Whats bothering about this grand festival me is the fact it has every reason to be the final fest

But, again, its been promoted as anything but that.

This season's catalogue has "thank you for playing" title. They are soon to release the switch 2, which is more the reason for them to start working on the next game now more than ever (and I am 99% sure we are getting a 4th game for many, many reason, but main one being that Splatoon has become Nintendo's new cash cow). Like the previous two games, it would have finished its 2 year run and they said they only had 2 years of content planned. The splatfest we are having next is the same one (according to a comment, I haven't checked this one yet) that they had in splatoon 1 before the final one.

It makes sense.

But something feels off.

And I'm wracking my brain over not having that final piece of the puzzle. Somethings missing and I can't seem to tell what that something is! Its frustrating, but we'll just have to see.

Because there are also reasons pointing to them doing it for at least another year. Things I found odd when I first noticed. Those being:

Off the Hook was added so much later, they missed better part of the special events like Splatoween and Frosty fest. It would be interesting if they brought it back one more round to see these two beloved characters have their chance to shine. They obviously know Off the Hook's popularity.

They introduced 2 new spaltfest mechanics way too late into the games life span, to the point we've got to enjoy it very little. It is odd also that they didn't add in sooner.

They only said they had two years PLANNED. Some people had speculated that they might do more.

Splatoon 1 only had two years because the Wii U was dying and they needed to quickly move to the next console. Splatoon 2 exists so that they could bring new stuff along side whay splatoon 1 already had. 2 years for splatoon 2 cuz, well, splatoon 2! Splatoon 3 brought in so many new things to the table. It be cathartic to have the final fest happen in the 3rd year of its life, a fitting end.

This fest is being pointed as "Grand Festival" and has only been said to celebrate the game's 2 year anniversary. Never once was it said to be its final.

Now, these aren't reasons enough to say they'll do more splatfests or catalogues. But it's something to keep in mind, at the very least.

The first point is a little iffy because, as much as I'd love to see reruns of it like many others; commercially, they'd want something new. We might be getting new outfits for EVERYONE if they do reruns, of just OtH.

Another theory is that this is technically the "final" fest, or at least the fest which choices affect the next game. But not the final fest of the game, the final fest might compliment this one. (Less likely, but a possibility to keep in mind)

I can't think of much else besides this, tbh. It's really driving me nuts here XD I like to be prepared for everything, so I've calculated this being the final fest since I first got the game 2 years ago. This is throwing me off incredibly hard 😫.

We'll just have to wait and see what they have planned. Splatoon 3 was already a huge change to the game, I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to do something completely new and different after this Splatfest.

¤°~Ghost Marriage: Lovely Bride To Be?! Part 3°~¤

Previously... 

"STOP YOUR STEP!!"

At the end of the hall, Senior Vanrouge and Sebek were conversing with the ghosts knights. "They became angery just because of a mere joke I made about them. Such a bunch of narrow minded ghosts." Lilia jests with ignorance in his tone.

"Ugh, the guys from Diasomnia! Why did you bring these ghosts here?!" Ace yells out in fear. "You naive ghosts who dare to snarl at Lilia. I'll get rid of you guys!" Sebek said with very little amusement.

Present Time..

After the fight with the ghosts. The student's and Headmaster go to the field so ghosts won't bother them. Students who were also kicked out the school stayed at the field. "Ha...haaa. Ugh the sides of my stomach hurt so much." Ace tries to say as he and Deuce groan and grumble in pain.

"Ace, Deuce." A familiar voice spoke. "Ah, Prefect Roseheart!" The two huff out as they nod. Azul and Kalim stood next to Riddle, but Azul looks at the two with confusion. "Where is Prefect (Y/N)? Shouldn't you two be with her?" The prefect of Octavinelle points out.

The A-Deuce combo only shrug. "I think she got mixed up the crowed." Deuce says as he looks at the growing crowd of students. "How did you guys get put here?" Ace asks the three dorm leaders.

"We had gotten chased out by some ghosts that suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Even though it was valuable time for the three of us to study together." Kalim responded, while Azul shot him tired glance. "Kalim. Shouldn't it be "valuable time where we teach you about studying."?" Riddle could only sigh and cross his arms. "We almost got Kalim to understand the question..!"

"When we stayed in class, a bunch of ghosts appeared. They chased us out while saying, "this will be the brides fitting room!"" Grim watched as more students came up to them. Telling the same tale. "Everyone who was kicked out from campus has already gathered around..!"

