SLIGHTLY. CHANGING MY ASKR TIMELINE HCS so that Alfonse was 18/19 when joining the Order. Which would have made Sharena a Teen teen when joining, following after him.

And Sharena, not about to be left behind, follows him (Unsure if it was planned between them, or an impulse decision they both made when Sharena Realized what Alfonse was about to do, or if she LITERALLY stowed away about it against his will But she's here now. And it's clear she intends to Stay. So. It may be wiser to keep her at my side, to ensure she doesn't run into any trouble....) (ALSO THE IDEA. THAT ON A SUBCONSCIOUS LEVEL. Fluffy Kiran Headcannons

Kiran is a mankete who is apart of a clan that heavily suppresses their dragonic nature. Kiran being appart since birth, leading Kiran to only finds out when Tiki pointed it out to her. Due to lack of Dragonstones in Askr, she hasn't been able to see her dragon form. (When Grima found out, it further solitfied his reasons to have her as retainer since she won't die as easily)

Kiran is the eldest child in her family, making it easy for her to balance work for the order and personal learning (Leading her to go through great lengths to make sure the younger heroes are happy and healthy; this includes Sharena despite them being the same age)

Kiran has a complex for younger heroes in the order. She will do everything in her power to make sure they don't get hurt. Even if it mean jumping in front of attacks. Magic, daggers, arrows, axes, lances, swords, you name it and she'll take the hit. To combat this, Anna makes sure to station Reinhardt next to her so he can give the disappointed brother look to stop her.

Kiran will forever be the designated supervisor at events due to her lack of interest in liquor and desire to see what her friends are like when they're shit-faced

Sharena had unofficially adopted Elli. Alfonse and Anna recognize this notion.

Kiran and Alfonse once dated for a little while. They broke up after realizing that the affection they had for each other was more sibling bound than romantic. One would think that it would be awkward but they only got closer and don't hold back any thoughts or feelings for each other. (The only person who knows this is Anna. They're not hiding it but they're also not talking about it)

Kiran sometimes invests in trade whenever the order is running short on money. To anyone who asks, she tells them the truth. But Kiran told Niles she got a sugar daddy across the sea as a joke and now Niles uses this against her frequently in their daily banter

Kiran sometimes fistfights with Hector. The win percentage is 45% is Kiran wins, 55% Hector wins

Kiran sometimes cries by the sheer fact she has so many people she trust in the order. It could happen at any time, regardless place or time. Everyone acts like they're used to it but they're not

Kiran likes listening to Azura's scary stories but at the price of not sleeping for a day or two.

Kiran has a RBF and actively tries to fix it because the order can no longer tell if she's pissed off or normal

Kiran has a goal of reuniting everyone's family if possible, even at the expense of her wallet

Kiran has a journal of her adventures to bring back home after the war as a gift to her siblings. She has Sharena read it to younger heroes to see which chapters are most entertaining as a form of beta-reading.

Fjorm and Kiran like to talk about their experiences with their siblings

Kiran views Alfonse as a twin who their mother never specified who came out first, Sharena as a youngest twin, and Anna as the family friend who they see everyday and are basically family at this point

Kiran like hanging out with Oboro and watching her make clothes. Oboro is the one who makes the event alts. Oboro has designed outfits for her birthday and Kiran wears them on her rare days off or leisure time.

Camilla likes making clothes for Kiran and her siblings. When Kiran asked why she also got clothes, Camilla says that since Kiran never had an older sibling, she would fill in every experience she does for her siblings.

Camilla and Oboro have a rivalry over sewing and have seasonal completions.

Kiran loves braiding Sharena and Takumi's hair.

Kiran secretly wants to have her own event alt but she knows if she did, Anna would just use her outfit to make money.

Kiran is oblivious to flirting and it both pains and amuses Niles a lot

Kiran once told Raigh that she could summon a demon. When Raigh told her to prove it, she joking did a fake ritual and did her regular summon, only to have Grima be summoned. Raigh then believed her and started going to Kiran for lesson of the dark art. Kiran not wanting to admit she did it as a joke, goes to did the same thing. By coincidence, female Grima answers to the summon. To this day, Kiran doesn't know how the he'll it worked or if she really can summon darker entities.

Niles likes to elude to the fact that Kiran was some of the other heroes gay awakening. But Kiran doesn't really believe it that much.
