8. Don't be overly sexual in replies/reblogs, especially on posts that aren't about NSFW topics.

While I do make userboxes about NSFW LGBTQ+ things from time to time, please don't be overly sexual in the notes. This goes double for posts that have nothing to do with NSFW of any kind, as minors are allowed to interact with those posts and I don't want them exposed to NSFW topics.

9. Don't be pushy.

If you've sent a request, be patient! I get a lot of them and have ideas of my own, it takes time and creative energy to make this content. Being pushy or rude is a fast way to get blocked. Not all requests will be made, and though I make the vast majority of what's sent to me, these are made for free. I am not obligated to make every single request I receive. Do not offer to follow me/advertise me in exchange for animations.

10. Please use Google if you don't know what an identity I've posted about is.

The LGBTQIA Wiki has a ton of pages about many different identities. I do not answer comments in reblogs. Please Google something if you don't know what it is, Google is a lot faster than me. If you can't find it through a search engine, try searching Tumblr. Some identities are very obscure and are only able to be found on Tumblr or sometimes Pinterest. If you search and truly cannot find any information about an identity I've posted about, then it's fine to ask about it.

11. If you're going to add a content ID to my posts, please do it correctly.

The tags will always have what identity I'm posting about in them. Please read the tags so you ID my posts properly.

12. No spam.

Don't send asks, messages, replies or comments in reblogs promoting yourself. Do not ask me for money. Do not advertise to me or to anyone in the notes.

Guidelines:

1. Use the ask box to request.

Please do not request in messages, replies, reblogs or the submissions box. If you have a request, send me an ask. Use the default ask font/color. If you want the userbox to say something specific, put the specific text in quotations. Otherwise I will make a userbox that says "this user is _." If the ask box isn't available, it's because requests are temporarily closed. My description always has my request status in it. If you have a request but the ask box is closed, write it down so you don't forget it and wait until the ask box is open again.

2. Do not send multiple asks for multiple requests.

Multiple requests are allowed, but please keep them in ONE ask.

3. Limit requests to 3 userboxes or less.

Some userboxes are quick and easy to make, but having a ton of requests can really pile up. If you send more than three, even in multiple asks (which you should not do anyway,) I will just pick three to make and leave the rest. You can always request more later, at least 3 days later.

4. Limit identities/labels for userboxes to 10 or less.

I can only fit so many flags into a collage and words into a userbox. Remember that you can request up to three at a time.

5. Keep requests LGBTQ+ related.

This is LGBTQ-userboxes! Requests must be at least loosely related to being LGBTQ+.

6. Don't request anything that breaks the rules.

Do not request any userboxes that break any of my rules. Make sure you read the rules. Do not request NSFW userboxes if you are a minor.

7. Search my blog for what you're requesting if you're unsure if I've made it already.

I always put the text of the userboxes I post in the tags. You can search my blog for specific phrases, like 'this user is pansexual.'

8. You can request specific colors/flags!

You can tell me what colors you want, down to the hex codes. I can change the color of the border, the right box, and the text. This isn't necessary, as I do color scheme most requests on my own. If you want a specific flag to be used, please tell me which one it is!

9. Userboxes with LGBTQ+ slurs are requestable.

I will not make userboxes containing slurs that are not LGBTQ+, like the n word, for example. Any slurs that are used against LGBTQ+ people are requestable, and will be appropriately tagged.

10. I will only remake a userbox if I get something wrong.

If I make a mistake (like a spelling or grammatical error,) I will remake the userbox. If you want a certain flag to be used, you have to tell me first. If you don't tell me which flag to use, I will likely use the most common one for that specific identity.

I add trigger and content warning tags to any posts that contain things that could potentially trigger/upset anyone.

Filter out whatever you need to. I add q word tags to almost every post, but I put them at the very end of the tags so people don't see them as much. If any of my userboxes say queer, I tag it with a TW. If you want to filter out userboxes that have the q word and not all of my posts, filter out 'TW Q word' and/or 'TW Slurs.'

These rules are subject to change, and I may add more. Breaking any of these rules will earn you a block. I also block at my own discretion. Hello! I'm new here. I saw a few other Pokémon accounts on here and they all had introductions, so here's mine.

I'm a Pokémon in Unova working (and living) at a lab. My species and location are secret, at least for now. I don't want to get the lab in trouble. They study materials science, I help run experiments and edit their drafts.

Yes I work in a lab! But no I'm not qualified to help you with science or math, at all! The only things I know how to do here are follow instructions from the researchers, and correct their writing. I know what numbers are, and how to compare them, but nothing more! I can barely count with human numbers. I've caught on to some of the scientific topics they study, but only surface level. I am by no means an expert on anything related to materials science.

It can be somewhat boring at the lab since I live here full time, so I decided to finally make a Rotomblr account so I could participate in the random threads I stumble upon from other web sites. Pardon as I learn how to use the site and the local jargon.

Pokémon IRL blog if you couldn't tell. All posts/reblogs/etc. are in character unless specified.

The character (muse) doesn't really understand what fallers (characters from other worlds) or eebies (humans turned Pokémon) are, nor do they know what "alternate universes" are. You may interact, but they will assume you are from a different region in the case of fallers/alternate universe characters (like Mystery Dungeon Pokémon), or will generally be suspicious and confused if you claim to be an eeby.

The mail gimmicks are all disabled, since the muse is trying to lay low and not dox themself. No mailing items, dreams, no magic. I made the userboxes above, you can use them for whatever, no need to credit.

The character and I are both adults, some NSFW is fine but I don't intend on this blog being solely NSFW.

The blog will be set in somewhat of an alternate universe:

The games, anime, manga, and especially Pokédex will be considered unreliable propaganda.

The real world is much larger than is depicted in this propaganda, so there are many more cities in Unova than is depicted in the games or anime, for instance.

The vast majority of Pokémon are sapient (similar intelligence to humans) and can understand human speech if they spend enough time with them. This means that trained Pokémon by and large are able to understand their trainers almost entirely.

The converse is also true, humans can learn how to understand Pokémon, but this is rare, because;

Humans are prejudiced against Pokémon and human society does not afford them most rights.

As such there will be themes of systemic oppression throughout this blog.

Each Pokémon species has an entire set of languages much like how humans IRL have many different languages, but within a region most members of a given species speak mostly the same language, and in many cases multiple species may speak the same language.