"It seems like the whole campus has been taken away by those ghosts." Deuce said rather calmly. Ace on the other hand was more shocked than calm. "Oi! Principal, what's going on!?"

Before Mr. Crowley could respond, Ortho decided to explain. "I'll be the one to explain. You see, yesterday..." Once the young Shroud told everyone of the events that occurred. Everyone went silent. The only person who spoke after Ortho, was Riddle.

"The ghost groom has been searching for his ideal princess. Then had chosen (Y/N) as his ideal bride... That's the idea, correct?" Riddle revised as his expression was oddly calm. "WHAT!!!!" The group of NRC boys all screamed in anger and fear, a lot of other expression as well.

"We need to save her!!" Ace says immediately after the video was shown. "What will happen to (Y/N) if she does marry the Ghost Groom?!" Deuce asks the principal with fret. Mr. Crowley casted his eyes downward, with a somber voice he said.

"If (Y/N) marries the ghost prince, that is the same meaning of signing a contract. Which will mean, once the wedding is over.. SHE WILL FOLLOW HER SOON-TO-BE-HUSBAND TO THE UNDERWORLD!!!" "EEEEHHH!!!" Everyone yelled out in shock.

Mr. Crowley continues: "I put my guard down because I never would of expected someone who meets the conditions of the prince and his ideal Princess would exist in this world." Headmaster Crowley said with dread in every word he spoke.

"(Y/N)... Is going to be a ghost..!?" Epel gasps out with fear. "We can't let that happen!" Jack gruffs out as he bared his fangs. Many others agreed at helping the female student from her impending doom.

"We need to come up with a plan then!" Ortho tells the group of fired-up teens. "How about we start talking with them? We can throw a party! I bet that the ghosts will definitely let (Y/N) go if we just explain the situation."

The young Al-Asim heir suggested to his fellow peers. Rook nods, agreeing with his classmates. "A truly splendid idea, Roi d'or." A slim smile crepts on Rooks lips, "though..." The huntsman drawls out, his eyes turn a bit narrow.

"Do you think you'll be able to persuade a groom who has been searching for his bride for so long?" Rook crossed his arms over his chest as he continues on. His voice hinting with amusement. "If I was in his place, I'd never let my beloved go."

Leona growls, "so our only option is to just beat those ghost into submission." Vil scoffed at Leona and his idea. "Have you forgotten that we all ran all the way out here because we couldn't do just that." The male model said sassily with a frown gracing his painted lips. "No matter what we did, we couldn't defeat all those ghosts."

The headmaster starts to speak, "they are truly a infuriating opponent to take on. We should avoid confrontation as much as possible." Lilia starts to ponder as Crowley squawked about. "Lord Sam is well versed in the ways of ghosts and things of a spiritual nature. Shall we go see what he has to say on the matter?"

"Lord Sam... Do you mean Sam from the student store?" Deuce questioned the old fae. Lilia hums, "I was acquainted with his great grandfather." Cater starts to laugh dryly. "I still can't tell when you're joking or when your being serious... Lilia."

"Then we must make haste to the student store!" The headmaster yells as he and the others rush to Sam's shop. As soon as the shop door closed, Sam greets them. "Yo, headmaster and little demons. Whay could you be looking for that brought you all here?"

Sam chuckles and shakes his head. "Kidding! I know you're looking for something to deal with that ghost groom, right?" Sam told the group of teens and headmaster. Riddle is perplexed by Sam and his words. "This speeds things up but it sounds like you knew we would end up here."

Sam starts to laugh once more. "My friends on the other side bring me all kinds of info." Soon Sam's voice quickly turns less cheerful. "But things are getting really dicey. Ghost are tied to this world by a really powerful "lingering attachment".

Sam explained more in depth on what he meant. How they still come back because of the "attachment". "And as long is it remains, they'll keep comin' back." Grim felt realization struck him like lightning. "That's why the ghost of Ramshackle keep coming back!"

"Bingo! Precisely. That's why ghosts are so hard to handle." Ortho asked how they can save (Y/N), saying there was no such item like that to get rid of the ghost permanently. Sam grins and says, "IN STOCK NOW!" Azul looks at Sam selection while Leona tsks.

"Groom and brides are especially quick to meet tragedy. So they turn into ghosts all the time." Sam then holds up a item, "to get rid of a ghost groom. You need the "ring of severance." Slide this ring onto the host's left finger while saying "I shall love you till death do us part." And it will forcibly send him to the other side."

