It was from a production of Evita, where he played Che! (His favorite role!)

Has had the World's Longest Art Block since he picked up arms and was assigned to the Seekers. He still writes scripts and shoots propaganda pieces for the 'Cons, but he's feeling pigeonholed in terms of what he's allowed to work on.

Consequently, is courting absolute disaster by trying to spark that inspiration through regular offerings to the Leanan Sidhe (Killian 'Kaon' O'Connor brought this up after Teo was lamenting about his lack of inspiration, and has regretted it since). Not in a "please be my faerie lover muse" way, but in a "pspsps here girl, good girl, who wants some absinthe?" way.

Is actually working on a script about Stefan's life! The twist is that it's. Very sincere. Stefan doesn't like discussing his past for a myriad of reasons, mainly self-loathing ones, so he decided to write a script based on Stefan's life as he's heard mentioned in passing, as a gift to show him that all facets of his life matter, even the 'ugly' ones.

His type is "Yes I will watch Les Miserables and duet 'The Confrontation' with you"

"She don't bite!" "YES SHE DO!!!!" concerning his best babygirl BallBuster (who is a Jack Russell Terrorist Terrier in this TTB!) .

Absolutely fucked sleeping hours, the least disciplined of the Seekers, simply not a soldier at heart!

Also the Seeker most invested in the brotherhood aspect of the trine.

Season 1 - Prequel to the war, A Rebellion Divided Arc (12 eps)

- Characters in focus are OP/Megs, Senator Shockwave, Bee, Jazz/Prowl, Starscream, the Lambo Twins, Drift, Mirage and Hotrod

- This is because their backgrounds inform a lot of the major worldbuilding/pushes the narrative.

Season 2 - First quarter of the War (26 eps)

- All other characters are properly introduced here, as is the rest of the worldbuilding

Season 3 - Second quarter of the War, Prometheus (ie. Rung) in Plain Sight Arc (26 eps)

- Rung, Springer, Isaac and Sari Sumdac, Windblade, Chromia and Lightbright introduced as new characters here.

- Drift joins the Autobots, Thundercracker leaves the Cons

- Zeta Prime introduced as a major antagonist, main arc concerns the reveal of who Rung actually is, and getting Rung to remember who they are/unlock their abilities to deal with Zeta who is attempting to weaponize a brainwashed Sari—made in Rung’s image—after he managed to recapture Isaac, who was betrayed by former ally Shockwave, and forcefully reprograms Sari (SHE GETS BETTER DON’T WORRY!!) .

Season 4 - Third quarter of the War, Sands Of Time Arcs (26 eps)

- Elita-1 and Co. introduced here.

- Functionist Universe established as a splinter continuity, and is part of the main Time Travel arc.

- Destruction of Main Autobot Base, as they move operations to Griffin Rock

- Sunstreaker leaves the Autobots

- Matrix is revealed to contain the souls of former Primes who were trapped there via Liege Maximo’s machinations

- Starscream has left the ‘Cons midway of the season—before the base destruction—and is in prison by the end of this season, but is mysteriously broken out against his will by Shockwave who seems to have taken over the ‘Cons, in the season’s last episode.

Season 5 - Fourth quarter of the War, Antilla’s Fury/Unicron Arc + finale (26 eps)

- Starscream is the new ‘face of the Decepticons’ and secretly a double agent for the Autobots as Shockwave works in the shadows.

- Sunstreaker returns to the Autobots

- Reveal of the truth of what happened in the Antillan War

- Matrix divided among 10 Bots and Cons (still loyal to Megatron) who are chosen as the champion of the 10 Primes within it to deal with Unicron

Like everyone else in TTB though, Buster is a little different here!

He’s a scrappy little wire-haired Jack Russell terrier who TC discovered as a stray puppy near the base of operations for Marissa Fairborne’s NGO.

At that point of time, TC was feeling extremely lost, so Buster (so called because this little little bastard ‘busted the balls’ of everyone who tried to approach him except TC) gave him something to ground himself to while he collected his bearings and figured out where he wanted to take his life’s path from here on.

Buster’s been his Good Boy ever since and is 720% read to square up with anyone who has a bone to pick with his human dad.

So it’s that time of year again in marvel comics. The Summer Hellfire Gala! They already teased some designs in the past months for this event and some are hit or miss.

My question if such a gala was a thing in TTB universe, who would be the top designers for the cons and bots for such an event? Would they create them on their own creativity or from getting insights on the clients perspective and wants?

Oh this is a WILD ask and I’m dgshdjdhjfjdjdjff about it because OUTFITS FOR EVERYBODY.

