This is another huge reason environmentalism and individualism are not compatible frameworks. There are ways accessibility could be made more environmentally friendly, like if single-use items were packaged more efficiently, or if more sustainable materials (biodegradable plastics that can be industrially composted come to mind) were used to make single-use items, or if pre-made meals were readily served into non-plastic multi-use containers, but none of those changes are currently accessible options for the vast majority of disabled people. Those changes would need to come from manufacturing, or from community organized programs to support disabled people. We can't choice-capitalism our way into a sustainable world for all.
Some people don’t want to hear this but sometimes accessibility is not sustainable or eco-friendly. Disabled people sometimes need straws, or pre-made meals in plastic containers, or single-use items. Just because you can work with your foods in their least processed and packaged form doesn’t mean everyone else can.

Insulated conductors
Insulated conductors are used in power transmission and distribution systems, in which a layer of non-conductive materials, such as: resin, plastic, silicone rubber, PVC, etc., is uniformly and sealingly wrapped around the periphery of the conductor to form an insulating layer to prevent the conductor from contacting the outside world causing leakage, short circuit, electric shock and other accidents, the inside of the insulated conductor is composed of a metal conductor, usually copper or aluminum, while the outer layer is a layer of insulating material.
Compared with ordinary wires, insulated wires have better electrical insulation properties, which can prevent current leakage and interference, thus improving the safety and reliability of the power system. Insulated conductors are commonly used in high-voltage lines in power transmission and distribution systems, such as transmission lines and cables in substations. R stands for soft copper wire, V stands for polyvinyl chloride insulation, S stands for double twisted, B stands for flat, and P stands for shielded. 1, RV - polyvinyl chloride insulated single-core flexible wire, maximum operating temperature 65℃, minimum operating temperature -15℃, working voltage AC 250V, DC 500V, used as internal wiring of instruments and equipment. 2, RVB: parallel multi-stranded flexible wire (flat), like the phone line often used at home bare wire, but the core and RVV core consistent, the two cores are wrapped in parallel in the sheath, usually a sheath of two 3, RVS: twisted multi-stranded flexible wire, that is, the soft core of RVB torn, twisted. Usually two twisted pairs. 4、RVSP: twisted shielded wire. 5、RVVB: polyvinyl chloride sheathed flexible wire (flat type), standard GB/T 5023.5-2008/IEC 60227-5:2003. 6, RVV: multi-stranded flexible wire, that is, the core consists of multiple strands of copper wire, RVV wire is the most commonly used cable for weak electrical systems, the number of cores is variable, there are single, there are multiple, there is also a sheath outside. But there are no special requirements for the arrangement between the cores. 7, RVVP: copper-core PVC insulated shielded PVC sheathed flexible cable, also called electrical connection anti-interference flexible cable, rated voltage 250V/450V. 8, BVVR is a copper-core PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible wire, with an outer sheath; BVR is a copper-core PVC insulated flexible wire, only the insulation layer, no outer sheath. Usually said double plastic wire refers to the BVV series, the first V refers to polyvinyl chloride insulation, the second V refers to polyvinyl chloride sheathing, if the BV series refers to the single plastic wire.
Commonly used insulated wires are as follows: 1: 1 rubber-insulated wire Model: BLX - aluminum-core rubber-insulated wire, BX - copper-core rubber-insulated wire. 2 polyvinyl chloride insulated wire (plastic wire) Model: BLV - aluminum-core plastic wire, BV - copper-core plastic wire.
Rubber cable Model: YHC - heavy-duty rubber cable, NYHF - agricultural neoprene dragging cable. Rubber insulated wire has copper core, aluminum core, single core, double core and multi-core. Used for house wiring, working voltage generally does not exceed 5OO volts.
Insulated conductors come in various forms, including overhead insulated conductors and underground insulated cables. Overhead insulated conductors are transmitted through overhead power poles or cable bridges, while underground insulated cables are buried in underground pipes or tunnels to transmit power signals. Different insulated conductors are suitable for different power transmission and distribution scenarios and are selected as needed.

15 Trending Wedding Bouquet Ideas 2021
Tumblr media
One of the most enjoyable aspects of wedding planning is selecting the right wedding bouquet. There are so many beautiful styles that choosing your favorites can be difficult. To get you started, we have rolled out the 15 most popular wedding bouquet ideas.
Here we go….
1. Posy Bouquet
Tumblr media
A posy bouquet is one of the popular choices for brides. As the name says, it is a small, round flower arrangement grouped in an unstructured way and tied, usually with a ribbon. Many brides prefer to carry just three or four of the same long-stemmed flowers, such as White lily-of-the-valley blossoms, which are available in May, are the most classic of all blossoms.
Tie a small posy with a wide sage green satin ribbon to make a divine little bouquet to wear with a lace gown. White peonies, sweet peas, hyacinths, ranunculus, and tulips are among the other springtime favorites. White Casablanca lilies are also an excellent choice for a dramatic bouquet.
2. Hand-tied Bouquet
Tumblr media
As the name suggests, Hand-tied Bouquets are a bunch of flowers tied together using a ribbon, string, wire, or a piece of fabric. More often than not, these bouquets are unstructured floral arrangements, giving them a perfectly rustic and bohemian look.
These minimalist bouquets are known for their casual appearance, which stems from the loose and slightly haphazard floral arrangement. You can easily DIY this bouquet, as it’s very easy to make. All you need to do is gather a variety of flowers and tie them together – and you have your stylish wedding bouquet ready for the day!
3. Button Bouquet
Tumblr media
The button bouquet consists of 40 button stems, many of which are topped with stunning clear vintage glass buttons. You can create a button bouquet of your choice that complements your wedding theme. For instance, you can have all whites have a white-inspired button bouquet for your wedding. Or, if you want, you can use colorful button stems for a dramatic bouquet. This style looks classy and vibrant. These are the perfect choice for DIY enthusiasts because all you need is different kinds of button stems to create such a stunning bouquet. You can also buy button bouquets online.
4. Nosegay Bouquet
Tumblr media
One of the most popular styles of wedding bouquets is the nosegay bouquet. A nosegay is a more structured bouquet made up of a small, tightly packed group of flowers that are all cut to the same length. The stems are tightly wrapped in ribbon or lace, and a stiff backing often supports the bouquet to give it shape. The term nosegay originated in fifteenth-century Middle English as a combination of the words nose and gay (the latter then meaning “ornament”). As a result, a nosegay is an ornament that appeals to the nose or nostrils.

Traditionally, a nosegay bouquet contains only one type or color of the flower, though modern bouquets may deviate from this rule. A nosegay bouquet is distinguished by the presence of a large focal flower that draws attention to the floral arrangement. They look best when formed from a variety of flowers, such as daisies, roses, irises, and carnations with complementary tones. Nosegay bouquets are similar to posy bouquets in appearance, but nosegays emphasize greens. Greens are added around the contour of the flower cluster creating a beautiful border.
5. Biedermeier bouquet
Tumblr media
The Biedermeier bouquet is ideal for the bride who strives for perfection on her wedding day. It is named after a German-style of interior design and is structured similarly to a nosegay. It was created in Germany in the first half of the nineteenth century, during a period of relative prosperity and the rise of the middle class. A Biedermeier floral design is typically round or conical in shape, with concentric patterns in circles or spirals.
It is made up of various types of flowers that are arranged in such a way that they form rings of multiple colors. You can customize the Biedermeier bouquet to any size based on your preferences and tastes. You can get a simple two-layered bouquet made or as many as eight or ten floral rings forming a magnificent Biedermeier bouquet for the wedding ceremony. The Biedermeier bouquet looks best when created with orchids, roses, dahlias, and tulips bordered by vibrant green foliage or textured leaves and ferns.
6. Pomander bouquet
Tumblr media
Pomander bouquets, also known as kissing balls, are a bit offbeat choice for a bridal bouquet. However, they appear romantic and youthful on a bride. Often Pomander bouquets are used for bridesmaids or flower girls.
They have a ribbon handle or a string so that the bride can carry it like a handbag. Gems and jewels are frequently used as an embellishment on or around the blooms in pomander bouquets. Pomanders are commonly made with gerbera daisies, carnations, roses, anemones, and sunflowers.