"How could (Y/N) give this to him? She's not even here!" Vil said as he picks up the small ring. Crowley gasped as he remembers something about the ghost groom. "Hold on a moment, the ghost groom was a boy who loved a challenge."

"So if one of you asked for (Y/N)'s hand. He'll see it as a duel for her hand in marriage, you don't have to win. But you must be able to give her the ring and tell her what to say." Lilia giggles at the crows plan. "It'll be fun to watch the drama unfold by stealing someone's bride."

"We shall call this plan... "Operation, Lovely Bride To Never Be!"" The headmaster said confidently, "it's a bit long for a name." Ace mutters under his breath. "Now I must decide on who the grooms will be for his plan." Crowley exclaimed as the male students to crowd and shout. "I'll do it!" "Let me do it!" "As if!"

The headmaster started to sweat with nervousness stirring in him. The gleaming eyes of the students were scaring him! It was almost as if each student was ready to take a role as a groom by ANY means necessary. Which it seemed like the students were readying themselves for.

"Alright alright! Will do a vote! I will write down all of your names and put them in my hat. I'll choose four grooms for this operation. So that means four names will be drawn." Mr. Crowley says with a exasperated look on his face.

(Y/N) sat in the far corner of the "fitting room." She held a blank expression as she looks at herself. She wore a beautiful wedding (gown/suit/ect) as her hair was spruced up and was placed into a (loose/ponytail/ect). A (white/gold/silver) tiara with a veil attached to it was on her head. (Y/N) wanted to rip the thing off her, but then the ghost would force the item back onto her head again.

Sighing and cursing under her breath. (Y/N) felt queasy, or maybe it was because she hadn't ate anything yet. This was all happening so fast! (Y/N) did not want to be married to this ghost groom. She hoped that her friends would find a way to get too her before the wedding started.

"Bleh..." The female utters as she looks at her bare feet. A knock was heard on the door as a soft "coming in" was heard. A slim ghost that wore a white suite appears in front of her. He was the nanny of the ghost groom.

"Come, my dear lady. Your fiance is waiting, he needs your help with decorations and would like your words on it." (Y/N) felt herself become stiff, but agrees. Playing along was her better chance of escaping her "wedding". "Of course," (Y/N) said politely as she walks with nanny ghost.

The two reach the cafeteria, now transformed with pretty decorations and tombstones. Along with dark blue flowers and white sheets cover each table. The nanny smiles at his prince with nostalgia. "It seems like only yesterday you were a small child. Trying to find follow your dream and find your dear princess. A dream you lost long ago with your life as well. What a cruel twist of fate." The nanny said as his voice started to crack.

"If only I had arrived at your room faster, I could of helped you escape..." The sweet prince smiles at his caretaker. "It is alright now, know need to bring up the past. Don't let all that stuff bring you down."

The young princes smile never faltered. "Besides, going through all that pain and sadness is what allowed me to meet (Y/N)!" His caretaker could feel his spirits lift at the princes words. "Oh prince Elias, you are always so courageous and strong."

(Y/N) could feel her heart cry at what she heard. She didn't know that... Breathing in a gulp of air, she slowly walks closer to the two. 'It's gonna be okay..' "You did a great job Elias." (Y/N) said as she gives him a small smile.

The ghost groom returns her smile tenfold as he looks at his bride. "My goodness, (Y/N)! You look just as beautiful as a.. Well beautiful than an' undead flower!" Elias said happily, (Y/N) giggles at his childish wording.

"Thanks." The caretaker gives the two a tender look. "You both are just perfect for one another. Prince Elias, we must get you ready before nightfall. You have to look your best for your princess."

The caretaker jests as he pushes the prince out of the cafeteria. "Wha- but I wanted to-!" "No sir, you must get ready. *Sigh* your still a stubborn little boy too." Elias waves at (Y/N), "I shall see you soon, my love!"

Once the two were gone, the ghost soldiers take (Y/N) back to the dressing room. Before the door closed, (Y/N) asks them something. "Can I please have something to eat? I haven't ate in a few hours."

(Okay, part three was supposed to be the end of the series. But that didn't happen, so I'll do my best to make sure part four is the last installment. I really wanna get to work for the Halloween event for Twst and a bunch of other stories I wanna put on this account! But I have to wait until I finish part four. Thanks for reading!)