I know most top tier fashion houses specialising in menswear would be FOAMING AT THE MOUTH to dress both Optimus Prime and Megatron. I’m gonna say Hugo Boss for Megs, and Ralph Lauren for OP. Megs has some input, especially since Starscream has impressed upon him the importance of optics, and while he doesn’t know a damn thing about fashion, he does know the sort of statement he’d like to make with it. OP is more of a ‘surprise me’ sort of guy, I can imagine he was VERY taken aback/flustered by the idea of flaunting in public in such a way, though Jazz and Mirage likely manage to talk him into it for PR purposes. He embraces it as a fun yearly event after a while!

Mirage has two designers on standby—Burberry and Alexander McQueen—at all times all the way from his old days as an Earl. In this case they very much rely on input from him, as he actually is part of the business, and there would be occasions where he comes wearing something he designed himself for added pizzazz and press media loses its fucking mind. Tommy Hilfiger saw Tom Holland Bumblebee and immediately shoved all the competition off the cliff—-he’s the perfect mix of preppy street youth to showcase their work for the younger demographic. Like OP, Bee is baffled at the idea of being anything resembling a fashion icon, but he ropes in Charlie and Memo for the perfect runway triple threat. He’s more hands-off about it, like OP is.

Marc Jacobs definitely courts Jazz—the streetwise aesthetics with a little prep, a little grunge, a little couture is something the man wears VERY well! Jazz would be 20% input and 80% Surprise Me, he loves the thrill of seeing that final piece unveiled.

Jean Paul Gaultier bags the fashion prizefighter in Blurr! These two have DEFINITELY worked together for a very long time—-likely ever since Blurr won their first race. Initially neither had much input of which was mostly given by the company Blurr worked for—they had to project a certain image, and that stiffled a lot of creativity on their end, but once Blurr has the freedom to properly express themselves as a member of the Autobots, both the designer and client are more than happy to go BUCK WILD with input on designs.

Valentino gets Sunstreaker, and Giorgio Armani bagged Sideswipe, and both sides get into a playful rivalry about it, so in this case, the Lambo Bros definitely had vested interest to give in as much input as they could, though Sunny is WAY more of a primadonna about it.

Starscream reps his Sicilian heritage via Dolce & Gabbana, whose pieces he’s worn since his Senator days, and like Mirage, he has a LOT of input in the final product as he actually has experience making his own clothes, while Spanish designer Balenciaga bags his Seeker team mate Thundercracker, whose artistry and stage play background makes him a damn good canvas for avant- Garde looks (which he displays with all the subtlety of a very randy peacock). Thundercracker is about 50/50 Input to Surprise Me!

Soundwave would rep their home country by donning a piece by Indonesian designer Poppy Dharsono who does wonderful work mixing ethnic textiles and patterns with contemporary influences—they leave the whole thing in the designer’s very capable hands!

Comme Des Garçons would take on the challenge of dressing Drift (Ratchet is stayin out of this mess, but listen, he can look at the menu even if he doesn’t want to be a part of the smorgasbord!!)

Laserbeak managed to catch the eye of Dundas and she is dragging poor, very confused Ravage into this mess with her because SOMEONE CHOSE TO DRESS HER??? Y’ALL NOBODY CHOOSES TO DRESS HER LIKE SHE’S GONNA SAY NO TO THIS CHANCE TO STRUT HER STUF???? Bouncing off the walls excitement oh my GOD THEY WANT HER INPUT TOO QUICK MOVE OVER SHE NEEDS TO SET UP A PIN INTEREST BOARD!!!!

I’m thinking Vera Wang for Windblade, Yves Saint Lauren for Lightbright and Christie Brown for Chromia! All three are more in Surprise Me camp!

hey! i was just wondering if you have any plans for any trans men/transmasc characters in ttb? if not, do you know if any of the other people that have taken characters in the ttb universe have any? bc if so i'd love to know more about them. thank you!

Aye, I'd been hedging on that decision for two characters specifically (since they're both still being workshopped/developed) but I'll bite the bullet and confirm it for now that Thundercracker and Swoop are both trans men.

Teo 'Thundercracker' Cortes has more info on him here and here.

Sylas 'Swoop' Wyzenko has far less info as of the moment--I'm trying to cobble together his past before he was a Dinobot---but what I can tell you as of now:

Was formerly an artist who fell on hard times and was homeless for a bit before he was rounded up as a potential test subject.

Very close to Grimlock, the two of them get along best out of all the Dinobots. Him being the smallest of the Dinobots made him a particular target of abuse for their handlers when they were gangpressed into indentured servitude under Proteus, and Grimlock made sure each and every one of them paid once the crew managed to break free. He's often found perching on Grim's shoulder whenever they're hanging out together.