7. Cascade Bouquet
Tumblr media
The cascade bouquet, also known as waterfall bouquet, is a very traditional and elegant form of a bouquet. The flowers are arranged to appear to flow over the bride’s hands and tapers near the bottom. At the wedding of Lady Diana Spencer and the Prince of Wales at Westminster Abbey in the 1980s, it became popular as the arrangement of choice. This bouquet can be very large, but the smaller modern versions are often referred to as teardrop or trail bouquets. They have a beautiful mix of flowers, long trailing vines, and draping leaves, making a stunning floral arrangement that appears like a “waterfall” of flowers. They make a perfect choice for high-end destination wedding ceremonies or themed wedding parties.
It is a perfect choice for brides looking for ways to make a strong style statement at their wedding. Their inverted teardrop shape looks spectacular against wedding gowns. Waterfall bouquets are typically hand-tied with floral foams, wires, and ribbons. They look best when created with bold and vibrant blooms such as hyacinths, lilies, dahlias, and garden roses and accented with Baby’s Breath and various types of greenery, such as ivy.
8. Composite bouquet
Tumblr media
The composite flower bouquet is a game-changer! It is composed of hundreds of single petals rather than flower heads. The petals can be collected from any flower, but those with large and thick petals are preferred. These petals are then wired together on a single stem, giving the bouquet the appearance of a single, large circular bloom. This is a pricey option but can add both magnificence and elegance to your wedding celebration.
9. Basket Bouquet
Tumblr media
The basket bouquets are great for outdoor or garden weddings. They are treasured for their rustic appeal because the flowers are arranged in an oasis inside the basket, where they won’t wilt as quickly as other bouquet styles. Basket bouquets are quite popular among flower girls and young bridesmaids because they are easier to carry than nosegays or posy bouquets.
A tussy mussy bouquet is a nosegay-style bouquet carried in a small vase made of metal, porcelain, or any other material that complements your wedding theme. Some tussy mussy bouquets come with a small chain to help you carry them. This bouquet is easy to display at your reception, and the vases make excellent thank you gifts for your bridesmaids.
10. Brooch Bouquet
Tumblr media
Brooch bouquets are a unique and modern way to add a touch of whimsy to your wedding. As the name implies, they just add glam to your wedding. The best part is you can incorporate everything from sequins and sparkles to sensational new color shades to your brooch bouquet.
Although Brooch bouquets are the latest trend, brides who adore the idea of vintage style can make them feel a little retro while being modish! One of the keys is to be creative with your color palette, using shades that go perfectly well with your wedding theme while evoking the look and feel of an antiquated era.
11. Presentation bouquet
Tumblr media
A Presentation bouquet, also known as pageant bouquets, is a popular choice of arrangement. They are commonly used in pageant competitions. It’s a perfect choice for a glamorous bride to add a bit of drama to her wedding bouquet style.
These bouquets are rather large floral arrangements with crisp and decorous blooms evoking a lush and luxurious look. The overall size of the bouquet varies; however, the extravagance remains constant. For presentation, bouquets, orchids, delphiniums, calla lilies, roses, sweet peas, and various tropical flowers are commonly used to create pageant bouquets.
12. Tussy Mussy Bouquet
Tumblr media
Tussie mussies, also known as tussle mussle bouquets, were introduced to England in the early 18th century and quickly became a fashionable accessory for young women. A tussie mussie is a small circular bouquet, similar to a nosegay, but it contains symbolic meaning based on the ‘language of the flower.’ Specific flowers represent specific sentiments. Tussie mussies are traditionally arranged in a cone- or cornucopia-shaped container made of silver or tin, with a chain attached to carry the bouquet.
13. Fan bouquet
Tumblr media
A fan bouquet, which consists of a simple plastic fan intertwined with flowers and leaves, is ideal for a vintage wedding, tropical wedding, or Asian-themed wedding. They are of two types; flower arrangements are arranged in an outward spreading pattern. The leaves and blooms are placed in a container resembling two Japanese fans placed side by side, creating a distinctive shape that stands out from traditional bridal bouquets.
14. Round Bouquets
Tumblr media
As the name suggests, round bouquets are round-shaped bouquets used on numerous occasions, including weddings. Any floral arrangement that is round in shape is referred to as a round bouquet, including Posy bouquets.
Round bouquets come in various sizes, flower shapes, and color combinations. Myriads of ferns, leaves and other greens are used in round bouquets; however, flowers are the main attraction. Any bulbous-shaped blooms, including dahlias, chrysanthemums, garden roses, ranunculus, and anemones, are used to make round bouquets.
15. Dried Flower Bouquet
Tumblr media
Lastly, we have dried flower bouquets. These bouquets are the hottest trend in the wedding industry. As the name implies, a dried flower bouquet is made of non-fresh dried flowers. Dried flowers are a novel way to preserve the beauty of a significant flower bouquet that may have sentimental value or simply if you believe it is a waste to throw away the fresh flower bouquet.
These bouquets are the perfect choice for vintage and modern wedding ceremonies. These are for experimental and trend-forward brides as they love incorporating unique textures to their wedding. The unusual blooms, dried grasses, seed pods, and other long-lasting botanicals make for a pretty impressive wedding bouquet that stands out.
Wrapping it up…..
These are the 15 best wedding bouquet ideas to get inspired by. All these wedding bouquets look classy, magnificent, and attractive. All you have to do is just be a little creative while giving instructions to your wedding florist. The best thing is all these wedding bouquets can be customized according to your wedding theme.
Happy Wedding…

A SPORTS BLOG: Women's Rhythmic Gymnastics  Rio 2016
Tumblr media
Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaxT2vguGXQ
Introduction
Rhythmic gymnastics is one of three disciplines in the sport of gymnastics. The others are artistic gymnastics and trampoline. Female athletes perform expressive and acrobatic moves with the aid of handheld apparatus — a hoop, ball, pair of clubs and ribbon.
Court Dimension
Tumblr media
2016 Rio Women’s Rhythmic Gymnastics was held at the Arena Olímpica do Rio. For its court dimensions, the single case coverage area is 7m x 7m, and the duo, trio, and group performance area are 10m x 10m. However, normally, the competition area is 13 m x 13 m (approx. 42.5ft. square). A black delimitation strip surrounds the competition field. The boundary is horizontal, still, and equal in height to the output area. It has a surface area of 100cm. The safety zone is also 100cm in length.
Equipment
Tumblr media
Costume
Gymnasts usually use leotards or singlets. Leotards can be short-sleeved or long-sleeved and cut at the groin area much like a bikini so that there will be no hindrance to an athlete’s flexibility or movement.
Hairnet
This is used to make the athlete look neat and to prevent from the hair to tangle.
Toe shoes
Toe shoes are specially designed professional shoes for rhythmic gymnastics. They cover toes while the heels remain open. Silicone elastic band fixes the toe of the shoes around the heel.
Hoop
Hoops are used in conjunction with various gymnastics movements like splits and handstands to increase difficulty. They are made out of either wood or plastic material. It weighs 300 grams and has an interior diameter of 80 to 90 inches.
Ball
The ball is made of rubber or synthetic has a diameter of 18 to 20 centimeters, and its minimum weight is 4000 grams. The balls are made of rubber or synthetic plastic material. They are often utilized by the gymnasts in their routines to showcase their balance and flow.
Clubs
They are built by wrapping a thin layer of plastic or a similar material around an insulated thin rod. They usually weigh 150 grams each and have a length of 15.6 to 19.5 inches and have a diameter of 3 centimeters max for the head of the club. In competitions, they are juggled, thrown, tossed, or rolled to and from a variety of body parts – hands, feet, legs, back, etc. They’re made of either wood or synthetic material.
Ribbon
Ribbons are made of cloth or similar fabric. They usually are measured to be 4 to 6 meters in length – whilst the attached stick to the ribbon is usually 1 meter long. They are comprised of snakes, spirals, swings, circles, throws and catches, and figure-eight movements. In the end, the ribbon must remain constantly in motion whilst doing routines. Usually, ribbons weigh 35 grams.
Basic Skills
Beginner Rhythmic
Correct Body Position. This is absolutely critical to progress in rhythmic gymnastics. All body and equipment skills require the gymnast to use the correct body position for safe completion.