New poster came out today of Hope and it said she has to die and I'm going to be so upset if they gave away that big of a spoiler for Hope becoming a full tribird. There was also an article with the post that said about Hope having to decide between saving Landon and killing malivore. So that and with whay Brett said about the prophecy I'm guessing it's the last line of it. My mind went to a dark place, dark side of the moon dark. That they're gonna back track all the progress Hope made in season 3 and have her kill malivore while he's still possessing Landon just to save everyone else(ie the greatest destroyer of all is love. Her having to do that is what will destroy her). I'm trying to stop myself from thinking like that because it just doesn't make sense. For the very good reasons.

1.wasnt it more than enough to have her watch Landon melt after their first time together?

2. She said that for once she doesn't want to sacrifice what she loves just to save everyone else.

3. She even said that Landon is the one person on the planet she can't bring herself to fight.

So I just can't see it making sense for them to throw all that away and to have her back track all the progress she made. Just to have not only sacrifice the person that she loves but to also have her be the one to kill him not knowing if Landon would come back from that. They wouldn't do that right?

So I'm thinking the last line of the prophecy is referring to something else. Like Hope chooses to save Landon and that causes everyone else to suffer because now they have to be the ones to find a way to kill malivore. Or Hope decides to give up her mortal life for Landon and in the process that somehow kills malivore. But in killing him that ends up releasing every creature he's ever consumed. Which would end up causing countless number of people to suffer(also I'm not saying I want everyone else to suffer because I don't. I'm just so tired of Hope and Landon always having to be the ones who suffer or get the short end of the stick just so everyone else can live happy and safe lives). Those two theories seems like the ones that will most likely happen right? Or maybe I'm just being hopeful and hate thinking that they might have actaully thrown away all the progress and everything that was set up in season 3.

Yeah, it’s pretty weird, they could at least try to make it a surprise? But I don’t see how Hope killing Malivore while he’s possessing Landon would fit with “the greatest destroyer of all is love”? Because that would have to mean it’s referring to Hope’s love for everyone else if she ends up doing it for them? Which wouldn’t make any sense because it’s Hope’s love for Landon that they’re always talking about, that’s what season 3 was basically about, and Brett has stated that Landon is the most important person in Hope’s life. So yeah, that wouldn’t make sense. And exactly, everything you said, them doing that would make all they did in season 3 pointless. Hope has fought so hard for Landon, and has said she’d do it again, that she’d do whatever it takes, that she’s not sacrificing what she loves for once, that Landon is everything to her, screw fate, etc. What would the purpose of all of that be if she doesn’t choose to save Landon in the end? It would definitely be throwing away all that was established in season 3 and all of Hope’s progress. But when it comes to this show, who knows what they might do. But I think as fans (particularly fans who aren’t blinded by hatred and desperation to have certain ships happen), we know the characters well enough by now to know what Hope would do and what would be ooc. So the writers better not screw it up. I think the only way I could see Hope killing Malivore while he’s still in Landon’s body is if Landon somehow gets his Phoenix powers back while Malivore is still in him. So if Hope were to kill him, maybe it would only kill Malivore inside him and Landon would be protected by his Phoenix side, or at least come back if he did die? But I would absolutely hate it if that happens, because it would just be them doing the same thing they always do, killing Landon once again. I’m so sick and tired of it. It’s like their solution to every problem involves Landon dying, or Hope making a sacrifice, or creating another prison world, or a mix of all of these. Find another solution for once. I just want them to solve the Malivore problem without Landon or Hope having to die, and isn’t that the point of them fighting fate?

But yeah, I also think the prophecy could be referring to everyone else being affected by Hope’s decision to save Landon. Because I do wonder about the therapy box in 3x05 and if that was supposed to foreshadow what could happen or if that was a result of Hope’s psychic abilities. Which I hope doesn’t happen, because that would create issues between Handon and the other characters and would probably make everyone attack Handon even more. But I would think Hope sacrificing herself might be more likely, especially when they’re making it obvious that she’s gonna become a full tribrid. And yes, I think however they defeat Malivore is gonna release all the monsters inside Malivore that they’ll have to deal with in season 4. But I think that would happen no matter how they destroy Malivore, but if Hope and Landon’s love is what defeats him, maybe that could be what the prophecy is referring to. And I agree, I’m so sick of Hope and Landon being the ones to suffer as well. But I think if the monsters get released, they will still be suffering again anyway because I’m sure the writers will have them be the ones going around and getting rid of the monsters without being able to rest or recover after all they’ve been through. But yeah, those theories do seem more likely. Or, best case scenario, the only destruction the prophecy is referring to is Malivore’s destruction, but that’s doubtful that there won’t be any consequences from that. But I guess the most important thing is that they don’t ruin all they established with Hope in season 3 or make her act ooc, so hopefully they won’t do anything like that.

