Philip with a kidnapped Caleb having just rescued his brother from the horrible witch who kidnapped him, but alas, the witch cursed and brainwashed Caleb as well, for now Caleb insists he wasn’t kidnapped, that he left Philip and came to this hellscape of his own volition, that he loves the witch and even married her!

Truly, it’s horrifying, what that witch did to his brother. Luckily, Philip has him now, and there was no way for the witch to find them, deep as they were into the forest. Soon, they will find a way home, and Caleb can rest and recover from whatever was done to him.

For now, Philip will make him a good meal with the last of his provisions from earth (he saved them so that he would have familiar food to comfort his brother with, just as Caled used to cook for him. Nothing in this land tasted like anything he’d had before. Surely, Caleb must hate it as much as Philip himself does).

They will relax around the fire and eat together. And they will stay together forever.