Arm Positions. Proper carriage of the arms is also critical for rhythmic gymnastics. For beginners, the arms may be held in either first or second position or with the hands on the hips.
Beginner Rope Technique
What to Use. Any type of rope which does not have handles may be sued for rhythmic gymnastics. The most suitable materials are hemp or a pliable synthetic fiber. Other materials may be too light or flimsy to hold a good shape during the swinging or circling movements. To find the appropriate length of rope for the student, have her stand in the middle of the rope and pull the ends up one each side of the body. The ends of the rope should be knotted and should reach approximately to the armpits. If you are cutting the rope to achieve the proper length, you may cover the ends with tape to avoid fraying.
Skill Groups. You will find the following 5 skill groups presented in this curriculum:
Swings     (1-handed, 2-handed)
Circles     (1-handed, 2-handed)
Forward     jumps/skips
Releases
Exchanges
Grip. Throughout the rope curriculum, proper grip of the rope should be stressed. The rope is held lightly with the thumb and index finger wrapped around the rope just below the knots. Gripping the rope too tightly will affect the pattern of the rope and cause the gymnast to perform skills out of the correct plane.
Notes:
When performing one-handed skills with the rope, the free arm should be placed on the hip or extended to the side at all times.
Avoid hitting or brushing the rope against the floor when performing rope skills.
Jumping rope is a terrific conditioning activity. Try placing your rope activity either and the beginning of class for a good aerobic warm-up or at the end of class for a strong conditioning exercise.
Beginner Hoop Technique
What to Use. Any ordinary plastic “hula hoop” can be modified to suit the rhythmic gymnastics class. A minimum weight of 300 grams can be achieved by wrapping the hoop with plastic or electrical tape. The “noisemakers” inside the hoop can easily be removed by removing the staples at the joint, pouring out the contents, and reassembling the hoop. Of course, official hoops for rhythmic gymnastics are available if you prefer. To find the appropriate size hoop, stand the hoop on end and measure the top of the hoop approximately to the hip bone.
Skill Groups. You will find the following 6 skill groups within this curriculum:
Swings
Circles
Exchanges
Rolls
Passing through the hoop
Spins
Notes:
When performing one-handed skills with the rope, the free arm should be placed on the hip or extended to the side at all times. Hoop offers much room for creativity because the range of movement is uniquely diverse. Everyone loves to do the “hula hoop”, but look for the excitement as your students discover the endless variety of skills which can be performed with the hoop.
Beginner Ball Technique
What to Use. Balls designed specifically for rhythmic gymnastics are inexpensive and come in many different sizes and colors. Ordering an assortment of balls from a rhythmic supplier is a great investment for your program. The smallest sizes available (approximately 16cm diameter) are perfect for small hands. Larger sizes should be used to fit growing hands. The largest regulation size is 20cm diameter. Balls larger than this should not be used. If you currently have other sport balls in your gym, these can be used. Make sure they are not too light (a 350-gram minimum is a good guideline) and that they are not too “bouncy.” To check for proper inflation, press on the ball with the heel of your hand. If the ball does not give with the pressure, deflate it slightly.
Skill groups. The following 6 skill groups are included in this curriculum:
Swings
Exchanges
Rolls (on the ground, on the body)
Bounces
Rotations
Tosses and Catches
Grip. Throughout the ball curriculum reference is made to “correct grip.” Mastering the correct grip is critical to learning proper ball technique. Below are the rules for holding the ball:
Ball rests on the palm of the hand
Fingers are relaxed, not squeezed together, and follow the shape of the ball
Ball is not gripped with the thumb or any other part of the hand
Ball does not rest against the wrist or the forearm
Notes:
Ball lends itself well to group activities because it is easily exchanged with a partner or in a group setting. Be creative with your class organization and try using different set-ups to encourage cooperation among your students.
Beginner Ribbon Technique
What to Use. Ribbons are the most recognized piece of rhythmic apparatus and usually the first thing your students will want to “play” with. Ribbons that are too long for the student, however, can quickly cause frustration when it constantly becomes knotted or wrapped around the struggling gymnast. Whether you make your own ribbons or buy them from your equipment supplier, be sure they are long enough to seethe patterns being created, yet short enough for your smallest participant to manipulate. Be sure to sew the end of the ribbons after they are cut to avoid fraying. To make your own ribbons, use a medium weight satin or satin/polyester blend ribbon approximately 5cm wide. The stick can be made from dowels or the ends of fishing rods 50-60cm long. Shorter sticks may be used for preschoolers. Ribbons should be attached with a fishing swivel to a ring of some type (i.e. eyelet screw) at the end of the stick.
Skill Groups. The following 4 skill groups are used in this curriculum:
Swings
Large Circles
Snakes
Exchanges
Grip. To show correct patterns with the ribbon, it is necessary to first master the correct grip of the ribbon stick. Below are the rules for holding the ribbon stick:
Stick is held between the thumb and middle finger
Index finger points down the stick, fourth and fifth fingers wrap lightly around the stick
End of the stick should be hidden in the palm of the hand
Notes:
The flowing movements of the ribbon can deceive observers into thinking that the ribbon is easy to manipulate. On the contrary, ribbon requires a good amount of arm strength to properly create the beautiful patters. Encourage your students to really “work” the ribbon so the whole length can be involved.
Technical and Tactical Skills of each team
Watching all throughout the game, most competitors had their own tactics on presenting their performance. They have done such beautiful movements especially with their mastery in using the props such as hoop, balls, clubs and ribbon. They have done wonderful jump, leaps, spins and hand rotations. Some participants made mistake, but it was not a hindrance for them to stop presenting, we are all humans and we all make mistakes, they just acted like nothing happened and continued the show with such graceful movements together with their aesthetic smiles. Through the different individuals, they mesmerized the audience and judges with their unique capabilities and performances. Thinking about the athletes while watching the video, I can really say that gymnastic is really a hard sport, it may seem easy for us to look but behind those successful presentations are numerous failures and tears they’ve been through in order to come up with such spectacular performance.
Rules of the Game
Rhythmic gymnastics combines ballet, dance and acrobatics with expressive movement and manipulating apparatuses such as the ball, clubs, hoop, and ribbon.
This sport is ideal for developing flexibility, strength, as well as body coordination. It stems from various dance styles and exercise regimes that share the common idea of expressive movement as an exercise tool.
> Individual programme
During the individual programme, an athlete will manipulate only one of these five apparatuses at a time - rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. One apparatus is rotated out of contention every two years, with the gymnast required to compete on the remaining four events.
> Music and Choreography
All routines must be performed with music, with only short pauses of music allowed. The choreography must centre around a theme developed from beginning to end using a variety of body movements and the handling of apparatuses.
> Movement Rules:
o   Leaps and jumps
All leaps and jumps must be of a good height, have a precise shape and good amplitude.
All leaps with the back arched must have the head in contact with the leg.
o   Balances
All balances must be performed on the toes or the knee. These must be held clearly and have a good, fixed shape.
o   Pivots
All pivot combinations must be performed entirely on the toes without heel support.
> Basic Rule:
Each gymnast must perform choreographed routines using each of the following four pieces of apparatus:
Ball
Hoop
Clubs
Ribbon
> Scoring
Performances in rhythmic gymnastics are given a maximum of 20, comprising difficulty (D) and execution (E) scores.
The D score is based on each performance element, including leaps, jumps and use of apparatus. These D scores are averaged to give a score out of 10.
The E score is based on how well the routine was executed either by the individual or the group. The final number is an average of the middle three scores awarded by the judges.
The D and E scores are combined at this stage, giving a mark out of 20. Then, any deductions are taken away. The list of instant deductions is incredibly long and complex in rhythmic gymnastics. Competitors can be penalized for anything from breaking the apparatus to landing heavily on their feet.