Shigadabi Headcanons

(This is a l o n g b o i)

- Dabi is that annoying ass bf who uses corny lines just to piss Tomura off.

- Tomura's really ticklish. He just doesn't know what's going on.

- He's also really touchy

Not just cuz he's a touchy guy n really touch starved, but because he knows it actually makes Tomura feel more safe.

If Dabi just gets close and takes his shirt sleeve into his hand while they're crossing the street, it makes Tomura feel much more safe.

Tomura doesn't really trust himself despite what he tries to make himself think.

He doesn't like holding hands though. Even with gloves on.

We'll get into that one later on

- the nicest Shigaraki is is probably when a co-op game is going exactly how he wants it to, when he's drunk, or when he's exhausted.

But the second he dies it's game over for Dabi's eardrums too.

- Dabi finds it funny how Shigaraki's personality changes after a few drinks.

To document it, he says “this is your last one” every time Tomura yells him to get him another one and then writes down Tomura's response.

It usually goes something like

“I hate you”

“that ain't fuckin' fair”

“Noooo :((((”

“Meanie >:(”

- Tomura gets real cuddly when he's asleep.

You can't be not moving within an arm's length if you don't want him to grab you.

If you're standing by the couch, he'll try n grab your shirttail or sleeve or something like that.

He'll lean on you and you're stuck then, he'll grab on and not let go if you try to move.

This goes for anyone, even outside of the LoV if it so happens.

Dabi loves this n toltally takes a bunch of pictures and makes Toga send him the ones she takes.

Tomura's favorite cuddle position is either being a smol spoon or laying ontop of Dabi, with Dabi's arm around him.

Everything just to be close and to feel safe, because Shigaraki hates to sleep, and he feels vulnerable.

Dabi thinks that's because of AfO and wonders if Tomura would be that cuddly all the time if he grew up with someone else, he was doing it unconsciously.

- speaking of sleep habits, Shigaraki sleeps with a blanket.

Not with naps, those're fine. He can get through an hour and a half or so.

But he actually can't get to sleep, real sleep, without his blanket.

It's just small and blue with lil white and light yellow bunnies on it, he's had it since he was real little.

The only time he won't really sleep without it is if he has at least three stuffed animals around him. No less.

He's exhausted and none of this can be provided? He's not having a good sleep and he's barely comfortable.

- it's so fascinating to Dabi what having a bad childhood can do to you.

He thought that his was the worst until he learnt of Tomura because, unlike Tomura, Dabi actually /had/ a childhood. He was quickly tossed to the side after his father learned his qhirk hurt him but he still grew to be about 15 in that household, with three younger siblings to give a bunch of love and support to, of whom also give a lot back. They went to the park, to the movies, school. They were neglected but that meant Dabi could sneak them out to have some fun.

Tomura didn't have anything after he got his quirk. He killed his entire family then was wandering the streets for who knows how long. Who knows what he whitnessed and went through in that time. Then who knows what happened after he was picked up by AfO. That scar on his finger posed quite a few questions.

Dabi had a childhood still, even if a good amount was taken. Shigaraki's was ripped away from him and he didn't get more than 4 years of it, maybe a bit less.

That's why he acted so childish all the time.

- Dogs are probably the things Tomura hates the least.

If he sees a smol doggo on the side of the road he will want to pet it and he will do anything it takes to achieve his goal. He'll usually pull his sleeve down over his hand if it's long enough, or just use the knuckle of his pointer finger.

But if he sees a corgi he'll probably cry.

It's not the biggest c r y, but like he's reminded of the dog he had when he was little and he can't handle being reminded of that experience.

Big doggos scare him.

- Dabi has considered taking him to a shelter, just so he can inteact. They'll adopt if they want, but Shigaraki mostly just enjoys going so he van have a fun time with the doggos.

- Tomura has a habit of getting lost while they're in a group.

Are they in the mall and pass by a GameStop? Tomura's gonna turn into that store, you can't stop him.

He always turns into arcades and play parks too.

Dabi never let's him though.

C'mon man let the kid have some fun >:(

- despite what you nay think, Dabi has a bunch of chapsticks on him at all times and he throws them at Tomura whenever he picks at his lips.

The further into the day it gets, the more he picks, the more force behind the blows.

- Dabi has a rainbow blanket tha the often uses to, as Tomura puts it, assault Shigaraki.

