Мысленно мы очерчиваем композицию и габариты пространства, стараемся оформить это в голове как живопись, а после переносим на чертеж и в 3Д все идеи, которые возникают на первых секундах знакомства с пространством. Важно раскрыть его возможности на первых этапах, тогда обязательно проявится нечто особенное, не предусмотренное какими-то навязанными правилами. Геометричность также весьма важна при проектировании наших кухонь: ведь в зоне кухни-столовой больше всего ножек, которые должны сочетаться между собой, оставлять ансамбль, который не спорит друг с другом и не бросается «кашей» прямо в глаза. Это все в совокупности должно выглядеть, как скульптурная композиция, встречать всех приходящих, создавать настроение. При этом игра в трехмерном пространстве не должна затягиваться, иначе можно переждать, проект будет перезрелым, ведь здесь уже работает методологический принцип Бритвы Оккама. Каждая спальня имеет свою атмосферу, характер и даже запах. Какая-то пахнет умиротворением, другая августовским ливнем, иная - цветочной поляной. В первую очередь наши спальни позволяют находящимся в них отпустить мысли и суету, а мягкие линии в отличие от более строгих в других комнатах помогают расслабиться на ментальном уровне. При этом можно создать атмосферу в каждой спальне, в особенности добавив любопытный элемент, который при первом взгляде остается незаметным, но очень сильно влияет на впечатление от пространства, а также создает приятное ощущение эстетики и позволяет чувствовать себя куда лучше, особенно после изнуряющего дня. Эта спальня благодаря сложным цветам создает атмосферу роскоши, а благодаря слегка интригующему оформлению, легкую и расслабляющую обстановку. Оттенки комнаты здесь помогают найти взаимопонимание между людьми. Мы хотели добавить пространства, света и удобства, поэтому расположили в спальне зеркало. Вертикальные линии в этом интерьере добавляют не только высоту, но и воздух, а шторы, отделяющий гардеробную от самой спальни, придают больше уюта помещению. Интерьер этого помещения архитекторы выстроили на контрасте двух материалов: холодной керамики на полу и мягкого нежного текстиля. Мы впустили дневной свет в помещение максимально, геометрией отметили объемы всех основных элементов, а декоративной разбивкой украсили минимализм. Мягкие плавные линии мебели успокаивают прямые линии. На данный момент снаружи здание полностью приведено в отреставрировано, вымощены дорожки, установлены скамьи и фонари, очищены все пруды. Инвесторы решили приспособить бровар под туристический концертно-выставочный комплекс для проведения свадебных и других торжеств, праздничных мероприятий, конференций, корпоративов и прочего. Стены представляли из себя ансамбль из колотого и бутового камня. Фасад главного зала разделен высокими оконными проемами и массивной входной дверью. Карнизы, угля и фронтоны помещения выложены красным кирпичом. Оконные проемы боковых помещений выложены кирпичом и представляют из себя лучковые. Этот уникальный по своему масштабу и направленности объект архитекторы студии VAE design & architecture проектировали в 2014 году. Панская усадьба «Двор Стайки» сохранилась плохо, фактически архитекторы приступали к проектированию здания на этапе руин. В первой половине 18 века эта великолепная усадьба принадлежала семейству Богдановичей герба Багория, они же владели Ободовцами и Старинками. Окружает усадьбу пейзажный парк. Сохранившееся здание было изначально оформлено в эклектике и в форме промышленной архитектуры. •••••••••••••••••••••••••• This object, unique in its scale and focus, was designed by the architects of the VAE design & architecture studio in 2014. The manor house "Dvor Stayki" was poorly preserved; in fact, the architects started designing the building at the stage of ruins. In the first half of the 18th century, this magnificent estate belonged to the Bogdanovich family of the Bagoria coat of arms, they also owned the Obodovtsy and Starinki. The estate is surrounded by a landscape park.