> Judging
o   Good Form and Execution: In elements such as leaps and jumps, a gymnast’s toes should be pointed. Her legs should be straight. She should maintain tightness in her body and each skill should look planned.
o   Control of the Apparatus: The gymnast should keep her equipment moving and look as if she has complete control. Dropping the apparatus is a deduction. If the equipment rolls away or off the floor, more penalties are incurred.
o   Flexibility: Rhythmic gymnasts should achieve a minimum of a 180-degree split on split leaps and jumps, and often they go much further. A great rhythmic gymnast will exhibit flexibility in her back, legs, and shoulders.
o   Choreography: The intricacies of movement are essential in rhythmic gymnastics. Each routine should be a performance, and the gymnast’s music should be a necessary part of the routine, not simply used as background music.
o   The Uniqueness of the Routine: A great gymnast will perform a routine that looks different from the rest. It will have something special about it, risky throws and catches, complicated choreography, extreme flexibility, or simply unique skills from others performed in the competition.
 How to officiate the sport
Meet Referee
Conducts the judge’s education meeting prior to the event,
Makes the panel assignments or conducts a draw,
Has ultimate control over technical decisions,
Judges  every routine within human possibility,
Can question a panel score, even if the judges are in range, if she feels it is not appropriate,
Can call a conference of either judging panel, can make the decision to go to base score,
Keeps  track (with the help of an assigned volunteer secretary) of all scores and rankings,
Determines the number of sessions in association with the meet director,
Makes sure the timers and line judges are knowledgeable about the rules and their function,
Serves as the spokesperson for the judging panels to the organizing host and the participants,
Makes sure the Head Judges review the official score sheets before signing them,
Mediates all professional disagreements, and has the final response,
Is responsible for any media involvement concerning the judges,
Respond  to any written inquires before a session has ended.
Head Judge
Attends pre-competition education session,
Makes sure judges scores are within the proper range,
Requests the MR to call a conference if there is a disagreement,
Keeps track of rank order for assigned events.
Acting Panel Judge
Attends pre-competition education session,
Judges each routine assigned with undivided attention.
Line Judge
A Line Judge determines if the athlete and the apparatus are within the boundaries of the field of play. There are two line judges for each individual routine, and you will be responsible for the two lines that are in your “corner”of the carpet. Each judge is responsible for the line to their right. The red line denotes the warning area, and if the athlete or their apparatus touches the line they are still in bounds. If any part of the athlete’s body and / or apparatus touches the floor outside of the red line, then she is out-of-bounds and the judge immediately hold up one flag high in the air for a few seconds. If both the apparatus and gymnast touches the floor outside of the red line, then immediately hold up both flags high in the air for a couple of seconds.
Timers
Each timer requires a stop watch that indicates the minutes, seconds and milliseconds, a rotation order, timer judge chits and a pen.
Procedure to follow as a Timer Judge:
Have  a Rotation List available.
Check off each gymnast as they are announced so that you know which gymnast is on the floor.
Start the timer when the gymnast starts moving (or first gymnast in group), and stop the timer when the gymnast stops moving (or the last gymnast in group). Record the time to the millisecond on the rotation order. For example, 1:30:05. If the routine is over or less than the required time     (times to be provided by the Meet Director), then also complete the Timer Judge Chit.
Give the timer judge slip to a runner to take to the head judge for inclusion in the scoring papers.
Judge Administrator
The primary responsibilities of the Judge Administrator are to act as the GCG representative at EC and CC, to ensure that all Judge Rules and Technical Rules are followed, and to ensure that all score ranges are within FIG requirements. The JA does not act as a reference judge and does not score the routines.
Apparatus Judge
Every apparatus will be checked during the Warm-Up prior to the start of the competition rotation. If there is a fault with the apparatus measurement, the apparatus judge will show the coach, so the athlete has time to change apparatus. If a coach/athlete refuses to change apparatus, the Apparatus Judge will retain the piece of apparatus, complete the judge chit and send it to the JA immediately. The JA will come to verify the concern as soon as is possible, but it may not be until a break in the competition. The apparatus must be retained until the JA has completed the verification.
Summarization
All of the athletes did well on presenting their routines. Russia’s duo Magarita Mamun and Kudryavtseva fought a close fight but Mamun had the advantage and ends up getting the gold medal because Kudryavtseva had an error and missed her final toss that the audience didn’t expect at all nevertheless, it was a good fight for all athletes of this event. Speaking about podiums, Margarita Mamun of Russia was reigned the gold medalist. Coming also from Russia, Yana Kudryavtseva bagged the silver medal and Ganna Rizatdinova from Ukraine bringing home the bronze medal.

Cheap, low spoon cooking
My cooking tends to start with protein, and because of my food issues, that protein is generally meat, and if you argue with me about that, I’ll block you, because if you want to do a thread on low cost vegan cooking, go right ahead, you’ve got your own blog right there.  Holler if you want more specific instructions for any of these, and let me know whether you just need a basic recipe or “how to for a complete noob to the kitchen” or anything in between.
1. Chicken
Chicken is at the top of the list for cheap and easy, because it can often be had for less than $1.50 per pound, and because many preparations of it can be done with less than 5 minutes of work (oven time not included.)
Basic: get whole chicken. Preheat oven to 450. Pull out giblets. Sprinkle salt on skin. Roast at 450 for 1 hour. Enjoy crispy skin, tender meat. Same method (shorter cooking time, about 45 minutes) works for bone-in skin-on thighs. With the whole chicken, you can usually make one bird into several meals, by using the meat for one meal, and making soup out of the bones and whatnot for the next meal.   If you get skinless boneless thighs, they’ll usually be a little cheaper than skinless boneless breasts. Don’t roast them, cut them up, drench them in a marinade, and pan fry the pieces. Serve with pasta or rice and stir fried veggies.
2. Pork
Pork tends to range in price from $2.50 per pound up to $8 per pound. I’m usually getting pork shoulder for about $3 per pound. Shoulder and “country style ribs” are incredibly cheap and can be pressure cooked (instant pot) or slow cooked into pulled pork with seasonings, or you can get slightly fancier, make a marinade of coconut aminos and orange juice (or apple juice and apple cider vinegar, or rice wine vinegar, mirin, soy sauce, whatever, just make sure there’s some salt and some acid and some sweetness in the marinade to help tenderize the meat), and cut the shoulder roast into 3/4 inch thick steaks, cutting across the grain, then put in a bag or bowl with the marinade overnight. We add onions and garlic and shallots to the marinade because I can digestively tolerate them only if they’ve been soaking in acid of some sort for a while.  My favorite is to marinade in orange juice, coconut aminos, chilis, onion, garlic, etc. overnight, then pan fry the steaks, turning often, until golden brown. The resulting pork shoulder steaks get cut into strips and served a variety of ways--tacos, sandwiches, lettuce wraps, whatever. We usually use about 8 oz per person if there’s no fancy sandwich toppings, and 6 oz per person or less if making wraps or tacos. I have to have a little more energy for this method, and will often have someone else prep the aromatics.
3. Eggs Even farm eggs, if you live anywhere near a rural area, can be had for less than 50 cents an egg, and regular conventional eggs have been $2 per dozen or less basically as long as I’ve been alive. Basic egg recipes can go from fridge to table in about 5 minutes. I usually get eggs from a friend whose neighbors have backyard chickens, for about $4 per dozen. A good nonstick egg pan + eggs is a fast way to get protein into you without spending all your energy doing it. Over easy, scrambled, omelet, or my kid’s favorite, egg in the hole... all cheap and incredibly fast.
4. Beef Most beef is not cheap, and has been getting steadily more expensive for years. That said, if you understand how to cook various less fancy cuts, and shop at a local butcher, chances are you can get your meat for far less than a typical grocery store. I rarely go for things like ribeye or filet. We’re all about the round roast, chuck roast and flat iron here. Also like the shank. I rarely spend more than $7 per pound on beef, usually closer to $6. But again, we’re shopping at a local butcher who sources meat locally and does all breakdown themselves.  Tricks: Look for a whole flat iron and ask the butcher to cut it. The method I ask for is “Please cut it off the silverskin and then into 6 oz portions.” This eliminates most of the gristle layer, leaving incredibly tender meat with a ton of flavor. The flat iron is from the chuck, but is a specific muscle that doesn’t get used a lot, so it’s very tender. Round roast, tip roast... these can be just salted and roasted very slowly (like, 200 F) if you have a meat thermometer with a probe that can stay in the meat, so that you roast it at very low temp until it comes up to about 110-120 degrees, then you take it out, turn the oven up to like 450, put a rub on the meat, and blast it at high heat until the probe is at 140. Then you let it rest for a while and come up a few more degrees, and what you get is a roast with a crust, as tender as the cut is likely to get while staying pink, which, cut thin, will be fantastic roast beef. If you don’t have a fancy thermometer, we usually start it high, then turn it down without opening the oven and let it go for an hour or so before checking with a cheap thermometer. But you can also cut into smaller pieces, marinade, and stir fry. You can ask the butcher to cut your roast into chunks for stir fry, if you aren’t up to the cutting.
