I was going to add this to my recap post but it was already way too long so I just wanted to make a post and say a big thank you to everyone in the Marina fandom, whether we've interacted often, a little bit, or not much at all, for making this fandom experience so lovely on here over the past few years. I’ve made some great friendships and connections through this site and fandom and I’ll forever be appreciative of that. We all know how chaotic and draining Twitter can be and I'm glad for the most part it never got to be that way over here. The way all of us came together to support one another's work, engage in conversation about the show and just enjoy all the content we got was always an enjoyable experience for me and while I hope it doesn't end just because the show is over, I know that some may end up moving on to other things or it may not necessarily be the same so I wanted to thank those of you specifically who always supported my content and said nice things about my gifs. It's very much appreciated and always encouraged me to continue making more things.

Fandom is what you make of it and I hope we can continue to keep alive the beauty that is Maya and Carina's relationship, whether it be through gifs, fanart, fanfic, conversation...I can only speak for myself but I don't plan on getting over them any time soon and still have plenty of gif series/ideas that I will be posting in the future and I hope others will continue to stick around but for those who don't, I appreciate you and it's been a fun ride. ❤️

And for those of you who always sent me messages about the show (or anything really) after episodes and throughout the week, I always enjoyed discussing things with you and feel free to continue to do that as well. I apologize to those of you that I never got a chance to answer (especially the specific episode related ones that I just couldn't get to throughout the week, sometimes it's just impossible to keep up). I'm still going to be here posting things about the cons, whatever Danielle and Stefania will be up to next (hopefully some good things because they deserve all the opportunities) and will continue to post content so I hope most of you choose to continue to stick around as well. The fandom doesn't have to die out just because the show is over. Sending lots of love and hugs. I know these next few days especially are going to be tough for a lot of us. Hang in there. 🫶🏻

Ik now there are more scenes later in the manga that again use it as a Punchline. It just encapsulates that weird gap of "things that are just never Not the Joke/Mocked" which kind of defeats the show messaging 😭

venti is in court (for drunk reasons probably). Traveler and Paimon are his attorneys. unknown to the watching audience, there is a huge amount of stress and pressure for them, along with Furina and Neivellette to not mention the fact that bard on trial is actually the archon of another nation.

Speaking of how Oldies Station is a message to our current selves to keep going: I love how Tyler kind of subverts but echoes that same message with The Hype.

That song is told from the perspective of Tyler's younger self, talking to his current self, instead of the other way around. It takes a special kind of faith to see an older version of yourself from the future, so much more worn down from the weight of life, and say "It's going to be alright. You're going to make it, because you have people around you who love you".

It just...makes me feel A LOT! 😭😭😭