He'll throw it at him then kiss him when he pulls the blanket down, sling it over him with both ends in his hand so he can pull Tomura close n kiss him.

Gay shit like that.

- Dabi's more open about it — their relationship and his sexuality — than Tomura. He doesn't care. He'll say it if someone's looking at them weird or just looking at Tomura (bcus Dabi thinks it's bcos he's hot even though that's not why people are looking at him. Dabi he looks like a hobo calm down)

Tomura, though, doesn't say anything. Even if people ask. He's not exactly self-conscious or nervous or anything, he's just not one of those 'outwardly gay' people. Example, the op.

- Dabi does a lot of things to Tomura when he's asleep, since he's a deep sleeper.

Examples:

Cut his nails

Put ChapStick on

Brush his hair

And many more that Tomura will not do by himself.

- Okay so I saved this one for last because it's a long one.

We were at about 975 words before this one, and the toltal word count now that I've finished is about 1719, so this is a long boi.

Tomura doesn't like his hands getting anywhere near Dabi.

He isn't as cautious around anyone else and he really wasn't round Dabi till he realized how gay he was.

As most people know already, when Tomura's Quirk manifested, he killed everyone in his family present at the time. Maybe one or two was an accident, but he was so young and he most likely panicked and got scared. He did all of that with his hands, he caused so much destruction with his hands.

My headcanon is thay it manifested while he was lovin his corgi dog with his sister across the room. Of course, that's going to cause them both to scream and she ran over. Tomura probably didn't even know what had happened, how it happened, or how he'd caused it at that point, so he tried to grab onto her. That didn't work very well.

Screams alerted most in the house and Shigaraki, well, Shimura in this case, fit it together that it was his hands that caused it.

He couldn't understand what was happening or the true weight of the situation but he knew he was in some huge trouble.

Tenko didn't look back, just trying to shut up and do anything he could.

He didn't even have time to grab anything from his home, once everything had been done. The rush of adrenaline, fear, and panic were keeping him doing what he was doing but now that he was really understanding whay was going on, what he'd just done, what'd just happened, why it looked like he'd just dipped his arms and chest and face in paint.

And he ran.

He hated his Quirk for a while before he was groomed to realize he could use it for reasons not so hurtful to him. Before that, though, he tried on multiple occasions after learning how his Quirk really worked to slice his finger off.

He got the idea back when he found a documentary on the ‘Shimura Family Massacre.’ All he got from AfO was some 'reassuring words' and a hand on his shoulder.

He got to the bone one time, because AfO wasn't home to stop him, but he didn't have a good enough knife to get through it and all the really good and sharp Japanese knives were hidden and/or out of his reach.

Shigaraki shut himself off. When he slowly started letting himself feel emotions again, in the form of gaming and things of that nature, he still didn't let himself get close to anyone. Sure it happened unconsciously, he didn't realize the dependence or care for AfO until he was ripped away.

I feel amazing .

Since I’ve been off of social media and eliminated most of the distractions out of my life, I’ve learned a lot more about myself as well as the world around me.

I was feeling quite empty for about 4/5 years and always wondered why.

Although i am a millennial, i grew up in a structured “old school” type of home with young parents.

I always grew frustrated with some of the things my parents inforced and tried to instill in me because it never quite “fit” societies forever evolving “norms”...

Things like social media presence,entertainment, physical attributes and other material things are what matters more to this new generation...

As i got older, i unfortunately fell into those thoughts and feelings that hold many of our millennials back from truly experiencing life and true happiness.

Living behind a screen puts your mind in a distorted reality because looks are decieving and it inhibits you from experiencing what life is truly about.

Whether you know it or not, social media forces competition amongst our generation. Think about it, you are scrolling on these apps and viewing how “great” someone else’s life may appear to be, and comparing that to how unsuccessful/successful you are.

I believe this is why the suicide and divorce rates have sky rocketed. These unrealistic expectations we put on ourselves just to feel like we “belong” is so unacceptable.

Life is about being YOU and you only. Everyone’s path is very different and should be appreciated. We were put here to do great things and NONE OF THESE things are suppose to be like anyone else. We are all different and beautiful in our own way.

Don’t feel like you have to look like anyone else, be like anyone else, make as much money as anyone else,etc. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY . DO WHAY YOUR HEART DESIRES BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WE WERE GIFTED WITH.

Since I’ve been off social media i feel so free... i am able to appreciate so much. The world seems so much more beautiful.