Chuck, shank, and other tough cuts can be pressure cooked into super tender pot roast very quickly. Wine, mushrooms... We use cheap sulfite-free wine and whatever mushrooms are most affordable for this.
 5. Lamb Lamb can be pricey, but we get a boneless leg roast (grass fed) at Costco for about $6 per pound, which is one of the best prices out there for grass fed meat. We use the roast in one of two ways: We either roast it low and slow like beef, serving it rare, or we cube it and pressure cook it with savory liquids and then serve it with coconut milk and curry paste over rice. So good.  6. Duck Our local Asian markets usually have whole duck for $3.50-ish per pound. It’s outrageously expensive literally anywhere else. Duck doesn’t cook like chicken, exactly... you must score the fat if you want it crispy, which means poking the fat without poking the meat. We roast at high temp, flipping as needed, to get a very crisp duck without drying out the breast. SAVE the drippings and use them in soup, or to cook eggs or potatoes in. Duck fat is like gold. So much flavor. 1 duck feeds 3 of us an indulgent amount of duck.  Cooking gadgets for reducing the amount of physical energy you need to cook things: I never, ever use slow cookers because even used properly they seem to create less flavor than the pressure cooker methods. Pressure cookers are like slow cookers for procrastinators. Things that normally would take all day take an hour. Things that would take a couple of hours will take 30 minutes. The amount of money you can save in cooking beans alone vs. canned will pay for it. Pressure cooker is often the difference between me making homemade stock and throwing the carcass away. They’re also about as efficient at transferring heat into meat as any form of cooking you can get, so the energy savings are not irrelevant. Instant Pot is $70-ish at Costco right now, I’m just saying.  An oven is helpful, but if you don’t have a full sized oven or can’t bend that way, a toaster oven can do a LOT. If you can get one that is large enough to cook a chicken in, you don’t need a larger oven if you aren’t doing large scale cooking. If you have a child who wants to learn to cook, a cheap toaster oven costs about the same as an EZ bake, but is an actual real kitchen device which can do real cooking. Spend a little more and get one with air circulation and a little more interior space if you can afford the counter space and the money.  I know people like air fryers, I’ve not seen the point. Very few things an air fryer can do that a convection toaster oven can’t, and the form factor is better for the toaster oven for cooking a reasonable amount of tater tots. (priorities!)
Food processor: If you find chopping things a barrier, food processors can slice and grate very quickly, and rinse off nicely without a lot of elbow grease. I don’t usually bother, but I have minions who will do chop prep for me. If you don’t, even a small food processor will be less taxing on sore joints than most chopping. If you want to make pastry, a food processor is a must if you have energy issues.
Knives and a means to sharpen them: dull knives make cooking incredibly exhausting and tedious. Sharp knives make it all work so much better. The base price of the knife is less important than the condition you keep it in, as youtube will be happy to show you in a variety of mesmerizing videos.
Meat thermometer: Sort by reviews, ignore any where the reviews are suspicious. My strong preference is for digital quick-read ($10ish) OR probe-style leave-in. ($20-ish) You want this for food safety AND so that you can avoid overcooking roasts.
Cutting board: ideal is something with a groove (prevents juices from flooding the counter and contaminating everything) that runs around the edge. Cheap plastic boards can be convenient, I guess, but are harder to get reliably clean than wood, which tends to kill off germs. My favorites are bamboo. Not terribly spendy, super pretty, work very well.
The pans I use: 9x13 pyrex baking dish for most of our chicken stuff dark enamel roaster (not huge unless you’re going to do turkeys) for beef roasts (very cheap) large baking trays lined with silpats (both bought at costco, idek, they’re ideal for tater tots and such and don’t get problems with sticking and are easy to clean)  Nonstick PFOA-free egg pan, sautee pan and 11 inch griddle. I think I spent $22 at Target on three egg-type pans of different sizes? Not particularly spendy, but you do need to replace them every 5 years or so. variety of saucepans and pots in stainless (I have cuisnart and Kirkland and they’re fine and last kind of forever barring disasters and sometimes even then. Can be bought second hand.) We use a lot of pyrex stuff because it’s convenient for leftovers and mise en place. If you have someone helping with chop prep, little dishes full of prepped things make the cooking go so much easier. But you can do that in regular dishes too, we’re just fancy that way (and I stg the pyrex breeds in the cupboard.)
I’ll talk starches if people want.

USES OF POLYETHYLENE FILMS
Polyethylene (PE) films come to the rescue when shielding objects from specks of dust, spoilage, scratches, surfactants, humidity or any other undesirable adulteration. Along with a wide range of thickness and functionality, there are various monikers associated with PE films, namely Visqueen, poly-sheeting, polyethylene sheet and plastic film. The application of these films varies drastically; for instance in construction projects they act as vapour retarders, window films, flooring and countertop projections etc, while also being the primary material in the retail industry for packaging and manufacturing of products. Derived from petroleum and composed of hydrocarbons, let's take a look at the multiple types of Polyethylene films Megaplast offers, based on their specificity of need:
Stretch Films
Commonly designed to tightly bind around a product and keep it intact, the Megaplast stretch films with widths up to 5 metres protect packages from scratches, stains, and unwarranted contamination, especially when transiting from various locations. These films are made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) thus giving them their highly stretchable property. With 5 layers of high-quality polyethylene for more strength, these stretch films can stretch up to three times more than their original structure. The benefits of the stretch films include holding boxes together on a pallet for transportation to discourage load tampering and reduce worker injury.
Cling Films
Also known as plastic wrap or food wrap, the Megaplast cling films are befitting for storing and wrapping food items. With a thickness of approximately 0.0005 inches or less, this fine film “clings” to many smooth surfaces retaining its firmness without needing an adhesive to keep it attached to the opening of a container or a food item. The cling films are usually made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) that can add tensile strength for additional durability. As an essential member of one’s kitchen, the cling film gives an air-tight covering around cooked/uncooked dishes to protect their original form and nourishment by averting contamination and spoilage.
Agriculture Films
The increased demand for effective crop productivity and protection of quality calls for the usage of Megaplast Agriculture films whose plasticulture range includes Mulch Films, Pond Liners and Silage Films. Mulch Films help prevent moisture loss and pests, improve crop yield and precocity as well as maintain the soil temperature. Pond Liners immensely contribute to the conservation of water and marine habitat by restricting risks like UV rays exposure due to their puncture-resistant and impermeable membrane. As for Silage Films, with widths up to 24 metres, they are designed for the optimal preservation and fermentation of silage, hay and maize in areas with a short growth period of herding grass. Other than PE, the Silage films are also composed of Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and Ethylene Butyl Acrylate (EBA).
Industrial Films
Goods during transit need to be protected with the utmost care, which Megaplast ensures is accomplished when secured with Industrial films. Industrial films come in various forms such as Polyester yarn packing which is a thermoplastic made from polymeric melt and can be found in multiple dyes. Similarly, Rubber packing/ rubber gaskets is also an excellent material for forming seals and closures. Industrial rubber films usually comprise Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Silicon and other materials depending on the specifics required for packing.
In conclusion, Polyethylene Films come in a gamut of forms for a diverse range of applications. We can help you get the appropriate PE films with respect to your needs.

Exploring The Different Types Of Stretch Film
Tumblr media
You've probably heard of stretch film, but do you know what it is? Stretch film is a type of plastic film with an elastic quality. This means that it stretches when wrapped around large and/or irregularly-shaped items. However, there are several different types of stretch film. Each type has its own set of features. Let's take a look at the different types to help you determine which use case suits your needs best!
Stretch film is the most common material that's used for palletizing goods. There are different types of stretch film that can be used for different applications. Some stretch films are better than others and some are usually chosen for their cost-effectiveness or safety consciousness.
