since we're talking about this being the "functional label to bypass getting into the comittment issues" aroallo type of aromantic and not the aroace type of aromantic sucks so bad. they should give you a warning or something

#youre either getting interrogated for why you dont date or youre getting hit with the realization that you only extend into a #common experience so far #really isolating #not the internally conflicted type so at least I dont have to worry about feeling like a traitor all the time #cause honestly the way queerness and sociopolitics intersect half of me being aro describes me not subscribing to romance norms #(reassuringly‚ to myself) there is no true aro spirit you have to see if you were born with. that's bullshit #it is funny though with people who are less gay cause if you say you dont date they write you down in their head as weird and evil #but if you say youre aromantic theyre like that is a big gay word for extra gay people I'm sure youre doing it esoterically and chic #anyways the other main issue is that I don't think I'd be opposed to a romantic relationship if it sort of happened upon me and was #very unstructured and based on both of us being weird about romance #there's probably another microlabel for that #but I dont like those. so I will simply remain a possible imposter to mainline aromantics for fun #txt #about #ok to rb
