Week 1-2 Insights
ALABS BALUT & PENOY
Their family drives their motivation for starting this business. Every day they oversee their company by handling current customers and considering opening another branch as needed. When many eggs reach with major damage they encounter financial difficulties; they remain untroubled by filing for permits. Inflation is a difficulty for them as well. Heavy rain creates a challenge since fewer customers come.
COMPANY COCOLO
Previous interview indicate the bir was still being reviewed when we last discussed it; however it now carries full approval. Cocolo is a franchise; staff claims they have no collaboration for that reason. Currently at the cocolo in Agora Lapasan no manager is present; instead a team leader is leading the way. Max patronage happens at 6pm.
BRONY'S GYM
The objective of the company is to aid people desiring to stay fit despite not having the necessary money for a gym subscription. Information on the business lacks an update as the staff does not understand it only the owners do. When it rains outsiders find fewer reasons to visit them because of the weather.
AUTOWORX PAINT CENTER
Painting cars motivates the essence of business. Their business appears to thrive because a great number of staff concentrate on different activities like completing office work on computers or mixing paints for customers. Their biggest difficulty is making paint fast because customers frequently request immediate service.
PJ DRIED FISH

WEEK 1 Insights
This week, I discovered that introducing just three applications to assist students who are struggling with certain problems can be quite restrictive. This is because students have varying preferences and needs, and there may be an app that can help them at the moment, but may not be a complete solution to their specific problem. Even though we introduced three apps, it appeared that these were not enough to cater to all the different types of problems that students may face. This experience taught me that it's crucial to understand the real problem before suggesting any solution.
At that moment, I came to the realization that becoming an entrepreneur is not a simple path to achieve success. It requires a significant amount of bravery to approach individuals and ask for their time. There is always the uncertainty of how they might respond to our intrusion, yet we persevered. :)