Stretch film or stretch wrap is the hot product used to wrap pallets and transport goods of various sizes. Stretch film or shrink wrap is the application of polypropylene and polyester film materials that shrinks when heated, which causes it to seal around an object and prevent it from moving. This is a great way to secure items that are in transit for long periods of time.
Stretch film is a strong plastic film wrap used in industrial settings to stretch over and secure large loads. This strong and durable plastic wrap comes in rolls that vary in thickness. Different types of stretch films exist that are suited for different needs, so it is important to understand the different types before deciding on which kind to purchase.
Types Of Stretch Film And The Best Stretch Film For Your Business
Stretch film is a highly versatile packaging material that can be used to wrap pallets, crates and other objects. Stretch film is made from synthetic plastic that can stretch up to 200% of its original length.
Stretch film comes in a variety of colors, sizes and styles. You should always choose the right size stretch film for your business needs. The best way to determine what type of stretch film is right for you is to understand the different types of stretch films available:
1) Plastic Stretch Film
Plastic stretch film is made from PVC or polyolefin and has many benefits over other types of film. For starters, it has excellent puncture resistance, making it ideal for shipping fragile goods. It’s also very affordable — all these qualities make plastic the most popular type of stretch wrap on the market today.
2) Foam Core Stretch Film
Foam core stretch wrap is made from foam rather than plastic or polyolefin (which makes it lighter than other types). It’s typically used as a secondary layer between corrugated boxes to protect goods during shipping or storage but can also be used alone if needed.
3). Polyethylene (PE) Film
PE is one of the most popular types of plastic used in stretch film. It is flexible, tough, and resistant to cuts and punctures. Polyethylene film also has a high heat tolerance so it can be used in warm environments without melting or warping. The main disadvantage to PE is that it isn’t as strong as other types of plastic, such as LDPE or HDPE. This makes it difficult to use in situations where there will be heavy loads that could cause breaks in the material.
4). Heavy Duty Stretch Film
This type of material is designed for heavy-duty applications where additional strength is required such as pallets containing heavy machinery or electronics equipment. It can be used for both interior and exterior applications but it isn't recommended for long-term storage because it has a shorter shelf life.
5). Clear Film
clear plastic is used for both indoor and outdoor applications, as well as for applications where visibility is important for product identification or brand recognition. The clear film can also be used for heat-sealing applications such as heat-shrinking bags or shrink-wrapping pallets and boxes for shipping purposes.

All About Wood Lamination:
All around us, wood laminate is there, from outdoor furniture to kitchen cabinets. The bounding of two surfaces together with heat and glue to form a more durable material is the process of lamination. In the cabinets, desktops, chests, and doors the laminate was used in the construction of household items as well as in industries also. The process of manufacturing a material in multiple layers is lamination. The use of different materials improved stability, sound insulation, strength, and appearance. Using heat, welding, and pressure a laminate is assembled permanently. The equipment used for laminating the wood is various coating machines, machine presses, and calendaring. For MDF, plywood, particleboard, wall panels, wooden furniture, and flooring laminates are the most commonly used finishing layer. By pressing together, a thin layer of flat paper and plastic resin with this they are made. With a decorative pattern or color, the upper layer is printed. A vital part of a house is a Home Plywood Design for interior doors.
Tumblr media
Types of Lamination: Decorative Laminates, Industrial Laminates Compact Laminates, Post formed laminates, High-pressure, and low-pressure laminate is the five main types of lamination.
1.      Decorative Laminate: Decorative laminate has a greater attractiveness appeal in terms of finishes and patterns. Doing ornamental overlays on furniture decorative laminates can be used. In decorative laminate, furniture surface material or wall paneling are laminated products used. It looks like wood and makes the material look perfect.
2.      Industrial Laminate: Industrial laminates are also known as structural composite materials.  A reinforcement material and a thermosetting resin system are two-component that consist of structural material. At high temperatures in the finished composite material, these two components are cured together. Fire retardant, antibacterial and chemical resistance for application in hospitals and other industries are included in high-performance laminates.
3.      Compact Laminate: Compact laminates come in thickness. It uses durable and self-sustainable high-pressure laminate boards. Compact laminate does not need to be glued to any other material and, these fairly thick ones are self-supporting. A multilayer structure consists of melamine resin impregnated decorative paper as a surface layer and with curable resins impregnated core layer and a fibrous they have. Under high pressure and temperature, the different layers are pressed together.
4.      Post Formed Laminate: Using a different process to conventional laminate post-formed is created. Allow the laminate to bend is the aim of the post-forming process. It offers a greater level of flexibility. It is used to eliminate the seams of the substrate. To give a smooth and edge-free look and finish the post-formed laminates sheets are heated and rolled over the edges of the substrate. On the backside of the substrate to balance the product, the balancing sheets are used. Flexible versions are thinner than regular laminates. To wrap around tables, columns, etc they are used.
5.      High Pressure and Low-Pressure Laminate: High-pressure and low-pressure laminate manufacturing make them different from each other. High-pressure laminate (HPL) was created under multiple layers and Low-pressure laminate is Melamine. Resin-impregnated kraft paper, a clear protective overlay, and decorative papers an HPL is created with 6 multiple layers. Under high pressure and temperature, these layers were goes that is more than 140 degrees, to create a solid high-pressure laminate these are bonded together. In low-pressure laminate, a chemical used in both the laminate is melamine. Melamine is combined with kraft paper which creates low-pressure laminates. The pressure with which the laminate is applied on a substrate is the only difference. Plywood is usually used with HPL while with MDF LPL finds its use.
In a wide variety of patterns, laminates are available. Using laminates is your best bet,  as the appearance of solid wood textures and other natural materials.

What is a Sushi Roller Called?
A traditional roller used is called a makisu, which is a bamboo mat woven with cotton string. It’s usually used for sushi, however it can also be used to shape other soft food and can also be used to squeeze excess liquid from food.
Do You Need a Sushi Roller to Make Sushi?
You don’t exactly need a roller. However, not using any may not result in the best-looking sushi. It may not even hold up together if you don’t use a tool to close and seal your roll perfectly.
How Much is a Sushi Roller?
Bamboo mats can have a price as low as $2 USD while other tools can go for as high as $30 USD or more.
Can You Roll Sushi by Hand?
Yes, you can. But instead of perfectly rolled sushi, what you’ll make instead is temaki, or a hand roll. This type is usually a seaweed shaped like a cone wrapped around rice and various fillings.
How Do You Roll Sushi Step by Step?
Here’s a step by step on rolling sushi at home with the use of a bamboo sushi mat.
Step 1. Place a sheet of nori (seaweed) on your mat. Make sure that the rough side is facing up.
Step 2. Spread your sushi rice on top. It should evenly cover near the edge and about an inch from the far edge. Make sure to keep your hands wet as you spread the rice.
Step 3. Place your ingredients in a line, beginning from the near edge of your rice layer. Each ingredient should be its own line.
Step 4. Using your thumbs, hold the edge of the mat. Begin with the edge that has your first ingredient. Lift the nori and fold it over your first ingredient.
Step 5. Make sure to keep the ingredients sticking together as you continue to roll.
Step 6. Remove the mat as you continue to roll. Roll slowly so that it will be even.
Step 7. Tighten the roll with the use of the mat. Roll it back and forth in the mat to tighten and seal it more.
Step 8. Let the roll sit for a minute so that the grains can moisten the nori, lessening the risk of tearing.
Step 9. Cut your roll with a sharp, wet knife. Serve.

The store has categories for almost everything — be it the kitchen, office supplies, clothing, plants, pets, home decor, beauty, and more.
Among all their offers is this wonder of a roller called the roll shaker. To make your rolls, simply fill the shaker with your ingredients and shake for about 20 times. Insert the sheet of nori in the thin slot, shake again, and voila, you now have your perfectly made roll!

