I've been working on this for THREE. MONTHS. give or take little. I used several medias: pencil for sketching, and charcoal, paint, colored pencils, eyeliner, and gel pens for the coloring.

I also made some changes with things.

For the drawing of the glamoured human disguise, I minused the scar for plot reasons that will be explained in my original work on AO3. I also gave her a name. Her original name, Si Er Hou, meaning Four-Eared Monkie, has became Si Er Mihou, meaning Four-Eared Macaque. This is a set-in-stone decision. I also gave her human form a name, which is Luxe(it's pronounced Lux, the e is silent). Although I badly want to give out spoilers for the story(of which i have ONE chapter posted... T^T), I will wait until I have more time.

it's ridiculous. julien gains nothing from their secrets. he takes no pleasure in knowing that he will ruin a truly good man's life in the ensuing collateral damage. but tonight seunggi is his. one day, when the last fire is extinguished and the mountains of dust settle, seunggi will surrender his heart to someone who deserves it. but not tonight.

Ran knows it makes you happy, and so he can live with stickers or fancy boxers, frilly blankets or ninety candles.

Andy and Ari will let you get away with decor and maybe one article of clothing (please, nothing in Ari's car, just don't). However, they are openly not thrilled with anything beyond a lovely pink or red dress/outfit on you and then the actual date.

If he's allowed to make fun of it the entire time, Jake will let you dress him up for the day. I mean, he'd prefer you see him a little more manly than the stickers and stuff, but he legit enjoyed the sparkling, temporary tattoos you bought on a whim.

They were teasing her.

She can't help but pout, crossing her arms, but with one eye open to watch them take a bite out of her chocolate.

Thankfully, (Y/N) didn't notice, or they chose not to say anything.

Both options made her pride hurt a little less.

Instead, being gifted chocolate, she stares at the heart-shaped box, unblinking.

Finally relenting, she opened the box and slowly detaches her face mask.

She takes out one piece of chocolate, splits it in half, then offers it to (Y/N).

(Scarecrow) "Here. We wil eat together."

(Architect) "Finally, I can have all the chocolate I want, and NO ONE can judge me! Here, take some too!"

Architect happily shares her chocolate stash with (Y/N), gorging herself without a care in the world.

She makes sure that (Y/N) can get a few pieces, but if they even THINK about reaching for their half, they're dead!

She hums playfully as she savors the taste of each one.

(Architect) "Pretty good, huh?! Oooh, I hope Halloween there's even MORE candy we can get together!"

Gager

(Gager) "I didn't want to be shown up by those Griffin Dolls, so here. Chocolate made by me."

Gager leans in expectantly, watching for (Y/N)'s reaction to her chocolate.

Upon seeing their smile, she leans back and nods confidently.

At least this time, she could show up the other T-Dolls without it causing some tension...Unless someone was aiming for (Y/N) too. That she could not allow.

(Gager) "If you ever want more, you know who the right person to call is."

Hunter

(Hunter) "I would say I have procured these chocolates from a worthy prey...but I just bought them."

She wishes she could've hunted this instead, but it'll do.

Hunter has her arms crossed casually as (Y/N) takes a few of her chocolates.

She hums in approval, taking one of the chocolates for herself.

(Hunter) "I think I could give you something more exotic than chocolate next year...Unless you have some time right now?"

Happy 2025! Here's hoping this year brings us all the time, energy, peace, and inspiration that we need to finish that thing we've been wanting to finish since *checks notes* Seriously?!?! 2018? It's been 6 years? How about the other one... *checks notes* 2023. A year and a half. *SIGH* Yeah...let's get all the good shit for 2025 and finish this stuff.

Manta Rays chatting in the Discord server - We've got TWO Manta Rays chatting in the Discord server this week! Admin MJ will be in there in a few hours (11am EST), and Admin Marie will be in there on Friday at 8pm EST!

Competitive Writing Sprints - Manta Ray Arthur will be hosting a session of competitive writing sprints on Wednesday at 11am EST! Add words to your WIP and also win fabulous prizes!

SPN Rewatch: FanFic Edition - Next weekend, we will gather in the Discord server on Saturday at noon EST to discuss the final two episodes in the third season: 3.15 Time Is on My Side and 3.16 No Rest for the Wicked!