He's training as a medic under Ratchet specifically to care for his crewmates who all have. Not-so-good experiences with heavily medical/scientific settings and have massive trust issues with anyone outside their group. This is not to say they refuse to work with Ratchet, but they're clearly more comfortable/less tense with Swoop than Ratch (Ratchet is fine and even encouraging of this--more medics is never a bad thing).

Prone to panic attacks when being manhandled/restrained.

There's one brain cell between them when they're in primal fury mode, and he's usually the one holding it. (He's the thinker of the lot)

As such, is about the only one on the team Grimlock will generally listen to/discuss tactics with.

Pretty much the heart of the team/the nicest Dinobot, but will not hesitate to drop bodies if you look at Grimlock or Sludge the wrong way.

Still does art! Paints, specifically, and is part of the Autobots' weekly art jam session with Mirage, Bumblebee and Sunstreaker.

How would "Starscream: The Movie" play out in your TTB setting?

Thundercracker did come up with a screenplay for it, but in this case he decided against bringing it to life since it felt mildly exploitative of someone who’d already paid his dues and is trying to live a peaceful life and is also juggling a family + adopted kiddos now (one of the main reasons Starscream would really rather not be the star of any biopic).

So I found a troupe that I think best describes Starscream, Thundercracker, sideswipe, g1 ironhide, Tigertron , Ravage and many others. It's called Amazon Chasers- reason being it when a guy is attracted to a girl not for her looks but for the fact she can and will kick his ass and do so pretty easily. Kinda like Wonder Woman.

But also like, Amazons are all over the place in TTB, like you’d trip over one every few feet, so that is not at all surprising :’3

For the characters in your TTB cont. Who is a cat person, dog person, fish person, bird person etc.

My brain cannot long lists currently but I’ll do you one better and list the people who keep pets on both teams!

On the Autobot side:

- Mirage has an Irish Setter, Dunedan, who used to follow him whenever he got pressed to go out on fancy fox hunts while he had to play the part of an aristocrat. (He doesn’t like these, the dog doesn’t really like these, and he usually just ‘accidentally’ chases the quarry away too early so they could just go riding in the countryside instead). Mirage also has a horse, Avalon’s Renaissance (“Ava” for short)—an old Cleveland Bay dame that’s seen too many hunts and now prefers casual walks which he’s absolutely fine with.

- Ironhide has Molly, a sassy cattle dog.

- Bumblebee keeps Bigwig, a rabbit (something he wasn’t allowed to have earlier in childhood).

- Ratchet keeps and breeds. Medical leeches. He names them, there’s a lot, he has some favorites, he praises them for a job well done (He doesn’t get rid of them after a session but either releases them or keeps them for breeding purposes).

- Jazz and Prowl co-own a cat, Esmeralda, that Jazz picked up during a mission and nursed back to health. She’s their sweet angel baby even if she’s all banged up.

- Hound had ram he liked back on his farm which he handraised as a lamb after its mother died.

- Prime’s gotten around to feeding and befriending the pigeons around Alpha Trion’s estate, and they now flock to him whenever he goes outside. Rearing pigeons was an activity his father enjoyed doing on the rooftop of their apartment way back in his childhood, and he’s carrying on the tradition.

-Kup of course has Dakshi, her rescued Ovcharka!

- Drift likes crows and crows seem to like Drift. Whether it’s because he’s calm, chill and feeds them in his spare time or if it’s because the two of them are closely associated with death is anyone’s guess.

On the Decepticon side:

- Megatron loves dogs and had one in his youth, a Bernese Mountain coal miner’ s dog named Boudicca, but hasn’t gotten around to getting one himself as he’s wary of getting that attached to anyone/anything again. Instead he spoils:

- Barricade’s dog! Barricade rescued an old pit-fighting Staffordshire, and life for the old fella has been sweet under his care ever since. There was never an official name for this dog, Barricade never expected to keep him but decided to after a while, and since the dog has basically started responding to “Fella”/“Ol’ Fella”, that’s the given name.

- Skywarp has Najmina, a hunting falcon he’s very proud of.

- Thundercracker has Buster!

- Tarn… likes dogs too 8’3

- Nickel does keep an old, ornery cat that hisses at everyone but her.

- Rats were not uncommon pets for offworld miners who didn’t have access to anything else, and rats were literally the only other creature living with them in the mines. As such, Rumble and Frenzy do keep and care for four rats, which came with them all the way from Messatine.