How To Defrost Frozen Bread Without Completely Ruining It
Tumblr media
Whether you make it your self or decide it up out of your favorite native bakery, there’s nothing fairly like fresh-baked bread. From the crispy crust, to the chewy, doughy inside, to that delicate yeasty odor, I’m a contented camper. Trouble is, all of that heavenliness lasts only a day or two earlier than your bread transforms into one thing resembling a loofa — powerful, scratchy, and not-so-appetising. Of course, the simple strategy to keep away from unhappy, stale bread is to freeze it at peak freshness and defrost it as wanted. In idea, it’s tremendous easy: Just throw your bread within the freezer, then seize it, defrost it, and let it come again to life once you’re able to get pleasure from it. Dumpster Weight Calculators for Demolition Particles
We have actually evaluated actual roof covering and also exterior makeover firms in numerous parts of the United States, along with used the real cost information collected by the Makeover mag, which evaluates numerous top remodeling professionals across the country. Our research shows that a lot of specialists will certainly price their asphalt roof shingles roofing system substitute services at $4.00 to to $7.00 per square foot or $400 to $700 per square (100 square feet).
I recognize a handful of men who attempt and also go to begin a business each year and they market a comparable system, yet sell the roof work at $450-$ 500 per sq, so certain the client saves that money in advance, yet then when that man is out of organisation in a year or more and you have an issue and most likely to provide a phone call and they are no more in company and also you guarantee is gap ... Was that actually worth going with the cheapest roofer to conserve 2-3K on the ordinary sq roofing system? Not in my eyes. Firms that have actually stayed in business for 25 years, have a 5 STAR ranking on google, an A+ ranking with the BBB, members of NARI and Angie's Checklist, and have actually done possibly a loads roof replacements in the last year in a 3-5 mile distance-- this is the type of business you want doing your roofing system. Authorizations, Certified, Adhered, as well as Insured-- 2Mil plan with Hartford, business dumpsters, paying to have a W2 employees that are history examined as well as drug checked, most likely to GAF for a 40 factor roofing replacement training 2x per year, and also much more ... that is the difference between paying $600-$ 800 per square in the Tri-State (MD, DE, ) area. You have actually gotten some really competitive quotes for a two-story residence with a 35 square hip roofing system, plus a tear-off (presumably) since there is a dumpster.
As numerous professionals will probably inform you over beer, "You simply obtained ta generate income on some tasks to warrant lower revenues associated with much less rewarding work, or tasks that are much more complex/difficult to complete, however were mistakenly valued as standard jobs". Jeffrey May 20, 2017 at Around below, it's generally $225 for roof covering over the existing roof covering, as well as $ for tearing off one layer places you in the round park with many business. -- Which is using a three decades dimensional roof shingles.
Just how Roof shingles Quantities are Gauged.
I'm assuming you worked with illegal aliens without any insurance coverage, or worker's payment to strip as well as set up tiles for $95.00 a square. That's pitiful! I 'd be ashamed to confess that.
Various other elements impacting the tile rate are quality of material, tile size and used treatments for fire- as well as moisture-resistance. The expense for cedar roof shingles runs regarding $175 to $275 per square.
Install Roof Tiles Expense
This is based on 80 tiles per square. Other designs of roof shingles may need even more or fewer nails per tile and may have basically than 80 roof shingles per square. Refer to the application guidelines on your shingle wrappers for the appropriate nailing pattern. Lastly, if you have any kind of inquiries about your estimate, ask a roofing contractor in your area. A lot of will certainly enjoy to give you a cost-free quote.
The weight of the shingles and the container itself can press the limits of the roll-off truck's capability to lift the lots.
I have actually obtained 4 bids varying from $250.00 to $315.00 per sq
Granted premium tiles consider a lot more, but that is hardly sufficient to validate charging 3 times the expense of all materials including taxes as well as insurance policy for the whole job, when a homeowner intends to select costs tiles.
Shingles are packaged in paper- or plastic-wrapped packages made to be light enough for a person to bring, so larger shingles need even more packages per square.
Additional considerations and also expenses
Several homeowners, nevertheless, aren't fully knowledgeable about the range of roof services that Dallas renovation service providers and professionals in other places provide and also finish up authorizing contracts that do not include essential solution delivery terms. If you're preparing a roof repair/replacement project and also wish to work with a Dallas remodeling service provider but don't know what to include in the final contract, kick back, we obtained you covered. Scroll down for a checklist of components that your agreement need to cover. Detaching a roof is a job extensive process, and it calls for a great deal of preparation.
If the shingles are to be reused, this is commonly the instance. Company A may look like the much better deal. However if you're detaching https://AllAmericanRoofingAndSiding.com 4 lots of roof shingles, Company A's total expense comes to be $450. You'll save $75 by leasing from Firm B. Determine roofing system size by measuring the length and also width of each face and after that include them with each other to reach a total square video footage of the roofing.
youtube
A perfect instance of why the effort center course American is ending up being extinct. Undoubtedly, such a work will not have a genuine guarantee provided to back the installation/workmanship quality in a case there are any kind of concerns with the rood later. But, the upfront cost-savings may well deserve the hassle, if you are willing to take the possibility, and have the stamina (and also time) to manage the shipment of the project. Likewise, unsure if the structure authorization for the installment of a new roofing system has been drawn or otherwise, however in order for your home the be insurable under home owner's insurance coverage, the roofing job have to have had an appropriate permit released for it, as well as in lots of states a registered installer needs to have placed their business's name on the license. This is definitely the case in many states, yet some locations may have less stringent structure authorization requirements.
How many extra shingles should you buy?
Is it better to hand nail shingles?
A hip roof, hip-roof or hipped roof, is a type of roof where all sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle slope (although a tented roof by definition is a hipped roof with steeply pitched slopes rising to a peak).
youtube
Tumblr media
Also, do you understand the amount of layers of shingles are there on the existing roofing? It's ALRIGHT if you do not know the number of existing layers. Furthermore, the producer will usually only be in charge of replacing the products that have actually fallen short, not the entire roof in its totality. Not, only that, but the business responsible for the installment of your roofing may no longer even be in business some 15 to twenty years in the future.

Cutie Reviews: Gacha Gacha Crate Nov 19
I’m actually working on this sooner than I had planned for once :P I wanted to go and visit my mom at the Hospital today (her port for kemo had to be removed because it gave her a bad infection), but I woke up sick and feverish, and on top of that I’ve been having “leg issues” due to a cramp I got yesterday. I think I’m better off spending today in bed.
With that in mind I just ate lunch (caramel apple walnut pie slice and apple juice), and now I’m ready to work!
Later, I will be doing a smaller post regarding some news related to the various boxes/brands I’m subscribed to, so be sure to check that out when you get a chance!
Tumblr media
Calico Critters Doll Set
Tumblr media
Calico Critters (in Japan they are known as "Sylvanian Families”) are very popular and cutely flocked human-like animals who come in all sorts of species, each with its own special name, outfit, and information.
For this months box, we could get 1 of 5 various sets, each including its own character, items, a baby bottle, and changeable background piece. I know this looks big in the picture, but its actually really small, being about... not even half the size of my juice box. Each costs 200 yen, and besides my bunny piano set, there was also:
Bear and rocking toy
bunny and bed
squirrel or chipmunk and a car
kitty and a slide (this would have been perfect for my set)
The details of this piece are really nice, especially the backgrounds (which are actually from the toy sets), and the crisp and clean animal figure. The house piece has a detailed roof but otherwise no defined traits (which isn’t bad for display purposes), while the pieces with the animal are very “flat”, for example, the baby bottles are single colored and have no details. The bigger pieces are single colored (with the exception of the piano keys, which are white. I can’t tell if its a sticker or painted) with a lot of molded detail you need to look really close at to see.
I think this is a really cute little toy. I’m not sure its really the best thing to play with due to its tiny size, but it’s perfect as a display piece, for figures, re-ment sets. I’ll be giving it to my Tuxedo Cat family daughters (and their adopted bunny sister).
Pokemon Figurine
Tumblr media
This is one of those popular “Gacha in its own head build it yourself“ pieces. I had two other Pokemon versions of these, so I assume they have a bunch of series. But they seem to be mainly based on the original generation.
Meanwhile... can you guess Who That Pokemon is?!
I’ll give you a hint, it’s not Eevee~
Tumblr media
It’s Flareon!
Besides Flareon, we could also get Jolteon, Vaporean, Eeevee, and Pikachu!
