These pots are by nuttydazesublime and you can get them here. Linacherie also made some super cute recolors. For them to work properly you also need the Season Garden Plot for Planters by Honeywell on MTS, here.

You put down the pots and then buy the plots in the garden category. After you place them, they become invisible.
