I’m so done with eating this much. All i do is eat like a fricking pig i literally swallow food whole. And i’ve gained 3 pounds in the last week. I know what i’m doing when I ask. Just please help and give me advice. I’m so done with looking like this.

A guide to get eateble food at grocery stores ~♡
1. Go straight to the little kid baby area, it's where you get the best sweet low call snacs, best ones between 30 and 60 cals, pretty nice.
2. I have noticed that often "diet food" is pretty high cal and you can probably find better low cal food in the "normal" food departments if you know how to control your portions and so.
3. Fruits and vegetables, obviously, nothing like actual food without weird modifications n shit and they are all pretty low cal and nice.
4. Mixable drinks, powdered hot chocolate and chai, pretty nice choices, normally sweet and because they are liquid they fill you up pretty fast.
5. Eggs, trust me you want protein, and if you eat one boiled egg you won't be hungry after.
6. Obviously Rice cakes and low cal crackers are good.
7. Canned fish! Caaaannneeed fish, delicious and usually mega low call.

Oh to be able too sit in tight spaces and curl my knees up to my chest. To be able to curl up in a ball and look so tiny and small. To be held by the guy I like without feeling fat and gross and have him pick me up with ease like I’m a feather. You just gotta work hard and starve a little longer, we can make it, we deserve it, we deserve to be skinny, to feel small and delicate and clean.
Ana loves us and wants us to be good, so starve..because Ana never gives up on us no matter how much we binge or fail, Ana is always there for us, so we have to be good to her, we have to starve, if not for yourself do it for her🩷