As usual, these figures are very easy to assemble and seem to be “chibified”. All the pieces come inside and you just pop the head pieces on, then slide in the ears. They paint quality is spot-on in accuracy and detail- but I did notice my Flareon has a "mark” on its nose. I’m not sure if its supposed to be a shine on it, or if its a scratch in the paint.
I will mention that these are a bit fragile. Not in the sense the pieces will break as they are plastic, but they seem to “fall apart“ if dropped or moved too roughly. I barely jostled my box after assembling this and when I opened it again I found the head piece was separated and the ears fell off.
Super Mario Bros
Tumblr media
I love getting these cute mini-game based Gachapon, and this one is MARIO themed! I love Mario x3 (and Sonic too, I grew up with both series). This series included 6 variations, either coming in yellow or red, with gold or red coins. The various characters besides this one I got was the Mario Bros, Peach, and Toad. I really wish i got one with Princess Peach, she’s my favorite~
The game is pretty self-explanatory. All you do is insert the coins on one side and guide them to the other.
Tumblr media
When not playing with it, you take off the plastic pieces and put them together, put the coins inside, and store them in the slot on the back. It’s very handy and makes this a fun little piece you could bring with you.
I’ll admit, the game gets boring after a few minutes and there isn’t much to it at all; but it’s really cute- and if you’re someone who likes Mario or video games as a whole, I think that adds a special layer to it. It could also be really fun if you play it with multiple people.
Onigiri & Tako Rabbits
Tumblr media
Next up is this cute little keychain series featuring Piske and Usagi, by Kanahei, featuring various rice recipes (and a tako Piske). Ironically, I probably got the one I’d not want to eat all all; I don’t like anything but white rice, and I especially hate peas.
However, I’m not eating this and I think this is a very cute charm. It has pieces on both the top and bottom, so you have plenty of options as to what to use this for- but they’re so small, I feel like bigger fingers would have difficulty using them.
Quality wise, these charms are great. The one I have is made from heavy-duty plastic and is very detailed, featuring unique textures on each section (Piske, the rice, the omelet wrap), and the painting job is a solid 9.9 out of 10. I noticed a very small amount of white bleeding into the rice, but its not hugely noticeable.
Fruits Basket Rubber Charm
Tumblr media
This item is perfect for any Fruits Basket fans out there new or old, and this was made in time to celebrate the end of the updated series’ first season. There was 8 possible characters in the form of a chibified rubber charm, and from what little I do know, I got Ayame Soma.
While the theme of the series appeals to me, I’ve never entirely got into Fruits Basket. I just know basics, and the stuff my friend (who does like the series) tells me.
These charms are very detailed, with a smooth backing and ball chain... that’s pretty much all I have to say about it. I’m sorry but rubber keychains are almost all the same quality wise regardless of the series. It’s very cute and I like it, but I may pass it on to my friend because I feel like she would appreciate it more.
Onigiri Rings
Tumblr media
Our final item of the box is an adorable Onigiri replica :D
Tumblr media
Inside the onigiri is this adorable ring, based on the various food items ones might eat in rice, on rice, or with rice. For example... I think mine is sesame seeds and seaweed, or some kind of pickled vegetable. There was also a piece of grilled tuna or salmon, a pickled plum, a raw piece of tuna or salmon, and fish eggs.
Each one costs 300 yen a piece, and honestly I think besides the one I got, I’d like to have gotten the fish eggs (I like how pretty they look), or the pickled plum (because it reminds me of one of my favorite PriPara characters).
The ring is a big, silver loop. I did originally take pictures of my finger with it on, but due to limitations I had to cut back <_< But I will say it fit on each of my fingers and didn’t feel overly tight, so I feel like many hand sizes/types could fit these, which I really like and appreciate. I don’t often wear rings, but just for the cute/weirdness factor, I could see wearing this one.
(Also, does anyone play A3? It’s a new visual novel male actors game. As soon as I got this, the whole thing reminded me of Misumi. With his onigiri and triangle obsession).
--------
All and all, I liked this box :D it was pretty fun and cute and I think in terms of the included items, it was about the same as the prior box, or maybe a little better in my opinion. I didn’t dislike anything, and I can’t wait to get my next one~
As I said on top, I’ll be making another post very soon. Initially I planned on doing it right after this one, but I’m beginning to feel sick again and it’s wearing me down. I think I’ll be doing it later after I get some more rest.

Vivo is back trying to imitate Apple with the Vivo V9
The Vivo V9 has hit the Indian markets after being launched in Thailand and the Philippines just yesterday. It’s the budget version of the iPhone X with the defining notch to accommodate various sensors and its 24MP front camera.
Another camera that boasts of being tailored to take selfies is the Oppo F7, which is in line to be launched on Monday. It’s also similar in to the Vivo V9 in the sense that it also sports an iPhone X-type notch.
Vivo V9 price
Pre-orders for the Vivo V9 started at 3PM on Flipkart as well as Amazon and the they will officially go on sale from 2 April, both online and offline.
Vivo’s new flagship device has been launched in India at the price point of Rs 22,990 and there’s only one variant in the market, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The smartphone is available in three different colors, namely, Champagne Gold, Pearl Black and Sapphire Blue.
Vivo V9 specs and features
The Vivo V9 is a dual-sim device that runs on FunTouch OS 4.0 layered on top of Android 8.1 Oreo. Since the phone isn’t Stock Android, it will be pretty slow to get security and UI updates, which is unfortunate.
It is equipped with a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen with the aspect ratio of 19:9. The phone has a 90% screen-to-body ratio with 1.85mm bezels on top, 1.75mm on the side and 5.99mm along the bottom. That means the screen is a full 76% taller on top as compared to the previous generation’s FullView display.
There are already rumours of Apple coming out with the iPhone XI with a 6.5-inch screen later later this year.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 626 chipset paired with 4GB of DDR3 RAM. The Redmi Note 5 Pro, at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999 for its 4GB and 6GB RAM variants respectively, offers the superior Snapdragon 636 chipset. The former runs on 8 ARM Cortex cores, whereas the latter runs on 8 of the more advanced Kryo cores that give much better performance.
Though its inbuilt storage should be plenty at 64GB, users will still have the option of expanding it upto 256GB using a microSD card in line with the phone’s hybrid dual-SIM configuration.
It doesn’t lag in the optics department either with a rear dual camera setup that has a primary 16MP sensor and secondly 5MP sensor, of f/2.0 and f/2.4 apertures, respectively. It looks, more or less, like the Vivo V7 Plus in terms of its back panel with a centered fingerprint sensor and the corner camera placement.
Depending on the size size of its sensors, a 16MP primary camera may or may not perform well. Ideally, a 12MP camera strikes the balance between high resolution and sensor size, which is why most phones stick to those specs.
And, as usual, Vivo keeps its selfie game tight with a 24MP front camera coupled with f/2.0 aperture. Credit where credit is due.
To maximise usability, the camera app comes integrated with an ‘Ultra HD’ mode as well as a ‘Portrait’ lighting effect and the Bokeh effect. For selfies exclusively, Vivo has an AI-based Face Beautify app that works for images as well as video calling.
In terms of security, Vivo V9 features Face Access 2.0 that uses face recognition to unlock the phone and has a fingerprint sensor at the back.
The smartphone comes equipped with the usual connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) and Bluetooth v4.2. Thankfully, the Vivo V9 retains the 3.5mm headphone jack so using your favorite pair of cans shouldn’t be an issue.
If there’s anything to complain about, then it’s the fact that the phone doesn’t support fast charging considering that it’s powered by a 3260mAh battery and has MicroUSB charging port. Also, the plastic body of the phone is a little underwhelming. Albeit, since the phone only weighs 150g, it’s pretty light.
Wrap up
For a phone that looks an awful lot like the iPhone X but comes at a budget price point, it may not be a bad option for some. Aside from the notch, Vivo’s own FunTouch OS has many similarities to iOS and even the camera is vertically stocked.
Despite Vivo’s efforts to make the Vivo V9 look cool by partnering with Aamir Khan, the V9 is only like the iPhone X in terms of its ‘look’ but has a long way to go in terms of performance.
The coming days will tell whether or not people will notice that there are better options in the 20,000 price range that offer better specs than the Vivo V9 in every respect except for the selfie camera.
Vivo usually has lower specs at a higher price due to its offline retail structure, where the middle man will take a cut.
