back to regularly scheduled programming after this rant because it’s uhhh 6am but i Do Not like how i spent like the past 5 hours in an ocd hole for no discernible reason. i’ve always been able to clearly know Why i was doing compulsions before now but literally nothing bad has happened tonight and yet i just spent half an hour scrolling through twitter. goddamn twitter. on browser no less. anyways!
